The property was very nice; the beds were comfortable. They were able to meet our request and get us 2 rooms close to each other. Our only complaint was it was early September, and the temperature was still in the 25–30-degree range but the pool was closed for the season.

Très bon accueil dans une belle résidence très propre. Studio confortable avec une vraie kitchenette, très appréciable. Petit-déjeuner correct, avec une petite amélioration possible (jus frais, œufs à la coque). Vivement l’été pour revenir profiter de la piscine !

Waren schon öfters hier und kommen gerne wieder. Rezeption 24 Stunden und sehr freundliches Personal. Für das Disneyland optimal, da nicht weit entfernt mit dem PKW. Zimmer sind sehr gut mit Kochecke und die kostenfreie Tiefgarage passt. Immer gerne

Polite and friendly staff, the whole hotel seemed very clean. Spacious room with a small kitchen area and nice bathroom. Free parking and free wifi and only 10 mins from Disneyland, great value and a great stay. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was poor. On arrival our room was dirty and had hair all in our bed and makeup on the pillows. There was also an electrical connection under the towel rail hanging off the wall. As an electrician myself, this was extremely unsafe due to the exposed conductors. Luckily no child was present, but if so this could have been a major hazard. Even after reporting this, nothing was done for the whole time we were there. Very disappointed in this experience, made our Disney trip a lot less special.

Great location for Disneyland, pop next door to the boulangerie for breakfast and lunch! Room wasn’t properly cleaned before hand with a dirty floor and someone else’s hair found in ‘clean’ towels.

Found Cockroach on the mirror in the bathroom. We was very tired and ypungest had felt aaleep. Also bed was very hard so i got problem with my back the day after. Hotel room was big and relaxing and hotel lobby was beautiful. Its a plus for tge elevator. If it was not for the hard bed and the Cockroach i would put five stars

Very good location for Disneyland. Ran out of toilet roll and simply told me they didn’t have any more, like this was an acceptable response when I have IBS and it was my partners time of month Don’t clean at all during a three night stay. Had to keep asking for new towels, toilet rolls, bins, far from what I expected Car park full too

Lovely rooms, well equipped and super comfy beds. The rooms sizes are generous, even with the pullout sofa beds. Dining table and sofa is a nice touch as is the crockery and Utensils in the drawer. Fantastic location for Disneyland and Paris tourism spots, a bus ride from the station which gets you to all the local tourism. Travelled in winter but I imagine in the summer using the outdoor pool you could have a really lovely stay. Second time using this hotel and it didn’t disappoint!

It was clean and comfortable, the boys loved the sofa bed (they've never seen one before so it was a novelty to them and they said it much be a very posh hotel!) The WiFi was pretty poor in our room, but closer to the lobby it was pretty good.

The beds were comfy. The bathtub/shower was less than ideal: the tub slanted downward, and my son almost slid/fell in it, which caused me to be quite cautious whenever showering. There was no shower curtain, but just a glass covering that only covered half the tub, thus resulting in water on the floor. The heated towel rack was a nice touch. This property is definitely NOT walking distance from Disneyland, and that is from 3 people who were happy to walk the 0.76 mi. reported on Expedia. That might be as the crow flies, but definitely not the acrual walking distance.

However, a serious issue affected our stay: lack of hot water for showers, especially after 2 PM, during very cold weather. On the first day, reception explained there was a problem with the water heating system due to the January 1st holiday. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again the next day, causing great discomfort, and one person in our group became ill. On the third night, when we returned earlier, the water was hot, revealing a clear pattern: the hotel does not seem to have enough capacity to provide hot water for all guests after peak shower times. If you shower early, this hotel is fine. Otherwise, expect cold showers in winter.

Great place to stay. Close to Disneyland and about 1 hour by train from Paris. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Sofa bed with full size mattresses. Specious room, clean and comfortable. Small kitchen with microwave and kitchen essentials like plates, glasses, cutlery. Hotel looks exactly like on the photos presented. Breakfast average, good for the start of the day but a bit expensive for what you get. There’s a nice bakery just around the corner with local baguettes and pastry. I recommend that hotel. Great value for quality.

