The five stars are for the service. Had some trouble checking in due to missmatch between the site I booked with and the hotel. The manager came and helped out with impeccable sensibility! Thank you very much for your service! The breakfast was nice but WHY is the scrambled egg so oftenly lousy at hotels (in general)? Such a shame

The hotel has a well equipped gym and a sauna and an amazing breakfast, really very yummy. There were a lot of GF options but unfortunately they were stale as had been left out a bit too long - GF very quickly softens or becomes stale so it can be tricky, but I really did appreciate that there were options with a GF dedicated toaster. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little bit small if you have a lot of luggage, but for us it was fine. Within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. You can park outside the hotel but only for 3 hours. There is a much better car park just across the road and to the left. We would definitely stay here again.
