Very clean and modern with lift, which matters to me as have respiratory problems affected by climbing stairs and walking any distance. Staff very friendly, helpful & efficient. Good breakfast selection. Nice pools. Lake Garda at the bottom of the road almost on the doorstep. Nice area. Would definitely stay there again.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel, haben unseren Aufenthalt aber trotzdem genossen. Die Hotelanlage ist nicht mehr die Neuste, es wird aber offensichtlich viel Wert auf Renovationen und Erneuerungen gelegt, was wir sehr genossen. Das äussere Erscheinungsbild mag daher noch etwas täuschen. Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gefallen. Der Strand ist ca. 200m entfernt. Wir haben diesen nicht genutzt. Hingegen waren wir am/im Pool. Dieser liegt eine Etage tiefer im Hotelgelände, weshalb einem jegliche Aussicht verborgen bleibt. Einmal ging ein kurzes, frisches Lüftchen. Das liess mich vermuten, dass es vielleicht gar nicht so übel ist, hier unten am Windschatten zu liegen. Vielleicht wäre es sonst etwas kühl gewesen.

We stayed in a triple room with a balcony. Often triple rooms can be rather cramped but not in this case. It was a very comfortable, spacious room with a proper single bed, not a sofa bed. The bathroom was great with a very large shower. It looked newly renovated and was probably the best bathroom we had anywhere on our 2 week Italy road trip. Lots of free parking, both above and underground. Just a short bus trip takes you into Sirmione. We also walked back from Sirmione in the evening, it took about 35 minutes. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and at check in we were given a local map and lots of really helpful information. A very good hotel for the price near Lake Garda.

This is a very nice hotel with a large size pool in a great location right next to a beautiful beach and a beautiful neighborhood close by to nice restaurants. Attentive and kind service by all reception employees. Nice buffet breakfast. Only drawback is lack of luggage service and having no pool attendant.

Fint rum med utsikt över sjön. Vi uppgraderade med 15Euro extra per natt för bättre utsikt. Frukosten ok. Att hyra cyklar kostar minst 5 euro för 4 timmar och ingen kortare uthyrning möjlig. Man får inte lämna tillbaka cykeln senare än 21.00 för det finns inga cykellampor, lite konstigt med tanke på att det är väldigt ljust på sommaren och för att komma till restauranger och supermarket är det bra med cykel. Så sena middagar blir taxi vilket blir miljöaspekt och mer kostsamt. Ett tips att få hyra per timme och sätt dit lampor. Poolen var ok, varmt vatten dock. Poolbar bra.

Excellent position. Great size pool if not a little chilly. Very clean hotel and very helpful staff. Live the fact they always had bike available to hire at a great rate. There were always chairs or loungers available around the pool. About 10- 15 min walk to restaurants. 5 min walk to the lake which was so warm, incredible for swimming. The only things to comment on is there are a few loose pavings around the pool, but this is minor. We would definitely return .

Die Unterkunft war für uns super, hatte ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und unser Zimmer war renoviert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es war für jeden was dabei. Das Essen war beschriftet und es gab sogar laktosefreie Milch, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Am letzten Abend haben wir auch die Hotelbar ausprobiert und waren von dieser sehr begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die Getränke lecker. Generell war das Personal sehr freundlich, man hat zwischen Deutsch und Englisch ein bisschen switchen müssen, da nicht alle Deutsch konnten, aber man hat sich verstanden. Von Hotel aus hat man es nicht weit zum See und kann dort abends schön den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es gibt am See unten auch zwei Restaurants. Ansonsten ist das Hotel eher außerhalb, da man 45 Minuten läuft, wenn man zum Hauptteil des Ortes möchte. Wir sind das ganze einmal gelaufen, weil die Parkplätze kurz vor der Fußgängerzone sehr teuer sind. Das Laufen lohnt sich, da vor dem Hotel kostenlose Parkplätze sind. Alternativ kann man einen Shuttle nutzen, der zwei Straßen weiter vorne abfährt und 2€ pro Person pro Fahrt kostet. Von außen hat das Hotel mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich nötig. Als Decke hat man leider nur ein Laken, was uns zu kalt war und wir hatten leider ein paarmal einzelne Ameisen bei uns im Bad. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer und dem Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Hoteller er gammelt og det trænger meget til at blive restaureret. Der mangler vinduer flere steder i bygningen, så det regner ind på gangene. Taget er utæt så der lå håndklæder flere steder i receptionen. Morgen madsbuffeten var ikke noget værd.

