Das Hotel liegt an einer super Lage, der einige Nachteil ist es hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Wenn man das Gepäck vor dem Hotel auslädt blockiert man die Strasse.

A very beautiful historic building, close to the main attractions of Nîmes, like the Maison Carré and the Arena. Important: it’s located in an extremely narrow street, so it’s very difficult to reach by car. There’s no place even for a short period. Parking in a shopping centre two blocks away, which can be an inconvenience if it’s raining or you have to much baggage

Hôtel magnifique avec ce grand escalier , petit déjeuner parfait dans un très beau cadre, serveuse accueillante, chambre alliant le moderne et l'ancien . Accueil sympa . Nous le recommandons

The biggest issue is that the room door fails to close properly, and you must park at a private lot 200 meters from the hotel without valet service. The hotel is on a very tight alley, making it impossible to pulling your car a moment; you must carry your luggage 200 meters from the private parking lot.

Hôtel très confortable et au personnel accueillant. Un bémol pour le stationnement qui est mentionné dans le descriptif et qui en fait est un parking public peu sur la nuit ! Difficulté d’accès pour cet hôtel situé dans de vieilles rues étroites du centre de Nîmes

Le seul truc que je peux reprocher ça n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel par lui-même c'est que c'est indiqué sur votre application qu'il est équipé d'un parking et en fait ce sont des parking de la ville et à Nîmes très difficile de se garer

Une très belle surprise que cet hôtel en plein centre de Nîmes, situation parfaite dans une très vielle bâtisse dotée d'un cours intérieure avec un escalier magnifique desservant les chambres ! Ma chambre (111) donnait sur la cours intérieur ce qui m'a garanti le calme. Très spacieuses, plafond à plus de 3 mètres ... Espace garanti !! L'amabilité du personnel présent ne fait aucun doute. C'est un lieu magnifique. Je prévois d'y revenir pour les prochains jeux de la Romanité car outre l'hôtel plein de charme, la ville de Nîmes a de quoi vous surprendre ! Le musée de la Romanité, la Maison Carrée, l'amphithéâtre, la Tour Magne et les jardins sont les lieux à ne pas manquer !

Tres difficile a trouver en voiture Il faut signaler que l on peut se garer au parking de la Coupole. Une fois que l on est gare on peut facilement circuler a pied dans le centre de Nimes

Chambre qui sent le renfermé et pire dans la salle de bain. Fenêtres très sales. Plaintes fissurées peinture écaillée. Salle de bain très très vieillotte. Petit déjeuner très succinct. Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables du tout, boulochants. Bref ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. 2+ ou petit 3

Desværre var værelset lidt skuffende, stik-kontakten ved sengen virkede ikke, aircondition havde svært ved at køle rummet og sidste nat dryppede det fra loftet - hvilket personalet ikke virkede til at være så optaget af. Vil nok vælge andet hotel en anden gang

Hotel very clean. Reception were all extremely helpful and friendly. Parking a bit far, but considering the location of the hotel, it is understandable. Could walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions. Train station about a 20 minute walk so able to do day trips from here pretty easily.

Séjour agréable. Suite junior confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Bémol sur l'insonorisation intérieur et extérieur, sur les odeurs tenaces de la salle de bain mais porte fermée acceptable.

The building is wonderful, the area perfect for Nimes. But the room is very poor, dingy in fact. And it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. The bathtub/shower is actually dangerous, as it's difficult to step into and out of. The paneling pinned up on the walls looks and is cheap. Your rooms need a big, and I mean big, makeover to make this a real fourstar hotel. As of now, the rooms say more like 2+ stars.

Accueil agréable, chambre propre et spacieuse, calme, petit déjeuner très copieux et frais, personnel à l’écoute. Parking à prévoir à l’extérieur, interparking à 5 min à pied avec forfait 3 ou 5 jours.

Il ne s'agit pas de notre premier séjour. L'hôtel est très propre et le cadre est vraiment extraordinaire. Le personnel est très agréable et la qualité des chambres est au top. De plus, du fait de l'ancienneté du bâtiment, les chambres sont très bien insonorisées.