This is our 2nd time staying here. It was good the first time, but terrible on our second stay. The WiFi wasn’t working in our room, so we had to use mobile data for the whole night. Talked to Mohamed at the front desk, he was very rude and said there was nothing he could do and to use WiFi in the lobby instead. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They were so rude. We won’t be staying here again.

le réceptionniste, hyper lent surtout quand c’est l’heure d’arriver de Disney, et les femmes de petit dej ce disputait derrière ont et pas la pour subir leur rancœur mais aussi la chambre impeccable et pour le petit dej vraiment varier pour le prix nickel.

It took one hour and many tears to check in. They didn't believe I had a hotels.com reservation despite my showing it. I then paid a certain amount of euros that I'm not allowed to say for a late check out to do work calls and the maids came 5 times demanding I leave.

Staff was not understanding to explain breakfast and having a ticket to eat, had many calls and emails about giving them my credit card number ahead of time, even when Hotel.com says do NOT give it to them I was told they were canceling my reservation if I didn't give them a card number. Then we had to pay for a second room because they didn't have the size room for the number of guests we reserved for. It was a clean facility and rooms were nice.

We stayed here for Disneyland, and couldn’t have asked for better really, the receptionist was helpful with the bus (2233) and checked us in early when we arrived. Parking was really easy too. The rooms were modern & comfortable. Initially I booked this because maps said it was walkable- it isn’t, but the buses were really regular and can be caught in the Disneyland bus park (K) you do need cash for this though. There isn’t a lot around but there is a lovely bakery around the corner called au pain des champs which was great and reasonably priced. Overall I would definitely stay again to do Disney on a budget

The hotel is lovely, however check-in was lengthy, with a queue leading outside of the main entrance, which is not what you need after a day of travelling. When asking reception for anything, again there was a wait.

Very clean and tidy room, excellent breakfast, excellent staff behavior, excellent hotel location, hotel pool is also clean and excellent, access to Disneyland is also very easy, about 8 minutes by taxi and costs 12 euros, and easy access by bus from in front of the hotel. Close to Disney via bus or taxi / uber. Also close to train station. Val ‘d Europe for shopping. Good take away and baker next door to the hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped with small electric hob, kettle, fridge and microwave. Also plenty of towels in the bathroom which is great.

Stayed at Residence du Parc for 3 nights in early January, 4 people in a two-bedroom apartment. The accommodation was very good: clean, spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a small kitchen well equipped for quick meals, ideal for families. The room was clean and a good size, the bathroom had a few scuffs but was fine overall. The kitchenette was fine, we did not make use of it on our stay. Parking was a little difficult as it was busy. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was mostly tasty but a little overpriced, however this is to be expected so close to Disney, the breakfast room was very small but was clean and tidy and people didnt linger so was fine.

The hotel is very good for visiting Disneyland Paris. The bus departs directly in front of the hotel and takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland. However, you should skip the breakfast at the hotel. The room is too small for the many guests, and the quality is not great for the price . Next to the hotel, there is a small bakery with delicious baguettes. You can also take these with you to Disneyland.

We arrived early and asked to use the pool whilst waiting to check in. Our room was ready so that was fab! Our room was ready and on the ground floor with patio doors leading out to the pool area. This was fab as we could see our room from the pool and there was no way to lock your door from outside and was easy for kids to go back for toliet ect.. We had a fridge and his was great to keep drinks snacks cold. There was no shuttle to disney but we had a car so that didn't matter to us. There was a bus stop outside we saw many people using. A shop was close by and a bakery nxt door and pizza shop. The pool was freezing but the kids loved it wasn't overcrowded but often had a few people around. There were plenty of sunbeds so no fighting over them. I believe you could get ice creams ect.. from reception there was a sign outside pool area. I seen the pool being cleaned a few times so that's always a plus. My daughter and grandson said best to jump in pool and it's fine, Im not that brave! All in all we had a great stay our usual place is full and I would have used here before if id known. Obviously the weather was a bonus otherwise the pool would have gone unused. We are coming to the end of our annual disney passes but I would definitely have used this place more if id used it earlier. I cannot comment on breakfast as we never used this. My granddaughter is celiac so we tend to self cater most of our meals.
