Beautiful hotel. Minus the need to change the hallway carpets. Most staff were incredibly friendly, minus who I believe was the hotel manager. He was rude to other front desk staff and was kind of rude. Restaurant was great. Location is close to tram station and had good parking for cars.

L'accueil s'est très bien passé. Merci à la dame qui était très souriante cela fait du bien de voir des personnes aussi accueillantes. Un parking sous sol est disponible sur place, le tarif était correct, il y a sauna hamam sur demande ce qui est génial, en revanche une deception pour la chambre pas de bouilloire pas de machine à café pour un hotel 4 étoiles, aussi beaucoup de bruit qu'on entend de notre chambre tôt le matin ce qui nous a un peu gaché le repos.

It is in a very quiet place but accessible to tram and buses.Away from the noise and tourists. Safe area, police, hospital,local supermarket,Mc Donald are all within walking distance. Hotel's restaurant and bar on site. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and will do anything to welcome you. Felt vey safe and would recommend a stay to anyone.

Couldn't fault the hotel itself. Impressive building, clean, lots of parking. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly enough. Would definitely return. The hotel is set in a bit of a rough area, though. Would definitely recommend nonetheless. Excellent value for money.

The staff were nice and they let us do the check in early. Apart from that we paid £170 for a room that had stains on the table, on the bathroom door, with unclean floor, teared off curtains and very basic. To be honest we were happy to stay only one night. Plus it's quite far from the city.

The bathroom smelled bad, like it was coming from the shower booth, and although the bed looked freshly made, when I lay down I noticed a strong perfume smell on the pillow. I had to complain strongly at the reception before they finally changed my room.

There was an issue with their system, we went in to the room but electricity was not working, we were given another room and it worked, but when we came back from town there was no electricity again for few hours. Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gab es ein paar Dinge, die uns überrascht haben. In unserem Zimmer haben leider die angekündigten Kartoffeln gefehlt, was etwas enttäuschend war. Außerdem sind wir bei der Buchung davon ausgegangen, dass das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen ist. Vor Ort stellte sich dann heraus, dass das Frühstücksbuffet 15 € pro Person kostet – das hätten wir uns klarer gewünscht. Ansonsten sah das Hotel richtig gut aus. Das Personal war super und die Hotelzimmer waren riesig und sehr schön eingerichtet.

Breakfast was good and had vegan options, staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit old, so there are some things that don’t work properly. The first room we were given had a faulty bathtub drain and bathroom fan, so we had to switch rooms. However, staff was nice and quick to accommodate. Rooms were clean.
