Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind sauber und von angenehmer Größe. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rheinufer, auf der anderen Seite befindet sich ein Park und die Stadtmauer, dadurch ist die Lage sehr ruhig.Das Frühstück ist von reichhaltiger Auswahl und qualitativ in Ordnung.
