Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel scheint neu renoviert zu sein. Man erwartet nicht so moderne Räume wenn man das Haus von aussen sieht. Eine angenehme Überraschung! Wenn man sein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen hat, braucht es einiges an Geduld bis der gute alte Fahrstuhl kommt. Der Parkplatz im Haus kostet 20 Euro pro Nacht, und es bedarf einiges an Geschick, um in dem engen Gewölbe seinen zugewiesenen Abstellplatz zu erreichen. Alles in Allem, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, zumal sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Gehdistanz befinden.

Voor ons was dit hotel echt top. Kamers waren heel netjes en ruim. Alles zag er goed en verzorgd uit. Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het ligt op loop afstand van de cathedraal en vanaf la petit france. Parkeren met een grote auto wordt wel lastiger. Wij hebben een kleine auto en dat was al wat lastig. Wij hebben er niet gegeten dus dat kunnen we niet beoordelen.

Einziger Nachteil: die Parkgarage ist seeeehr eng und flach (1,80m hoch), so dass nicht jedes Auto rein passt. Es hat 20 Minuten und 2 extra Personen gebraucht, um meinen Skoda Enyak 2 Etagen nach unten auf unseren Platz zu navigieren, ohne einen Kratzer rein zu bekommen. Das Auto hat den Warnton eines Zusammenstoßes als Dauerton gespielt, so eng war das alles.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet vollkommen ausreichend (Klein aber Fein !). Die Zimmer sauber und angenehm. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man die Stadt Straßburg gut erkunden; ob zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder öffentliche Fortbewegungsmittel. Ein kleiner Hacken war, dass unser Auto (SUV) aufgrund der größe in die Hotelgarage nicht gepasst hat... Es gibt aber umliegend Parkhäuser, wo das Auto untergebracht werden kann. Die Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen !

Ein nettes Hotel, das gut gelegen ist. 15 min zu Fuß zur großen Cathedrale und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schräg gegenüber vom Hotel ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Die Straßenbahn, deren Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel ist, konnte man bei geschlossenem Fenster immernoch hören. Nicht übermäßig laut. Das Zimmer war kleine aber ok. Unseres war komplett petrol gestrichen, was es kleiner wirken lässt. Das Badezimmer ist klein. Die Deckenhöhe im Hotel ist für großgewachsene nicht sehr vorteilhaft. Grade im Frühstücksbereich oder in den Fluren. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Miniaufzug, in den max. 2 Personen mit kleinem Gepäck passen. Die Garage ist extrem eng. Dort passen wirklich nur Kleinwagen rein. An der Rampe nach unten muss extrem langsam gefahren werden, da der Wagen sonst aufsetzt.

Cet hôtel est propre mais vieillissant. Il y aurait besoin de rénovation Dans la chambre 702 les parois de douche ne fermaient pas. Un fauteuil dans la chambre serait souhaitable en plus de la chaise. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. Les chariots de linge bloquent des fois l'ascenseur le matin à revoir

Hotel veramente bellissimo. La posizione è ottima in quanto dall'Hotel nel giro di 15min si raggiungono tutte le attrazioni di Strasburgo, inoltre per chi non vuole camminare ci sono le fermate di tram e bus vicinissimo. Lo staff dell'Hotel è spettacolare, gentilissimi su tutto e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa tu chieda. Le camere sono pulite, comode e silenziose. Veramente consigliato.

La posizione è ottima in quanto dall'Hotel nel giro di 15min si raggiungono tutte le attrazioni di Strasburgo, inoltre per chi non vuole camminare ci sono le fermate di tram e bus vicinissimo. Fantastic place. Beautiful. Great breakfast options. Close to everything but it’s a small town, not really difficult to walk. Big room and bathroom, loads of space. They had fresh flowers and a chocolate Santa for us our first night. The flowers lasted for our stay, the Santa not so much 😅

Great located hotel with very friendly staff and good service. Rooms are bigger than expected and very modern. Parking is available direct at the hotel. You can reach the old town by a little walk very fast or you can choose to take the tram. Breakfast was very delicious with food from local producers and the service was very pleasant.

We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg and all it has to offer. Plenty to see and do here, with the opportunity of trips put to other beautiful towns. We would definitely return.

