A hotel on an industrial park with a shuttle once an hour and an expensive but poor quality restaurant. Rooms were lovely. Pool looked great but the chlorine was so overpowering it was uncomfortable to be in it for too long. Cheap and cheerful. Spent a fortune on Ubers.

Overall I enjoyed my stay the highlight for myself and the kids was the pool, Check-in was swift and courteous, Room was basic, featuring only essential furnishings a bed, desk, and chair. Walls are bare, lack any decorative touches Bathrooms are clean. The arcade room for the children shouldn’t be chargeable for hotel guests. I also think that access to the spa should be included in the price for the overall stay, instead of having to pay extra to use it. The shuttle service is great.

Great convenient family orientated hotel near Disneyland parks. It has a free shuttle that takes you to and from the parks. The breakfast is variated and plenty of options. There's an arcade for children and also lots of gardens surrounding the hotel. It has a lovely spa and a big indoor pool perfect for children.

We booked this hotel for two separate stays. During our first stay, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, but the manager handled the situation well and upgraded us to another room, which we appreciated. Our second stay was fine and without any issues. However, the check-in process was quite slow on both occasions. Additionally, the strong smell of chlorine from the water wall in the lobby is not very pleasant when you first walk in. On the positive side, the rooms are clean, and considering the price, the hotel offers good value for money.

It’s very convenient to stay with a free Shuttle service to Disneyland. The room was so clean, water dispenser just outside the bedroom, and of course the 55 inches tv. It’s not just an ordinary hotel, it has kitchen equipment. What a shame didn’t use the swimming as we don’t have time.

Le Ki Space Hotel offre quelques points positifs : un hall et un bar très beaux, une chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée avec un lit confortable, ainsi qu’une navette pratique pour Disney et Val d’Europe. En revanche, l’atmosphère générale est assez froide, avec des murs et plafonds bruts et gris qui donnent parfois une impression « prison », surtout dans les couloirs. Le check-in a été très compliqué malgré le pré-enregistrement : le système de clé via QR code fonctionne mal et nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps, une catastrophe !!! La première fois que je passe autant de temps pour procéder à l'arrivée dans un hotel La chambre dispose d’un coin cuisine mais sans aucun matériel pour l’utiliser (éponge, torchon, pastille pour le lave-vaisselle). Nous avons aussi eu un problème de lumière d’appoint impossible à éteindre. La plus grosse déception reste le petit-déjeuner : mon assiette et mes couverts ont été retirés alors que nous venions à peine de commencer, sans même nous demander si nous avions terminé. Malgré cela, on ne nous redonne pas des nouveaux couverts, pas de serviette, nous sommes obligés d'aller nous reservir à nouveau et de refaire la queue au buffet (ce qui évidemment nous a fait louper la navette pour le parc!!!!) En résumé, un séjour mitigé : du potentiel, mais trop de mauvaises expériences pour être pleinement satisfaisant.

La chambre est propre dans l’ensemble, sauf le lave-vaisselle qui n’est pas très net, cela ne nous a pas donné envie de l’utiliser. Et aucune pastille n’est mise à disposition…. Pour la kitchenette, il faut demander le kit à l’accueil. Il n’est pas disponible en chambre. Le ménage est fait très correctement pour le reste.

The staff at this hotel were super helpful. Very accomodating to hold pur luggage after our early arrival. They even let us change in the spa bathroom after an overnight flight. Once we did check in the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom alsonhad the biggest fluffiest towels I've ever seen. The free shuttle to the parks and train station were a wonderful perk. Ita a little farther then I expexted but thats on me. Bus driver was efficient amd very prompt.

Several issues during our stay. The facility was beautiful, the service was unkind, unhelpful, and unprofessional from the time of check in to check out. It was clear that the front desk staff does not want to be there and it shows. Additionally, there is not enough staff to check in / help guests efficiently. They should hire staff from the Disney Park that understand how to deliver Disney level of service. As a hotel operator in the US, I was appalled by the way I was talked to and treated. Very limited offerings for food and a lot of restrictions. Avoid if possible, don’t be lured by the photos, the service and time restrictions/early and late closures of the on-site offerings, risk ruining your stay as it did ours. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND If taking the Disney shuttle bus as we hoped, important to know, they stop running shuttles 12-5, creating additional challenges.

