L'hotel si trova in una posizione comoda per i miei spostamenti e allora ogni tanto ci vado. Sulla carta non è male, ha un ampio parcheggio, ampie camere e bagno...il problema è che tenuto male. Parcheggio in mezzo alla polvere, bagni che hanno bisogno di manutenzione, dotazione datata. Colazione normale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Non sembra un 4 stelle. Effettivamente ha una presentazione importante, la hall è di quelle dei grandi alberghi. Non all'altezza la condizione delle camere, si sentiva cattivo odore di risalita dagli scarichi del bagno. Bisogna di essere rinnovato. Buona la colazione. Non è possibile raggiungere il centro con mezzi pubblici. Non lo consiglio x rapporto qualità prezzo.

Er rystet over det er et 4 stjernet hotel. Da vi ankom virkede air condition ikke og vinduet kunne ikke lukkes. Personalet sagde vi skulle lukke vinduet, så ville aircon virke. Efter en længere snak kom de endelig og så på det. De kunne så konstatere at vinduet ikke kunne lukkes. Spurgte efter nyt værelse spm vi fik efter lidt modvillighed. På det nye værelse kunne døren så åbnes halvt. Udendørs arealerne var heller ikke optimale. Møblerne meget slidt. Hvis man er i gang med renovering skal man nok være mere obs. Vil overhovedet ikke anbefale det til andre

Ottimo Hotel, ma chi fa grande un Hotel è il personale che ci lavora. Come Giada una ragazza molto professionale gentilissima e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema che si dovrebbe presentare al cliente. Come per me, che senza farmi preoccupare per un problema che mi è successo, si è attivata immediatamente ed è riuscita a risolverlo. Sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Spero che il Direttore di questo Hotel non se la fa scappare. Un elogio pure al personale delle pulizie e della sala colazione. Camera e bagno trovati pulitissimi. Box doccia spazioso. Che dire struttura posizionata in posto strategico per visitare i posti più belli che ci sono nei dintorni

Purtroppo non posso che scrivere una recensione negativa. In questi giorni di caldo record mi è stata data una stanza con l'aria condizionata non funzionante. Poco dopo il mio arrivo ho segnalato il problema. Nonostante ben tre richieste alla reception per risolvere il problema, nulla è stato fatto e non mi è stata proposta una camera alternativa. Ho "dormito" in un bagno di sudore, con una temperatura costante di quasi 32 gradi. In un albergo a 4 stelle , dove pago per soggiornare, mi sembra inaccettabile.

Prima volta in questo hotel e sono rimasto un po' deluso. Posizione è ok e ottima possibilità di parcheggio, dall'esterno e dalla reception si presenta bene. Camera grande ma poco confortevole e con evidente mancanza di manutenzione: - finestre poco insonorizzate, si sentiva il rumore del vento ed entrava aria dagli spifferi, - in bagno qualsiasi gancio, portasciugamani, carta igienica etc era svitato dal muro, doccia con problemi di calcare e sciacquone wc mezzo rotto. - interruttori della luce mezzi svitati in bagno e uno rotto all'ingresso. - rumore proveniente dal corridoio (sono stato sfortunato perché c'era una rumorosa scolaresca) Cenato al ristorante interno, non male in assoluto ma il personale pur molto gentilmente è pressante perché chiede troppe informazioni per garantire il pagamento, numero camera per garanzia, metodo di pagamento, etc. Sembra che abbiano il timore che non si paghi e questo innervosisce. Quindi in definitiva, può anche andare per una notte ma penso ci sia di meglio in zona.

Very noisy hotel because the hotel was booked for kids school holidays. Kids were playing till nidnight and the phonic isolation of room doors is very bad. So this is not a hôtel for business trips. Moreover there was no warm water for the shower in the morning for 2 out of 4 days.

The hotel is in need of a major refresh. The room was just "OK". The bed and pillow was unbearable and I found it hard to sleep. Stiff neck and sore back for most of the trip. The restaurant service and food were good, but it needs a refresh -- new curtains, the floor needs a redo, the ceiling shows signs of water damage. If I'd choose one thing they would fix, it is better mattress and pillows!