Je viens régulièrement à l'hôtel Diana Dauphine. Le gros point négatif de cet hôtel est vraiment le fait qu'il n'y a aucune prise de chaque côté du lit, il n'y en a qu'au niveau du bureau dont la prise est très loin du lit ce qui est vraiment problématique quand on a besoin de charger son téléphone la nuit et qu'il sert en même temps de réveil comme ça doit être le cas pour la majorité des personnes. Surtout que l'hôtel a été rénové très récemment, vraiment dommage...

Je viens régulièrement à l'hôtel Diana Dauphine. Ein nettes Hotel, das gut gelegen ist. 15 min zu Fuß zur großen Cathedrale und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schräg gegenüber vom Hotel ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Die Straßenbahn, deren Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel ist, konnte man bei geschlossenem Fenster immernoch hören. Nicht übermäßig laut. Das Zimmer war kleine aber ok. Unseres war komplett petrol gestrichen, was es kleiner wirken lässt. Das Badezimmer ist klein. Die Deckenhöhe im Hotel ist für großgewachsene nicht sehr vorteilhaft. Grade im Frühstücksbereich oder in den Fluren. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Miniaufzug, in den max. 2 Personen mit kleinem Gepäck passen. Die Garage ist extrem eng. Dort passen wirklich nur Kleinwagen rein. An der Rampe nach unten muss extrem langsam gefahren werden, da der Wagen sonst aufsetzt.

We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg and all it has to offer. Plenty to see and do here, with the opportunity of trips put to other beautiful towns. We would definitely return.

Excellent customer service, we were able to check in 2 hours early! The room was very clean and lovely. Quiet at night as well, short walk to the downtown area. Would come back any time!

This was a great place to stay. Location was great close to things and a quick bus ride from central train station (G bus). The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

We stayed here for two nights with our small dog. The property is pet-friendly and well located, just a 10 minute walk from the city center and the Christmas market. We also used the on site parking, which was very convenient. The only thing that could be improved is including bottled water in the room rate. That said, there is a supermarket right in front of the hotel, where for less than the price of a minibar bottle you can an buy a six pack.

Great located hotel with very friendly staff and good service. Rooms are bigger than expected and very modern. Parking is available direct at the hotel. You can reach the old town by a little walk very fast or you can choose to take the tram. Breakfast was very delicious with food from local producers and the service was very pleasant.

Voor ons was dit hotel echt top. Kamers waren heel netjes en ruim. Alles zag er goed en verzorgd uit. Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het ligt op loop afstand van de cathedraal en vanaf la petit france. Parkeren met een grote auto wordt wel lastiger. Wij hebben een kleine auto en dat was al wat lastig. Wij hebben er niet gegeten dus dat kunnen we niet beoordelen.

Hotel veramente bellissimo. La posizione è ottima in quanto dall'Hotel nel giro di 15min si raggiungono tutte le attrazioni di Strasburgo, inoltre per chi non vuole camminare ci sono le fermate di tram e bus vicinissimo. Lo staff dell'Hotel è spettacolare, gentilissimi su tutto e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa tu chieda. Le camere sono pulite, comode e silenziose. Veramente consigliato.

Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet. Es hat 20 Minuten und 2 extra Personen gebraucht, um meinen Skoda Enyak 2 Etagen nach unten auf unseren Platz zu navigieren, ohne einen Kratzer rein zu bekommen. Das Auto hat den Warnton eines Zusammenstoßes als Dauerton gespielt, so eng war das alles.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl an Essen. Der Frühstücksraum an sich war sehr klein und etwas dunkel, wirkt nicht einladend und zum verweilen ein. Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

We traveled here for 2 nights but immediately checked out once we got to our room. The lack of pictures should have given me a sign. The room was supposed to be a triple room 260 square feet. It was the size of a cruise cabin room. The bathroom was a nice size but the room itself was tiny. They put a cot on the floor which was under a desk that would have my mom hit her head at night. Rooms are big enough for 2 people max. Maybe with a baby but that’s it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a night refunded but in hindsight I should have made a bigger issue and gotten part of the second night too (minus thehe cost of cleaning as we did go into the room and sit on the bed). Other things to note the elevator was tiny. The hallway to the rooms were super dark. The entry itself was clean but had a smell of rancid spilled coffee with milk. The hotel is advertised as 4 stars but realistically only a 2.5 star hotel if I’m being generous. This was an expensive mistake
