Belle chambre sans une copropriété récente, difficile d'y rentrer surtout en dehors des heures d'ouverture. Les commodites sont de qualité.

The room was lovely, bed comfy and the whole place very clean with an excellent view from the balcony of the spotless gardens and pool area. The check-in was a little confusing and despite two way communication on hotels.com ahead of check-in, we ended up in the basement car park as we believed this was the secure car parking (having never been before and because this was where Google Maps brought us to) - the barrier opened for us but then we couldn’t get out meaning we had to call reception for them to come and meet us to help us leave the car park. Car parking was €15 per night (which we did know at the time of booking) which seems pretty pricey and not comparable with other places we stayed in Bulgaria, especially as I’m unsure how else we were supposed to get there given it’s 10km out of Varna and there is no railway station. We asked if pool towels could be provided and were told no, so we had to purchase these separately to use the pool area. When checking in, we were given some documentation to explain when cleaning of the room/replacement of towels would take place and this said it would happen every two days and not every day. We were staying for three nights but the towels were changed after the first night (great!) but then not the next day when we were expecting them to be. Didn’t affect the stay but communication about this could have been better.

The property was as described along with photos. Communications with the host was great and key collection was super easy and efficient. The location has everything you need inside and out with restaurants and grocery stores on site. Bed was supportive and on the harder side and very comfortable. The room has a lot of storage options. There are other grocery options within a short walking distance as well as beaches, cafes and other bars and restaurants. The accomodation is a great option for a comfortable stay in Varna.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful property and apartments had everything we needed. The pools were amazing. Highly recommend.