Poco dopo il mio arrivo ho segnalato il problema. Nonostante ben tre richieste alla reception per risolvere il problema, nulla è stato fatto e non mi è stata proposta una camera alternativa. Ho "dormito" in un bagno di sudore, con una temperatura costante di quasi 32 gradi. In un albergo a 4 stelle , dove pago per soggiornare, mi sembra inaccettabile.

Er rystet over det er et 4 stjernet hotel. Da vi ankom virkede air condition ikke og vinduet kunne ikke lukkes. Personalet sagde vi skulle lukke vinduet, så ville aircon virke. Hôtel trés malhonnête, je suis partie la premiére nuit car le chauffage ne chauffait pas bien, la couverture sur le lit inadéquate pour la saison. On m'a donné des couvertures de plus mais trop fines et qui couvraient juste une partie du lit. Je ne suis pas restée à l'hôtel et on m'a fait payer les 4 nuits. J'ai payé 2 hôtels dans la même semaine. L'hôtel a refusé de me rembourser, ce sont des voleurs. Inacceptable pour un hôtel qui se dit de 4 étoiles.

Die Bwertung von Hotels.com mit 8.2 und sehr gut kann ich überhaupt nicht verstehen. Das gebuchte Zimmer war zwar groß, aber in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Badezimmer hatte eine bodenebene Dusche, die aber nur einen zu kurzen Duschvorhang hatte,sodass das Bad nach ca 4 Minuten Duschzeit komplett unter Wasser stand. Das Frühstück war selbst für italienische Verhältnisse absolut unbefriedigend. Der Service war unterirdisch. Kaffee gab es erst als ich das Frühstück bereits beendet hatte. Am Vorabend hat es mehr als eine halbe Stunde gedauert,um an der Hotelbar ein Bier zu bekommen, es fühlte sich schlichtweg niemand zuständig.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione comoda per i miei spostamenti e allora ogni tanto ci vado. Sulla carta non è male, ha un ampio parcheggio, ampie camere e bagno...il problema è che tenuto male. Parcheggio in mezzo alla polvere, bagni che hanno bisogno di manutenzione, dotazione datata. Colazione normale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Non sembra un 4 stelle. Effettivamente ha una presentazione importante, la hall è di quelle dei grandi alberghi. Non all'altezza la condizione delle camere, si sentiva cattivo odore di risalita dagli scarichi del bagno. Bisogna di essere rinnovato. Buona la colazione. Non è possibile raggiungere il centro con mezzi pubblici. Non lo consiglio x rapporto qualità prezzo.

Prima volta in questo hotel e sono rimasto un po' deluso. Posizione è ok e ottima possibilità di parcheggio, dall'esterno e dalla reception si presenta bene. Camera grande ma poco confortevole e con evidente mancanza di manutenzione: - finestre poco insonorizzate, si sentiva il rumore del vento ed entrava aria dagli spifferi, - in bagno qualsiasi gancio, portasciugamani, carta igienica etc era svitato dal muro, doccia con problemi di calcare e sciacquone wc mezzo rotto. - interruttori della luce mezzi svitati in bagno e uno rotto all'ingresso. - rumore proveniente dal corridoio (sono stato sfortunato perché c'era una rumorosa scolaresca) Cenato al ristorante interno, non male in assoluto ma il personale pur molto gentilmente è pressante perché chiede troppe informazioni per garantire il pagamento, numero camera per garanzia, metodo di pagamento, etc. Sembra che abbiano il timore che non si paghi e questo innervosisce. Quindi in definitiva, può anche andare per una notte ma penso ci sia di meglio in zona.

The hotel is in need of a major refresh. The room was just "OK". The bed and pillow was unbearable and I found it hard to sleep. Stiff neck and sore back for most of the trip. The restaurant service and food were good, but it needs a refresh -- new curtains, the floor needs a redo, the ceiling shows signs of water damage. If I'd choose one thing they would fix, it is better mattress and pillows!

The building keeps the heat and you must sleep with open window resulting in several mosquito bites. The hotel has a bad location. Close to big roads that your hear all night. Youngsters playing riding motorcycles outside It is a 30 min walk into the city center on unsafe roads. The elevator only works sporadically. They call it breakfast, I call it dry suger.
