Gorgeous hotel set in the most amazing gardens, with lovely staff. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, plenty of sun beds available. We booked a classic standard room for 7 nights, it was perfect for us, spacious with a very comfy double bed and en-suite modern shower room. Breakfast was very good with a variety of cereals, pastries and some hot food, sausages, eggs etc. The hotel provide a free shuttle service at certain times of the day to the train station and if you call them when you leave Venice they will pick you up too. Times of trains are available from reception. Trains are regular and easy to use, we visited Venice and Verona during our stay. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant, the food and service was 5 star. We also had a few evening meals at Madly, a 15 minute walk from the hotel and this was very good also. We loved this hotel, it is looked after beautifully by wonderful staff who take good care of their guests.

Alt var perfekt. Flot pool, gratis parkering, gratis håndklæder ved pool, gratis låne cykler, billig transport til og fra stationen. Stort udvalg af morgenmad. Stille - gode senge, aircon der virkede, godt tryk på vandet i bruseren. Receptionen åbent 24/7. Kan slet ikke finde noget dårligt at skrive om stedet. Ca 25 min. i bil fra parkering på Venedig

Great hotel with really nice and professional staff. We loved to cool down by the pool. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Venice without actually staying in Venice, as you can easily take the train directly to Venice from this city. Would come back if I were to visit Venice again.

Super friendly, willing to help you get to where you need and arrange transportation for you. They have an onsite pool which is maintained daily and always looks brand new. It is a 5 minute car ride to the train station but they can accommodate a shuttle service for you if you are not renting, otherwise it’s about a 20 minute walk, which isn’t too difficult to navigate to.

I did a mother daughter trip with my 13 year old. We loved this hotel as it was clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff are very kind and we loved the little shuttle guy. If your looking to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Venice and want a nice pool this is ur place. The hotel has a shuttle to the train and it's 2 stops into Venice. Takes about 30 minutes by train and costs 7.90 euro for 2 ppl. The breakfast was delicious, huge variety and very fresh. Only downfall is the pool closes at 8pm.

The Was Very Helpful With Directions And Tips Of Places To Go And How To Get Around. If You Get Breakfast Included, They Have Many Options. And If You Order Drinks At The Hotel Bar They Are Very Cost Friendly

Beautiful clean place, staff friendly and helpful

Mixed feelings……Rooms at the second floor, just under the roof of the building, are old and without a view. Airco doesn’t work during your absence so very hot as you come in again. Hotel situated in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, a shuttle bus will bring you to the train station during specific hours. Most of the staff is very friendly (like the “older” lady at reception) and the cook, some aren’t. The pool was out of service and needs to be cleaned, some “stuff” in the bathroom from the previous guest is not what you are looking for…..breakfast is ok, dinner is nice however the atmosphere in the restaurant is terrible (looks like a prison or hospital). So mixed feelings!

We are a family of five adults and we had booked three bedrooms. Pros: Clean, well maintained comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms with beautiful surroundings. Cons: very strict, unnecessary and unusual rules for a supposedly four stars hotel verging on draconian leaving us uncomfortable and not at ease which affected our enjoyment. Insect screens in our three bedrooms were damaged exposing us to severe insect bites required medical treatment. Our rooms were right above the hotel restaurant and there was always unpleasant smell particularly in the morning. Would we stay there again? No, unless we don’t have a better option !!!

Stayed here previously when travelling out of Venice airport in October. Really liked the stay last time, despite the distance from airport, odd industrial estate setting and getting a room impacted by the slope of the roof. It has a comfy bed, the whole property is generally quite newly fitted out and minimalist classy feel. However, we hoped to rest by the pool area, even if the pool was closed for the season, which it was. The area is being redone slightly so holes and earth around, plus no loungers to be found and no attempt to keep it looking tidy, so very, very unlike the pictures on the listing. Added to this, the room was too warm for us. Despite the listing saying AirCon, it is turned off. We queried this and weren't even offered a fan, despite the room having no standard window opening to a 'normal' outdoor area (it opens possibly to the lift shaft) and the roof light having limited opening. In order to try get some, very limited, airflow we had both open and were subject to noise from a drill being used somewhere below the window (fixed insect frames meant couldn't see out as to where) and still the room was too hot. Last time we stayed there were streaming services but this time the only English language channels were CNN Int'l and France 24, which rather limits enjoyable viewing for a vacation day! Wish we'd picked another, more conveniently located, hotel with either proper ventilation or working aircon, which were available on our dates for about the same cost.