It was clear that the front desk staff does not want to be there and it shows. Additionally, there is not enough staff to check in / help guests efficiently. They should hire staff from the Disney Park that understand how to deliver Disney level of service. As a hotel operator in the US, I was appalled by the way I was talked to and treated. Very limited offerings for food and a lot of restrictions. Avoid if possible, don’t be lured by the photos, the service and time restrictions/early and late closures of the on-site offerings, risk ruining your stay as it did ours. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND If taking the Disney shuttle bus as we hoped, important to know, they stop running shuttles 12-5, creating additional challenges.

We booked this hotel for two separate stays. During our first stay, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, but the manager handled the situation well and upgraded us to another room, which we appreciated. Our second stay was fine and without any issues. However, the check-in process was quite slow on both occasions. Additionally, the strong smell of chlorine from the water wall in the lobby is not very pleasant when you first walk in. On the positive side, the rooms are clean, and considering the price, the hotel offers good value for money.

However, the Reception staff member who greeted us was unfriendly and unhelpful - we had already completed online checkin with passport and credit card details and had to do it again at the desk. After about 5 minutes of struggling with both the QR code reader and the key to our 3rd floor room I headed back down to Reception while the cleaners took pity on my husband and let him in. I was accompanied upstairs by a different staff member who then showed me that I had to pull then push the door to get in - very complicated! It wasn’t until we checked out and I mentioned the difficulties to yet another staff member that we were told there was an issue with the QR codes and that we should have been informed. In the room there was only 1 of everything (teabag, coffee pod etc) but once we requested a second, as there were two of us booked in, they were supplied. It wasn’t until late that we discovered the shower gel holder was empty (I hadn’t brought any) and the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work. However what annoyed us most was that despite the Disney Shuttle advertised on the website as operating every 50 minutes, nowhere was it mentioned that there was a 5 hour break in the middle of the day so we were stuck for over 2 hours, waiting. Frustrating!

Hotel was fantastic. Only downside was it was a bit far away from convenient amenities like shopping, etc. shuttle to and from Disney was great! They also would help book a cab to get you to the airport on time.

Stayed for 3 nights when I took my daughter to Disneyland. It was a very nice hotel. Very quiet, only 10mins from Disneyland (€10-€15 by uber). There is a shuttle service as well. Highly recommended stay here if you’re looking to go to Disneyland. Very clean and comfortable.

WRONG - the shuttles were crowded (and required reserving the night before) and the return shuttles were only late in the evening . . . Once I'd schlepped back to the hotel (and I'd recommend taking an Uber back to the hotel) your only dining option was the hotel restaurant. While the food was fine, I didn't want a repeat experience. . . While I might have saved money initially booking here, we spent what we saved in Ubers, poor food, and a lot of stress. Unless you have a car and are looking for bare bones, I would not recommend staying here - just fork over the cash to Disney.

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang Der Shuttlebus zum Disneyland Paris ist einfach, unkompliziert und wirklich absolut Empfehlenswert. Hotel und Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Es ist Geschmacksache auf unverputzte Betonwände zu schauen, es ist halt der Stil des Hotels. Frühstück war gut. Alles in allem für einen Besuch im Disneyland sehr zu empfehlen.

4 star would be about right for this hotel. It was a nice clean hotel. The staff were pleasant and a complementary non alcoholic drink voucher was given upon check in. The room itself was nice and clean, although cosmetically it was unfinished. The kitchenette was great and they supplied most things for example a fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, kitchen utensils and a microwave. Tea/coffee machine was standard but the annoying thing was no water bottles. They had one water dispenser each floor which unfortunately was as far away as it possibly could be from our room. Breakfast was half decent. A choice of english or continental on offer, but no baked beans surprisingly. The breakfast staff were nice and polite. The shuttle bus was on the hour from 9am and I’d suggest getting on board quick as seating is limited. Two running buses might have been ideal. You had a shopping mall close by called Vl d Europe and also a fantastic outlet village next to the mall. The general area was very clean and safe, with a good choice of restaurants. This hotel is fairly new and I expect it will be completed and improvements made over the next year and could see myself going back one day.

