All the staff were so kind and helpful! They helped us with all of our dinner suggestions and things to do around town! Restaurants on site made dining for lunch and dinner very convenient, and the food was awesome! The pool was magnificent with a bar area and views all day. We will miss this Hotel as it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

My family and I stood at Hotel Raito for 5 nights. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful (Brigitta and others truly helped with tour booking). Dining area is beautiful and the food was good too. My only issue would be the limited Food option at the pool bar (really can only get a ham and cheese sandwich or fruit). Overall the stay was very good.

Hotel Raito was a very welcoming experience. They have great customer service and we were shown immediately to our room as well as the spa at our request. They provided us with complimentary sandals for our stay. The room was quiet, with a lovely, large balcony overlooking the sea. There is a pool area, which was very nice, with a swim up bar! and our room had breakfast included, which was a great breakfast! Lots of options. The room was comfortable. We just wish we stayed here for more than one night!!

The hotel location is spledid, the staff very responsive and polite. Sadly the property and services are not uo to par with a 5 star hotel, the breakfast fruits and vegetables where not fresh and it was served in what appear to be a banquet room setup for wedding, YES the views are amazing, however there seem to be mimimal effort and bugdet alloted to guest services. Spa hours are limited to 1! AM to 7PM and there is a $30 fee to access a jacuzzy and two saunas. The rooms are in poor state and in need of a refreshment. The room pictures we have seen does not represent the room we checked in at first, we eplxanied the situation and got upgraded quickly, however even the premium room was disapointing.

Fantastic view from our room balcony, beautiful breakfast, beautiful hotel and pool and friendly and helpful staff (especially Abram, Charlotte, Victoria and Ernesto). Not really walkable to the town but the shuttle bus provided helped out there, just need to plan your times and book ahead. Easy public bus access to the beach/marina and the next door ferry to the rest of the Amalfi coast. Love it! We were sorry to leave and would go back in a heartbeat.

Very nice hotel. I'm not sure it's quite worthy of 5-star... more like a good 4-star, but good all the same. Good service overall. The only negative I would say was that there is a charge for the use of the spa.

Overall the staff was fantastic and very helpful to us. But this is not a five star hotel in the slightest. The views are gorgeous but the condition of the property is extremely outdated and old. Our room/bathroom was also extremely outdated and the shower was so small and flooded within two mins of standing in it that you had to stop the shower several times in use for the drain to catch up to the water accumulating at the bottom. The wifi in the hotel was also non existent. I never once got wifi unless I stood right in the entry way of the hotel. The staff was phenomenal and helpful at all times (no complaints about them at all) but overall the property condition is not five star.

The views and the cleanliness was top notch. The buffet breakfast had many choices and it was delicious.The free shuttle bus had a schedule and you needed to book it in order to ensure seating. It would take you only to the Piaza in the town center and return to the hotel. The local business owners were very friendly and helpful. You could travel with the city bus by purchasing bus tickets at the local shops/bars. Taxi service from the hotel was minimum 20 Euros. We found that to be very expensive. We travelled from the port to the other islands by ferry. Transfer from this hotel to Naples airport was 160 Euros. Expensive but easier than transfers by city bus/trains. Easier to travel from the Salerno Airport.

Upon check-in we noticed that our bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage and the room was extremely warm, despite the air-conditioning running. We notified reception once of the issues, and they did nothing to resolve them. We complained a second time, they claimed to adjust the air-conditioning on their system manually (it was still just as hot) and sent a concierge to spray some deodoriser in the bathroom to try mask the smell. The sewage smell persisted throughout our 3-night stay, worsening every time we had a shower or using the bathroom sink. The air-conditioning was adjusted for a third time which made the room somewhat tolerable for sleeping. We should have been re-located to another room whilst the hotel sorted out these issues critical to our enjoyment during the stay. On the surface this hotel is impressive with beautiful views of the coast, a wonderful pool area and multiple dining options. However the condition of the interior is somewhat dated and needing maintenance (stained hallway floors, damaged walls and so on). Having stayed in several locations along the Amalfi Coast prior, I recommend considering an alternate option for the price charged.

A very disappointing experience. The room was minuscule, the closets were TINY (and NOT what you would expect in a supposedly 5-star hotel), one of the light fittings was hanging off the wall, the shower door seal did not work (thus flooding the bathroom every time you took a shower), the breakfast was very ho-hum… I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel, even if the staff (front desk, porters, dining room, etc.) were all very pleasant and professional.

