The house is a comfortable and welcome home. The bedrooms were perfect for what we were looking for. The neighborhood is very safe and offers amazing star gazing at night. The sunsets and sunrise were beautiful. If you are going to race at Spring Mountain, this is the perfect house and location. The local winery Charleston Peak Winery is only minutes away and offers great wines, amazing staff, and a great kitchen. -- Note -- Garage is not available for parking.

It is convenient if you need a place to stay when visiting family in Pahrump. It was clean and clear instructions for accessing the property. I did not find the furniture or beds to be particularly comfortable and the lighting situation was either dark or too bright. The kitchen was well-appointed with lots of pans and utensils for cooking, and even condiments in the fridge and cupboards. There is no access to a washer and dryer and there is a small list of chores they ask you to do before leaving (strip bedding, run dishwasher, take out trash, etc).
