Family room was fine though not super-spacious. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, and good coffee freely available in the lobby too. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety including plenty of gluten free options. Helpful friendly staff at reception and able to store our luggage in our leaving day for pickup later.

The hotel is a bit dated and resembles a youth hostel more than a 3-star hotel. The staff is friendly, although they seem a little lost. When we checked in, I was given a room with a single bed, although we were two people. So we asked to change. We were then given a room with a double bed but in room without a window. How is a room like this even possible in a 3-star property? The room itself was basic but clean. It did not have a fridge. But not having a window feels a bit depressing. The breakfast had a good selection of items. I didn’t se the gym or sauna.