Andrea at front reception was excellent. Everyone there was friendly and available to answer all our questions plus give suggestions on where and what to do. Room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay in Sirmione.

Das Hotel, die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch wunderbar gelegen, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was weniger angenehm war, die Reinigungskräfte kamen wann Sie wollte und wir hatten jede Menge Gäste (Ameisen) im Zimmer, was zwar vom Platz her nicht so problematisch war, jedoch das Zusammenleben von Mensch und Tier in einem Raum sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ;-)) Alles in Allem aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder:

Flott hotell, med bra beligenhet, nært.til strand og fint uteområde med basseng på hotellet. Innvendig ser alt velholdt ut, ute trengs litt renovering, men ikke sånn at det skjemmer. Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold på 9 dager, servicvenlig personale og godt renholdt over alt.

Fint hotell i flotte omgivelser. Hotellet ligger sentralt og har glutenfritt utvalg. Hotellet trenger litt oppussing. Det er påbegynt, men vinduer/glassfasade på den delen av hotellet vi bodde på og bassenengområdet er ikke oppgradert. Det er flott at hotellet har sykler til utleie, da mye er i sykkelavstand. Syklene hadde dog litt ymse kvalitet. Ikke så god lydisolering mellom hotellrommene.

We stayed in a triple room with a balcony. Often triple rooms can be rather cramped but not in this case. It was a very comfortable, spacious room with a proper single bed, not a sofa bed. The bathroom was great with a very large shower. It looked newly renovated and was probably the best bathroom we had anywhere on our 2 week Italy road trip. Lots of free parking, both above and underground. Just a short bus trip takes you into Sirmione. We also walked back from Sirmione in the evening, it took about 35 minutes. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and at check in we were given a local map and lots of really helpful information. A very good hotel for the price near Lake Garda.

Fint rum med utsikt över sjön. Vi uppgraderade med 15Euro extra per natt för bättre utsikt. Frukosten ok. Att hyra cyklar kostar minst 5 euro för 4 timmar och ingen kortare uthyrning möjlig. Man får inte lämna tillbaka cykeln senare än 21.00 för det finns inga cykellampor, lite konstigt med tanke på att det är väldigt ljust på sommaren och för att komma till restauranger och supermarket är det bra med cykel. Så sena middagar blir taxi vilket blir miljöaspekt och mer kostsamt. Ett tips att få hyra per timme och sätt dit lampor. Poolen var ok, varmt vatten dock. Poolbar bra.

Gutes Frühstück, großer Pool , sehr freundliches Personal. Was man bemängeln muss, ist das W-Lan. Nur ein Zugang für das gesamte Hotel. Wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist und viele zugreifen, ist es unbrauchbar.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Location is good. About a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants in the evenings. About a 40 min walk to centre of Sirmione, but also good bus service for only a euro or two to the centre also. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Very happy with our stay there. Travelled with kids. And very family friendly too.

Super fint sted dog langt fra by i gå afstand manglede skralde spand på værelset og stole på altan til 4 som vi var flotte værelser god rengøring .parkeringen kælder med inventar alle steder som rod manglede parkerings forhold .personale som var Mega dårlig til sprog andet end italiensk .men generelt lækkertsted.der stod det var fire stjernet dernede var det markeret med 3 men fint helt sikkert

underwhelming experience to say the least. The hospitality is 0 and staff will argue with you over the smallest requests. The beds are firm as it gets. Wifi is barely usable and cellular is an deadzone. The pool is nice but thats about it.

