Nice amenities.

Need more parking but clean and super helpful

I particularly liked the 24-hr coffee in the lobby vs. having makers in the room. And soft water was nice.

This is a clean new facility, conveniently located off the freeway. It’s a very utilitarian hotel without a lot of extra fluff. The room was small, but it was clean and tidy.

Nice walking area with grass and playground and water across the road helpful for walking pets too

New and nice rooms. Comfortable bed and bedding. Front desk was very welcoming at check in. Staff were all very nice. Would like to have coffee service in room or faster machines in lobby.

Nice market in the lobby. Good breakfast options with freshly made coffee. Checked out the laundry room and there are brand new machines and no coin slots. Free! Rooms are smallish but functional. Quite a few eating options nearby

New property. Clean and quick check-in from Hotels.com APP. Good breakfast. 4 luggage carts to rooms. Small area to buy snacks and essentials. No pool but exercise room and BBQ in the back of the property.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Big comfortable bed with big pillows. Only complaint was the Tesla charger didn’t work but there was one down the road. Very clean hotel.

Staff let us check in early for no cost, room was clean and spacious, and we could easily see our car from the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to move rooms 3 times to find an acceptable room. Staff was accommodating and apologetic. First room had dirty sheets and so did the second (with standing water in the floor from the fridge). Third room was clean and comfortable, but floors needed to be mopped. Oh, need exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

Clean Room and very quiet.

My family and I stayed in 13 hotels in 3 weeks for an east coast bucket list trip. This was the most disgusting hotel of the 13. Our budget for hotels was approximately 150$ so we stayed in mid tier budget hotels. I would never stay at this hotel again. Our first room had pubic hair, pink bacteria growth, and shampoo clumps all over the shower and no towels in the room at all. When we told the front desk the house keeping supervisor barged into out room with her key didn't even wait for us to answer the door and then proceeded to try and give us a huge pile of unfolded towels. She told us someone was coming to clean the bathroom, but we told her we wanted to change rooms because we didn't feel comfortable sitting in the room while someone cleaned the bathroom. Our new room had towels at least I suppose, but it was still filthy hairs and urine stains by the toilet and hair in the shower. They clearly do not clean. We didn't even bathe our toddler because it was just too disgusting. This is clearly a new property that's going to go downhill fast because house keeping isn't doing their job at all. The hallways were littered with trash, our room floor got our feet dirty. There were piles of cigarette butts littering the entrance rocks. We skipped their breakfast because we didn't trust the cleanliness. The smoking area lounge furniture is about 2 feet from the front entrance with no other options for entry so you are forced to walk yourself and kids through cigarette smoke.

The staff were kind but the hotel is dirty. The floors throughout the lobby, hallways, elevator, and our room were dirty. There were pieces of trash lining the hallways. Our room had popcorn and dirt on the floor. The pull out table on the desk was dirty.

The tub was not very clean , there was hair in it. I assume that is because the drain wasn't working well and it also made the tub slippery. The beds were comfortable. The darkening shade was nice, but they should tell that a remote controls it. The breakfast was decent.

There was a large stain on our sheet. The chair in the room was very dirty so we didn't sit on it. The bed was pretty comfortable once we got past the stain. We went downstairs for breakfast and the morning crew didn't show up. There were many guest in the lobby to eat and we couldn't even get coffee or juice. Someone did eventually make breakfast, but it was not good. I expected better from an IHG hotel!

The floor was dirty, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and there was dark hair in the shower on floor and shelf. I didn’t use the shower and I have blond hair. Kinda disappointed, I have stayed here a lot and this is the first time it wasn’t clean

It is a new hotel. I have stayed there before. It was not clean. Linens were clean the rooms and halls and entery were not. Short staffed is understandable but managers should then be vacuuming etc. i have been in that industry too.

Many areas of the property were dirty (lobby, full garbages, hallways, windows, elevator, floors, bathroom). Friendly staff, but seemed to be understaffed.

The hotel was pretty new and convenient, but the closet was hooks on the wall and the room was very tight. For a 9.2 rating I expected more. Breakfast was on the go type. More like a clean 7.0.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was very nice. I did not like the room I had - it was a Standard King bed room. There was no warmth to the decor. It had a sterile, minimalist feel. Very small - much smaller than other hotels I’ve stayed in. I was disappointed as I had read good reviews.

This place is brand new, even smells new! But the ac units are soooooo loud! I didn't sleep well.. when they came in it woke me up

Hotel was clean. Very small. Our room was very small. Comfortable beds.

The room we stayed in had a horribly loud air cconditioner and fan. So loud we didn’t run them through the night which meant the room got too warm to sleep in. I wqw

The staff was fine. Room is super small which is fine since I was traveling alone. Room seemed clean but bed looked super wrinkled and looked like someone had at least sat on it if not laid on it.

Room was very clean and front desk was very nice. Only complaint is the room is so teeny tiny the luggage roller barely fits inside.

Property has a good location for traveling. Some noise from trucks braking coming into the area off the interstate. Noisy rooms you can hear other rooms showers toilets and tvs. Good if you just need a low price road stop.

The room was small for two people. While we had a king-sized bed, which was very nice there was only one chair.

Seth was very friendly at check in late at night. He also did great with breakfast. Close to I-80 exit and convenient. Clean rooms.

Went to check in at 9pm after a long travel day and was told I have to wait 15 min for the room to be cleaned.

This place is brand spanking new. Staff, especially Kelli, was friendly (like, we're now old friends-type friendly) and helpful and kind. Room was comfy and very functional, and we liked being here. The AC/heater was a little noisy but didn't affect sleep. Decor was Ikea-Danish type of modern, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was superior. Too bad we're not coming back this way, because I would make a point of staying here again.

It was clean with friendly staff. I liked that it is just south of 80 so it’s easy on easy off the expressway. Lots of food options nearby.

Clean. Quiet. A lot of nearby restaurants, gas stations and shopping. Conveniently located right off the interstate. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet.

Property has a good location for traveling. Some noise from trucks braking coming into the area off the interstate. Noisy rooms you can hear other rooms showers toilets and tvs. Good if you just need a low price road stop.

This location is right off the interstate with easy access to restaurants. The girl checking me in was nice. The lobby is warm and inviting and the coffee machine was perfect to grab my favorite choice to drink in the cold weather outside.

It was nice to have a view of the lake from our room.

The hotel is clean, new and very modern. Staff is friendly. The lady in charge of breakfast very friendly and accommodating. She is constantly checking if food needs to be replenish. Great hotel!

Breakfast wasn't serve in the morning

Our stay was great. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Black out curtains too. Made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was nothing fancy but it was well stocked and hit the spot.
