Sono arrivato tardi verso mezzanotte è ripartito la mattina quindi toccata e fuga. All’arrivo alla sera ho trovato il personale gentilissimo così com’è anche alla mattina. La camera da letto silenziosissima ed il letto e il cuscino molto comodi. La colazione era più all’italiana che internazionale, molte cose dolci e meno cose salate, ma comunque l’uova strapazzate con il Bacon erano presenti. C’è un parcheggio interno ed uno esterno di fronte all’hotel al costo di 5 euro. Infine nei dintorni ci sono diversi locali bar ristoranti con ampia scelta.

Ottimo albergo con camere comode. Tutto molto confortevole: ho solo omesso io in fase di prenotazione di richiedere doccia invece che vasca. La colazione servita al tavolo è varia e abbondante e non fa rimpiangere il buffet. Parcheggio davanti all'albergo nel cortile protetto da un cancello a soli 5€ a notte.

Second stay here. They are consistently good. Room is spacious with outstanding housekeeping(Rosie cleaned our room, she is awesome). Breakfast was good ( dining staff were so nice). Front desk professional and helpful. Live the balcony rooms. Bathrooms are large and clean. Will stay again for sure!

problemi col riscaldamento. all'arrivo la camera era fredda e solo dopo vari interventi del personale si è avviato il riscaldemento (rumoroso). in bagno al cobtrario non è stato possibile fare una doccia in quanto sempre il riscaldamento era totalmente non funzionante. il cambio di camera inizialmente propostoci non è avvenuto per ragioni sconosciute. personale gentile ma inefficiente.

Staff was very attentive and friendly…especially the nice woman who checked us in at 9:30 pm to on Saturday night. There’s a very decent pizzeria and pasta ristorante right below the hotel that was serving at 10 pm, also with an excellent staff. Breakfast was worth the 8-9 euros and was quite pleasant…so all round excellent.

Staff was very attentive and friendly…especially the nice woman who checked us in at 9:30 pm to on Saturday night. There’s a very decent pizzeria and pasta ristorante right below the hotel that was serving at 10 pm, also with an excellent staff. Breakfast was worth the 8-9 euros and was quite pleasant…so all round excellent.

Hotel nuovo e ben curato. Stanza ampia e molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Situato affianco al centro commerciale di Viterbo con all'interno bar per fare colazione (non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione dell' hotel causa troppe allergie alimentari e quindi nel nostro caso soldi sprecati). Viterbo centro a circa 2 km in macchina.

Hotel nuovo e ben curato. Stanza ampia e molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Situato affianco al centro commerciale di Viterbo con all'interno bar per fare colazione (non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione dell' hotel causa troppe allergie alimentari e quindi nel nostro caso soldi sprecati). The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!

Parcheggio interno viedosorvegliato a pagamento, con costo contenuto (5,00€), oltre a parcheggio pubblico gratuito nelle vicinanze. Colazione ottima, con presenza di dolci e bevande di ogni tipo, a buffet, oltre a ulteriori bevande su richiesta. il personale alla reception e alla colazione gentilissimo e professionale. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Sono arrivato tardi verso mezzanotte è ripartito la mattina quindi toccata e fuga. All’arrivo alla sera ho trovato il personale gentilissimo così com’è anche alla mattina. La camera da letto silenziosissima ed il letto e il cuscino molto comodi. La colazione era più all’italiana che internazionale, molte cose dolci e meno cose salate, ma comunque l’uova strapazzate con il Bacon erano presenti. C’è un parcheggio interno ed uno esterno di fronte all’hotel al costo di 5 euro. Infine nei dintorni ci sono diversi locali bar ristoranti con ampia scelta.

The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!

Staff was very attentive and friendly…especially the nice woman who checked us in at 9:30 pm to on Saturday night. There’s a very decent pizzeria and pasta ristorante right below the hotel that was serving at 10 pm, also with an excellent staff. Breakfast was worth the 8-9 euros and was quite pleasant…so all round excellent.

Ottimo albergo con camere comode. Tutto molto confortevole: ho solo omesso io in fase di prenotazione di richiedere doccia invece che vasca. La colazione servita al tavolo è varia e abbondante e non fa rimpiangere il buffet. Parcheggio davanti all'albergo nel cortile protetto da un cancello a soli 5€ a notte.

A convenient hotel located about 2 km from Viterbo's old town. The rooms were spacious and had everything needed. The staff were truly friendly and helpful! I also recommend the buffet dinner offered by the hotel. The hotel offers parking for €5, which is a big plus. A great choice if you plan to stop in Viterbo.

Parking was plentiful and within a locked gate; safety features much appreciated. The evening, dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was plentiful in choices and the staff around the hotel was wonderful.