We liked a lot this lovely romantic hotel. Good size, not too small not to big, enough privacy. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower. The only thing to improve is the airco in the rooms, they could be more efficient, state-of-the-art, less loudly.

The room I got was on the ground floor and it had an area to go outside. The whole place was quiet and lovely. They also have bikes to rent and and an area to ride them alongside the river. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and one beside it, it is about 15 from the Venice airport but overall it was enjoyable.

Super hôtel et emplacement pour aller à Venise car seulement à 25 min de route. Personnel accueillant et cadre très calme , verdoyant. Petit bémol sur la literie qui était un peu dur.

They were so friendly and accommodating! Language barrier when trying to order food they not only showed me but they called and ordered it and had it delivered!! Shuttle to the train station every day for 5 euros round trip! They went above and beyond every time. Highly recommend staying there if you’re looking to be in Venice but not in Venice. Short train ride into the city made it so much easier on not lugging luggage through the heart of Venice!! The train is comfy has restrooms and is a cool to visit too. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel!

Though there was an obvious language barrier on our end, the staff were very patient, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Travelling every week with work and I am sensitive to customer service as I have been in sales all of my career. Seldom you see such a well run organisation. The people are passionate about what they do and it shows with their helpfulness, eagerness to make a good impression and willingness to go the extra mile for you to get the best possible stay. My daughter is gluten intolerant and it is often hard to find places that have a nice selection for her but here they have everything. A special thank you to the lady in reception (with the white teeth) and the blond lady running the breakfast- you rock! Thank you - we will be back!

the hotel is more than worth all its stars. But the real stars are all the staff who make the stay as pleasant as possible. The room is made clean and tidy every day. The reception is staffed with enthusiastic people who are always ready to help or advise you. The breakfast is extensive and your every need is catered for. Everyone is attentive and takes the time for you. I had some special requests due to a birthday and the "script" was followed and executed in detail. My compliments!. We would love to come back again!

Lack of transport and facilities like restaurants shop..

It was a very nice hotel , with convenience to the airport in the morning . There are not a lot of restaurant options , if you do not eat at the hotel . You will have to drive to go elsewhere . Otherwise , it is really lovely .

Hotel, hotel staff were excellent, The adjacent water-way and trail contained various forms of wildlife and was a pleasure to take a stroll on the trail to town. The hotel restaurant staff were excellent, the food quality was not commensurate with the price. I and my wife decided to splurge just once this trip on a good meal and we spent about 260.00 Euros on the dinner. My wife's lobster plate contained just a sliver of lobster. My tiramisu and coffee was a slice of cake with a splash of coffee next to the cake. I left the restaurant hungrier than when I entered. Staff indicated they had a chef, but no alterations to the meals could be made which makes me believe all meals are prepared beforehand and heated prior to serving. Breakfast is 17 Euros per person. The range of food offered at breakfast is wide and delicious. However, when asked if staff could prepare us an omelet, we were advised it could be done at an additional cost. 17 Euros per person is more than enough to avoid further costs to have a simple omelet made. To sum it up, this is a very nice hotel, but I am less enamored with the restaurant - FYI, there are restaurants in the local town and I kick myself for not seeking out this alternative.

Our stay was excellent. The staff, the dinner, the breakfast and the room were all outstanding.

Très bel hôtel - petite structure ce qui est vraiment appréciable - localisation idéale pour visiter Venise car un train passe toutes les 30 minutes - des balades à pied ou en vélo à partir de l’hôtel sont possibles- coté restauration, il est nécessaire d’avoir une voiture mais des tas d’adresses disponibles dans les environs. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est correct mais sans plus. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et pour le petit déjeuner, c’était suffisant.

Questa struttura è un angolo immerso nella campagna silenziosa del veneziano, finemente ristrutturata e raccolta. Il fiume Sile fa da sfondo in ogni angolo. Il personale è efficiente cordiale e discreto. Abbiamo assaggiato ottimi piatti di pesce che definirei superiori per materia prima . Ottima la colazione fronte fiume. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Tutto ottimo, bellissima stanza, materassi e cuscini comodissimi, ottima location immersa nella natura, personale molto gentile, pulizia impeccabile, peccato per la colazione, a parte i dolci fatti in casa, pane industriale a fette, marmellate supermercato monte rosa, yogurt primo prezzo, affettati di bassa qualità. Sistemato questo aspetto sarebbe tutto impeccabile!
