Hotell i comos utkant.Vi tog tåget in till gamla staden och åt middag på en av stadens stora utbud av restauranger. Åkte även upp med Funicolare till Brunate. Mycket fin utsikt över Como ort och sjön. Vi hade rum med eget garage till bilen. Bra att kunna bära upp väskorna direkt till rummet.

Großer Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Großes Bad mit Regenduschen. Sehr gut geeignet für Zwischenübernachtungen auf der Reise. Gut zu erreichen und großes Einkaufszentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziger Nachteil: liegt Außerhalb.

Staff ignored us for a while, we waited to check in even after they started the check in would get preoccupied with other things that seemed very less important than paying attention to the guests checking in, the whole place smelled like a hospital and not in a good way, the bathroom was super nasty and had old uncleaned mildew everywhere around the shower, we checked out 1 hour after checking in with no refund and left to a different hotel, will never come back to hotel cruise ever again.

She simply turned her back on me while I was asking for help and walked away, stating that she cannot and will not deal with the problem. “Let someone else handle it tomorrow,” she said, “I’m tired,” and left while I was still speaking to her. I have never encountered such behavior in any hotel around the world!

Was a fantastic hotel and did a nice surprise for us for our honeymoon. However only reason it doesn’t get the 5 stars is that they put two single beds together which makes it uncomfortable, that is not a double bed and the duvet is very bad too as it is not wrapped just has a cloth over top and bottom. Would be a 5 star if they fix those things.

As is common in Europe, thermostats are limited (21.5-23.5). And if you open the window they will turn off the heat. There is no air conditioning, but the window provided cooling when needed in late April. Regardless, we liked the property enough to schedule a second stay there while in the area. We found the restaurant disappointing.

This was one of my least favorite hotels for this trip. The property itself was great, but very impersonal. The person checking us in wasn't particularly friendly and was frowning the entire timr, but they did accommodate our request for an extra blanket quickly and with no fuss. The breakfast was somewhat awkward as well. We didn't pre-pay and the host made a huge deal of walking us to the register and making sure we paid. It just wasn't the same experience as with most other hotels where hosts were more courteous, the charge for breakfast could be paid at checkout or added to the room. But it was also a lot larger and more populated. Maybe I'm spoiled. We didn't really do much in the area other than grab dinner in the center of town. Which was pretty good but definitely not within quick walking distance.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from Como by car, in an industrial area—not charming, but very accessible and practical if you're driving. There’s free parking, and some shopping centres nearby (though not walkable). The value for money is excellent. As a tip: despite common advice, I explored Lake Como by car and it worked really well. On a weekday morning I drove to Bellagio in about an hour, stopped in small towns like Nesso and Torno, parked without issue, and even took the ferry to Varenna. Much more flexible than relying on public transport, and the road was far less dramatic than expected. A great option if you're travelling by car.

Much more flexible than relying on public transport, and the road was far less dramatic than expected. A great option if you're travelling by car.

Reception staff was fantastic Kristi is an exceptional host. Dining: limited choice , below standard service with attitude. You must have a reservation even on an empty dining room. Food was below Italian standard . Overcooked pasta (possibility of frozen meal reheat it) Rooms where better than any competitors around there so was brekfast service open rigorously 7 to 10 am , 10:04 the waiters were closing the buffet. Suggestion: upgrade yor dinner service to simple freshly prepared choices and extend breakfast service to 10:30.

The hotel was close to transport links, and the hotel itself was quite nice, most of the staff were lovely however some came across as quite blunt, and uninterested, compared to treatment we saw with those from Italy. The dinner food at the hotel was disappointing however the breakfasts were lovely and the wine was amazing. Our hotel room was nice however the extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom, and the door of the bathroom had a broken latch meaning individual privacy was a bit of an issue

Fint opphold generelt sett. Hyggelige folk som jobbet og god service ved front desk. Rengjøring var helt ok, gammelt hår/skitten dusj samt vegger på soverom. Frokosten er helt full av mennesker, og bordene er tett i tett. Vi sto og ventet i kø 15 minutter første dagen for å få bord. Alt for lite. De som rydder er stresset og løper rundt, mister ting på gulvet, falt blant annet kniv (ikke skarp) på min fot da hun ene løp fra bord til bord for å rydde. Forventer noe mer for ett 4-stjerners. Ellers fint opphold. Ok priser i restaurant. Fin gym. Stille og rolig i bygget. God plass på parkeringsplassen (også gratis).

As is common in Europe, thermostats are limited (21.5-23.5). And if you open the window they will turn off the heat. There is no air conditioning, but the window provided cooling when needed in late April. Regardless, we liked the property enough to schedule a second stay there while in the area. We found the restaurant disappointing.

Breakfast start from 7:00am and too late for ealy workers. I hope they start serving Breakfast at latest 6:30 or provide just coffee and briosh free if they can not open before. 7:00 to start was far late and I could not get any breackfast while I stayed.

Not happy if you ask to change things or to bring extra and constantly following like a hawk to see if you do something they might not agree. I didn't like to dinne outside because the hotel allowed people to smoke at the table and we were chocked by their smoking. Het personeel in dit hotel is zeer vriendelijk. De kamer en badkamer is ruim en de bedden uitstekend. Prettig was ook dat we een privé plek voor de auto konden reserveren voor 10 Euro per nacht. De maaltijd 's avonds in de bistro viel helaas erg tegen. Het leek een opgewarmde magnetron maaltijd. De wijn was ook niets bijzonders.