Die Unterkunft war für uns super, hatte ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und unser Zimmer war renoviert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es war für jeden was dabei. Das Essen war beschriftet und es gab sogar laktosefreie Milch, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Am letzten Abend haben wir auch die Hotelbar ausprobiert und waren von dieser sehr begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die Getränke lecker. Generell war das Personal sehr freundlich, man hat zwischen Deutsch und Englisch ein bisschen switchen müssen, da nicht alle Deutsch konnten, aber man hat sich verstanden. Von Hotel aus hat man es nicht weit zum See und kann dort abends schön den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es gibt am See unten auch zwei Restaurants. Ansonsten ist das Hotel eher außerhalb, da man 45 Minuten läuft, wenn man zum Hauptteil des Ortes möchte. Wir sind das ganze einmal gelaufen, weil die Parkplätze kurz vor der Fußgängerzone sehr teuer sind. Das Laufen lohnt sich, da vor dem Hotel kostenlose Parkplätze sind. Alternativ kann man einen Shuttle nutzen, der zwei Straßen weiter vorne abfährt und 2€ pro Person pro Fahrt kostet. Von außen hat das Hotel mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich nötig. Als Decke hat man leider nur ein Laken, was uns zu kalt war und wir hatten leider ein paarmal einzelne Ameisen bei uns im Bad. Eine Aufklärung durch das Hotel ist bis heute nicht erfolgt, keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen, einfach gar nichts. Noch vor Ort wurde bei der Polizei eine Anzeige erstattet. So etwas haben wir in noch keinem Hotel erlebt, dass etwas aus dem Zimmer entwendet wurde. Der Zimmersafe hat auch nicht funktioniert, Meldung erfolgte bei Anreise bis zur Abreise wurde dieser nicht repariert.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel, haben unseren Aufenthalt aber trotzdem genossen. Die Hotelanlage ist nicht mehr die Neuste, es wird aber offensichtlich viel Wert auf Renovationen und Erneuerungen gelegt, was wir sehr genossen. Das äussere Erscheinungsbild mag daher noch etwas täuschen. Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gefallen. Der Strand ist ca. 200m entfernt. Wir haben diesen nicht genutzt. Hingegen waren wir am/im Pool. Dieser liegt eine Etage tiefer im Hotelgelände, weshalb einem jegliche Aussicht verborgen bleibt. Einmal ging ein kurzes, frisches Lüftchen. Das liess mich vermuten, dass es vielleicht gar nicht so übel ist, hier unten am Windschatten zu liegen. Vielleicht wäre es sonst etwas kühl gewesen.

This is a very nice hotel with a large size pool in a great location right next to a beautiful beach and a beautiful neighborhood close by to nice restaurants. Attentive and kind service by all reception employees. Nice buffet breakfast. Only drawback is lack of luggage service and having no pool attendant.

Hotellet ligger lite off, helt ok. Vi bokade sent så det fanns inte så mycket att välja mellan. Trevlig personal, fräscha rum men anläggningen var inte supertrevlig. Läget var inte så bra, speciellt när lokaltrafiken funkar sådär.

Excellent position. Great size pool if not a little chilly. Very clean hotel and very helpful staff. Live the fact they always had bike available to hire at a great rate. There were always chairs or loungers available around the pool. About 10- 15 min walk to restaurants. 5 min walk to the lake which was so warm, incredible for swimming. The only things to comment on is there are a few loose pavings around the pool, but this is minor. We would definitely return .

Very clean and modern with lift, which matters to me as have respiratory problems affected by climbing stairs and walking any distance. Staff very friendly, helpful & efficient. Good breakfast selection. Nice pools. Lake Garda at the bottom of the road almost on the doorstep. Nice area. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean hotel ,needs a bit of a paint job outside ,very easy going and friendly staff,pool is nice ,no real food in hotel after breakfast but girl behind counter did make us a sandwich, bus service to town very close,,its a little out of the way but we had a car so it was ok Deffo stay here again

Die Unterkunft war für uns super, hatte ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und unser Zimmer war renoviert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es war für jeden was dabei. Das Essen war beschriftet und es gab sogar laktosefreie Milch, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Am letzten Abend haben wir auch die Hotelbar ausprobiert und waren von dieser sehr begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die Getränke lecker. Generell war das Personal sehr freundlich, man hat zwischen Deutsch und Englisch ein bisschen switchen müssen, da nicht alle Deutsch konnten, aber man hat sich verstanden. Von Hotel aus hat man es nicht weit zum See und kann dort abends schön den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es gibt am See unten auch zwei Restaurants. Ansonsten ist das Hotel eher außerhalb, da man 45 Minuten läuft, wenn man zum Hauptteil des Ortes möchte. Wir sind das ganze einmal gelaufen, weil die Parkplätze kurz vor der Fußgängerzone sehr teuer sind. Das Laufen lohnt sich, da vor dem Hotel kostenlose Parkplätze sind. The hotel was lovely with a lovely little beach bar down the road, easy access to buses to get to the old town, the room was cleaned daily, we had a lovely pool view, no extra cost, cleaned daily, fresh towels every other day he only thing that let the room down was no tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was good.

Good value for your money. Great location as it’s close to the beach, dining and the shuttle bus that takes you to the old town. We had a family room which included one double bed and two single beds, much appreciated by the teenagers who normally ends up on a sofa bed. Was a bit worried by the three -star rating, but was proven wrong. It’s a simple, but nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was standard Central European, nothing spectacular but everything is there.