Great hotel! Lovely pool, close to Disneyland and we took advantage of the free shuttle. Rooms were spacious and well equipped for travel with a baby. The breakfast and food at the restaurant were quite overpriced and only ok. Also the hours of the restaurant were quite strange for a family resort (opened at 7pm). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We stayed there for 4 nights , staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel have free shuttle to Disneyland more thank 5 times a day. Easy to find and quick . The breakfast was very good with options for everyone, and fresh bake. Spa was clean and working perfectly. Over all very good and recommended.

Rooms very spacious and efficient no negative comments there. Mediocre breakfast and snacks (which is what tried), there is lots of space for improvement. If you are going there for Disney park there are more hotels at a closer distance from the park and likely cheaper. I did not enjoy the vibe and design of the lounge and breakfast area.

The breakfast buffet was good, not great. And the personnel equally. However, the lunch and dinner (à la carte) - both the food and personnel were great! The receptionists were also courteous and helpful. Thank you. The whole keyless thing is unnecessarily complicated. It worked well enough, but not amazingly. (I should know, having worked as a software developer for 25 years.) The pool was nice. We had a good time.

On first arrival it looked brilliant and we were very excited, that soon changed unfortunately. Our room was not ready till 5pm, really disappointing and a downer on the start of our holiday, not what you need after a 14 hour drive with 3 children under 5. The staff weren’t really phased or helpful about it. There was only 1 member of staff that took notice and helped. When arriving into our room after being so delayed the cleanliness was not the best, the shower smelt horrendous and had pink mould all around the bottom, the toilet was not cleaned to a high standard either. We were moved rooms which was better. The carpet in the corridor on floor 4 was awful, either needs a deep clean or replacing. The pool was vile, very murky water and had false eyelashes floating in it. Breakfast was ok but not a huge choice. There is a free shuttle to Disney, but this service is very limited and every bus we did get on was uncomfortably crowded, there appeared to be 3 buses in the car park of the hotel, but think only one was in use, not great if you are wanting to watch the fireworks or light show at the end of the evening as you have to leave the show early to ensure you get there in time and be able to fit on the bus otherwise you either need to get a taxi or have a very long wait for the final bus of the evening. The bed was comfortable which is a positive, but with all the other issues personally I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately or recommend to family and friends.

Ki space is in a great location for Disney and has a free shuttle bus. The room was clean,the bathroom was very nice and, athough a little cramped, the family room could sleep up to 6 which is amazing. Unfortunately, the pool was cold and the hydromassage jets were not working. The website didn't make clear that all elements of the spa were for over 16s and that use of the spa had to be pre-booked. This was very disappointing.

Unfortunately, the pool was cold and the hydromassage jets were not working. The website didn't make clear that all elements of the spa were for over 16s and that use of the spa had to be pre-booked. This was very disappointing.

Chambre propre, la salle de bain n'est pas très pratique, la douche n'ayant pas de réelle cabine de douche. Pour ce type de salle de bain les toilettes devraient être à l'extérieur. Piscine agréable malgré le non-fonctionnement des jets. La clim s'éteignait toute seule la nuit, c'est regretable. Salle de petit-déjeuner bien trop petite, nous avons dû attendre 30min pour une table, quand on se rend à Disney ce n'est pas pratique ! Nous ne reviendrons pas

Ideal location, very clean hotel, swimming pool area was very good nice and clean and brand new. The shuttle service was also very convenient, bit busy in the evening come back but it’s free. If we came back to Disneyland this is where we would stay again. Great value for money

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff beds very soft and pillows not lumpy. On site food is great and plenty of shuttles to Disneyland park with specific times. Next time I travel to Disney will 100% be using this hotel.
