This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. The hotel staff seem totally disinterested, provided no information about wifi, parking, breakfast or amenities. I tried to park in the garage and pressed button to access and nobody ever answered. Found out after that we were supposed to park at the school next door. Rooms were large, but bed was soft and uncomfortable with a single thin pillow and small duvet. And the cleaning lady just barged into my room at 7 AM without even a knock! This may have been a nice hotel when it opened 30 years ago, but has not been updated since. The staff seemed more interested in taking a lot of smoke breaks or lookjng after their pet dogs than actually helping customers. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I travel regularly for work. I normally don’t mind budget or value prices hotels but don’t pretend to be 4 star when you are not. This seems like a hotel that needs new management as there was not a single positive thing to say and I normally try to be balanced and find one good thing to say about a place. Avoid at all costs.