My husband and I received a warm and friendly welcome, and were upgraded to a room with a balcony. (Rm 304) That elevated this rating from a 3 to a 4. The balcony is great but the chairs and table are very rusted and should be replaced. The hotel is in a central location with the main attractions being easily walkable. Linens and towels are excellent quality, and the cleaners did a good job. The bathroom’s placement is strange. Having the bed between the WC and the sink requires constant walking around the bed to wash hands and is awkward. The makeup mirror doesn’t stay upright because it’s missing the rear piece. The bed only has one bedside wall plug. We received a complimentary bottle of water as a welcome on Day 1, but only 1 small bottle (50cl ) Evian for 2 people? Housekeeping did not replace our coffee pods every day like they should have. I understand about historic buildings/old cities, but there is an unpleasant odor coming from the sink when the stopper is raised. Keep the sink stopper down. The TV has limited English language channels and there was no way to plug in the firestick to watch our content because HDMI and power are needed but not available. The ability to cast to the TV had been blocked so we used our cellular due to being unable to stay logged into hotel's internet. Again, I understand it's an old building with thick walls, but other hotels have installed repeaters for this particular issue. Area has a number of homeless or people begging.

Alles was helemaal top, behalve de wifi is niet van deze tijd.

Small but comfortable rooms which don't, alas, match the magnificence of the splendid staircase. A nicely-presented breakfast and friendly staff.

Nîmes est une ville étonnante d'architecture, de rues & ruelles à découvrir. Seul bémol, un lit de 140... c'est étroit !

Hôtel très confortable avec un personnel aux p'tits soins. Petit déjeuner très complet. Bémol : chambre donnant sur l'escalier mal insonorisée, porte et fenêtres laissent passer les bruits du couloir surtout lorsque des personnes arrivent tardivement et bruyamment. On entend aussi beaucoup les bruits de la chambre voisine. Dommage aussi, si on se prétend respecter la planète, pourquoi la lumière est elle constamment allumée dans les couloirs , des détecteurs de mouvements pourraient convenir, non ?

The only drawback is the Wi-Fi signal . But it is a fantastic hotel .

C’était pour ma maman et ma tante, ils ont été très bien reçu. Surclassé très bien dormi. La literie impeccable le petit déjeuner a été servi en chambre pour des personnes âgées. C’est quand même pas mal et donc tout s’est très bien passé. Merci

Exceptional polite and carying service!

Ulysses made us feel at home the moment we walked in the big blue front door. Breakfast was really good value. Ulysses also gave us some great tips on Dinner restaurants & museums to visit. We loved our entire time there

We had a great stay here - an architecturally interesting place with lots of character. Helpful and friendly front desk, nice rooms with good beds, beautiful breakfast, quiet yet central. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Inmejorable ubicación a pocos minutos caminando a las atracciones, bares y restaurantes dentro de la ciudad histórica. La casa antigua con instalaciones cómodas, muy bonita y en excelente estado, la habitación muy cómoda, el desayuno completo y lo mejor, la atención en la recepción, muy cálidos y amables. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, Me volvería a hospedar hospedar allí.

Hotel was perfect, comfortable, safe, friendly, great location. The street it was on was not very pretty in comparison to other streets but i would stay here again definitely.

Excellent location and such great staff. Had a junior suite which gave us plenty of room. Easy walk into the town and lots of places to eat.

Pas de place de parking pour déposer les valises. Pas d'isolation phonique, déranger 2 nuits de suite entre 1h et 5h du matin, pas des riverains et les ramassages d'ordures. Petit déjeuner ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles. Le téléphone ne capte pas, et WIFI en panne. dépanner 4h après. Et pourtant le personnel est au courant des soucis, on a discuté en partant.

Hotel is in a great location convenient for walking around Nimes. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty small but clean(we did just book a standard room) and did not rate the breakfast that we had only once - not good value for money. Would still recommend this hotel for a short break though

A well situated hotel without parking or indeed a drop off zone. Very nice and charming building, but cheap decor and cheap furniture offsets the charm. Asked for towels, received non. The bar serves beer or vine by the bottle only. Poor breakfast. Would not go back.