An attractive hotel and helpful staff. Lovely bedroom and high quality bedding. Hotel is not very accessible to the town and there is a small shuttle bus from the hotel at quite limited times. The only other way to get to the town is by taxi at €15 euros each way. Nearby town is quiet but has some nice restaurants. Hotel restaurant was really expensive. Pool was lovely but the pool toilets didn't seem to be serviced often and had no loo roll and needed a clean.

The hotel and surroundings, along with the view, are all beautiful. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the WIFI….Myself and my colleagues all had issues connecting in the rooms due to very weak signal. All in all, however, this was a very nice stay and I would recommend.

We really liked this place! The pool, the pool staff, the views, the dinners and music! The only thing that was a damper to our stay was that we did not have AC the first few nights we were there. It seems they only allow lower AC temperature set in the expensive “upgraded” rooms because every other guest we asked at the pool who had these rooms said that their AC was very cold. Our basic “cheaper” room had absolutely no air blowing out of the vents making it impossible to sleep! It was so hot and stuffy and couldn’t breathe! We bugged the crap out of the front desk staff until they got tired of us and finally lowered the temperatures a bit. They control every room’s AC temperature from their computer in the front but as they all do, they lied to us and said the engineers were sent many times to our room to try fixing it. I just don’t appreciate constantly being lied to and screwed over. You’ll find this a lot in Italy, which is not cool so be on your A game! Be vigilant!

We love everything about this hotel. I was with my 86 year old mother who walks with a cane. The first room they gave us was far from the elevator and also required us to go up a flight of stairs. The front desk girls promptly moved us to another beautiful room. Both rooms were wonderful with spectacular terraces with views. Sylvanna and Frederica at the front desk were wonderful. And the manager greeted us several times to make sure everything was perfect. The restaurant and staff there also equally as amazing. I plan to come back again soon. Love this hotel !

I was very happy with the hotels cleanliness and the location with the view. I was a little disappointed with the service we received from the clerk that checked us in and checked us out. She seemed bothered with us and just wasn’t pleasant. This was very disappointing as the amalfi coast was a location that was on my bucket list. We loved our staff other than that. We loved the other staff who was very helpful so it was very disappointing that she wasn’t welcoming and not very kind.

Carmen at the front desk and the rest of her colleagues at the hotel were great and so very helpful with every need that was requested! The Raito Hotel is well maintained, with a great pool and has a beautiful view of the Port of Salerno and the town of Vietri sul Mare below. Highly recommend to stay here if your plans include all of the Amalfi coast.

We had a scheduled stay here at the end of March/beginning of April. Though our reservation was for three nights, we decided to leave after the first night for the following reasons: The hotel location is not convenient to go into Vietry Sul Mare (the hotel does offer a shuttle, but then you are tied to a schedule). I would not recommend walking into town as the only option is to walk along a busy narrow/winding road. There are limited dinning options onsite. Additionally, it is at the very tail end of the Amalfi Coast so there is not much to see or do in the area. The hotel grounds are nice, but our room did not live up to the expectations from the hotel pictures. The room looked worn and dated and the mattress and bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. We were so much happier once we moved locations to a new hotel in Sorrento.

My husband and I loved our stay at the hotel. It was a little piece of heaven on earth💕. Vietri was very close by free shuttle that ran a few times a day. It had the best views, wonderful restaurant and fantastic breakfast. I would suggest however that the hotel start their shuttle earlier in the morning to catch the early ferry as the taxis charge too much! Thank-you for everything. We only wish we could of stayed longer. 💕

The staff and chef are amazing. Breakfast buffet included and dinner menu and wine selection are great. Spa experience massage and use of the large jacuzzi pool, steam room, sauna and lounge area inside and out were worth it. Pool with swim up bar had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas though many are off the pool. Views! Lemon garden dinner spectacular. Went with my husband and 13 yr old and we had a wonderful time relaxing. Short taxi or free shuttle to the center of town, beach club and water taxis to other towns along the coast. Far from Carpi but possible to get there.

Beautiful views overlooking gulf of salerno. Rooms small. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Dining menus need updating. Food so so. Chef needs to pay attention to food preparation and temperatures. Need new dinner items. Restaurant disappointing on 3 night stay. You shouldn't have to wish there was a different restaurant nearby.. otherwise great location and fantastic views.
