Very grand and handsome hotel. It's super close to the central station, which is amazing, and it's also close to all the good shopping and sights. Unfortunately, the gym was under construction when we visited, which massively disappointed my boyfriend, but when they fix that, there is not much to complain about! Also, the staff is very friendly and made us feel at home right away.

Staff were mostly helpful. Asked the receptionist for restaurant recommendations, and both places she pointed out were closed… pics and amenity list referenced a gym, but due to renovations, it was closed and I was referred to a separate property 10 minutes away. Room was ok, nothing special but everything was in working order and clean. Breakfast buffet had many cold and hot options and was a high point. Location right across the canal from the train station makes this spot very convenient.

Den del af hotellet, vi boede på var slidt ned. Afløb fungerede ikke ordentligt, det var koldt og møbler var slidte. Personalet var imødekommende og venlige. Vi savnede den bar, der tidligere har været på hotellet. Nu er den udelukkende åben til den lidt kedelige morgenmad.

Really liked the hotel, but since they were remodeling their sauna, could not make use of that. The last night of our stay there were several - false - fire alarms that went off, causing everyone to have to leave the hotel once in the middle of the night. After returning to the room, the alarm went off a few times more, so we didn't get a good night's rest.

Dejligt hotel, meget smukt og elegant. Lidt dyr parkering, der kan man finde billigere alternativer meget tæt på. Morgenmaden var desværre kedelig. Service og modtagelse var rigtig god, sødt personale.

Til prisen var hotellet ganske glimrende. Pænt værelse i ok størrelse. Vinduer holdt støjen godt ude, men desværre også varmen inde i værelset. Der var rent, gode madrasser og dyner, vi manglede ingenting. Morgenmaden var super, gode råvarer og fint udvalg. Vi parkerede i P-hus 400 meter fra hotellet og nød, at vi var lige midt i byen med kort gåafstand til restauranter og indkøb.

A lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff, very comfortable bed, clean and overall a great atmosphere. Extremely conveniently located for Malmo's central train station which is just across from the hotel.

Vi havde to nætter på hotellet i februar måned. Det var meget koldt udenfor men også på værelset. Selvom radiatorerne stod på Max så frøs vi selv med to dyner. Rengøringen var heller ikke imponerende - vi fandt slikpapir på gulvet og det lugtede af afføring fra toilettet, da vi ankom.

Værelset virkede ikke rent, særligt gulvtæppet var snavset, og lignede der manglede støvsugning efter peanuts. Vandhanen på badeværelset var meget stram og dryppende. Badeværelset virkede dog renere, og sengene virkede også ok.

Arrived early and a room was available. An old hotel that has been well looked after. Corridors and my room looked to have been recently painted. Room was clean and comfortable with two chairs. Small but clean toilet and shower room. Great toiletries. Breakfast was self service with a wide range of choices both hot and cold. Really great place to stay to visit Malmo. Very handy for the station. Would definitely recommend.

Badrummet på rum 222 behöver ses över. Mycket kalkavlagringar på kaklet och och badkaret. Gula och vita beläggningar. Skrubba med kalkborttagning eller ättika! Kranen i badkaret/duschen var också mycket dålig. Dåligt tryck i strålen och det tog väldigt lång tid att få varmvatten. Rummet i övrigt ok. Dubbelsängen skulle behöva ha spännen som håller ihop respektive sänghalva samt en bäddmadrass i full storlek. Jag och min partner höll på att ramla mellan sängarna under natten. AC kan behöva bli aktuellt sommartid när somrar blir varmare och varmare. Blir varmt i rummet om natten. Lite slitna möbler. Annars helt ok.

Personnel very friendly, Breakfast buffet 10 out of 10 Bed 8 out of 10 Description for room in advertisement: street view, economy = no street view in fact the hotel had scaffolding all around under renovation, actual room more like basic than economy. Cleanliness 2 out of 10 Mini bar wasn’t even plugged in Shower water pressure was 1 out of 10 Bathroom towels = sandpaper Actual decoration of the room = Terrible Parking your car= extreme expense On the upside the personnel very pleasant, a very large plus for the breakfast buffet. The best hotel bed I've slept in in years. Room was so quiet, we thought we were alone on the entire floor, and it was very lovely - specious and nice, even though the windows were covered due to renovations. Great shower, awesome breakfast. Staff was super polite.

Bedagad skönhet! Bra hotell med perfekt läge. Vi fick ett rum med stort behov av renovering. Väldigt stort rum men total avsaknad av mys och varm känsla. Har bott här förut och det är stor variation på rummens kvalitet. Men vi är nöjda ändå.

Morgenmaden var der kun et lille udvalg. De var tydeligvis underbemandet der var 1 til at tage imod indenlandsk kom ind men hun skulle også lige sørge for at der var ryddet op på de efterladte borde. Til sidst da vi var færdige kom der så en ung pige og hjalp. Det morgen mad der var smagte fint og den stakkels ansatte som var der gjorde sit for at folk fik sin morgenmad

Vi havde booket et værelse med byudsigt, men da vi tjekkede ind, blev vi henvist til en anden bygning, der lå væk fra selve hovedhotellet, som de ellers fremhæver på billederne. Det var virkelig skuffende. Værelset mindede mere om et forladt sted end et eksklusivt hotel. Det var lille, mørkt og den lovede byudsigt var til en gyde med en bygning pakket ind i stillads. Da jeg spurgte i receptionen, hvorfor vi ikke havde den lovede udsigt, fik jeg blot at vide, at jeg ikke specifikt havde forespurgt dette. Servicen i receptionen var generelt skuffende med surt og uvenligt personale. Morgenmadsbuffeten var heller ikke tilfredsstillende. Der var hverken fyldt op med mad eller service, og personalet virkede uorganiseret, selvom der var mange på arbejde. Hotellet ser flot og prangende ud på hjemmesiden, men billeder kan være meget vildledende. Jeg ville ikke besøge dette hotel igen. Desværre!

Hotel was fantastic. We stayed for one night. Hotel is fabulous. There’s a man on reception, tall, middle aged glasses and he’s an absolute gent. Had a lovely conversation with him when we checked in and again when we checked out. He told us some history of the hotel and welcomed us kindly. The room was fantastic, beautiful and we loved how it felt modern het still felt like it had so much history. So clean and tidy, excellent all round. If we come back to Malmo, we wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else.

Hotel is located across from central station. Easy access to public transportation. Very convenience and walkable. Property overall is a bit old with no mini bar. However, it offers excellent daily breakfast that is included with the room rate. This is a huge bonus.

Lovely, clean room with 2 comfy beds that were pushed together to make a queen bed. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is super central and right next to the train station. The breakfast selection was great! We liked eating in the "library" room. We stayed i the "Little Hotel". It was around the corner from the big hotel, which was fine. Just look for the big E flag.

Hotellet har ett system med att boka in frukost tider….. Första frukosten 9:15 var det väldigt mycket folk så det knappt gick att få sittplats Andra frukosten 10:00 då var mycket slut och det fylldes inte på med nytt trots att det var frukost fram till 11:00

Not first time at Savoy, but first time Breakfast buffet almost empty at 9 o'clock, despite room reservations the day before (which should make demand predictable). A room upgrade seems waste of money, same size and interior as standard basic
