Ingen upplysning om att det är högljudda aktiviteter vid poolen/baren flera gånger om dagen. Poolen kändes som en sanitär angelägenhet, grumligt vatten o verkade inte ha någon fungerande pump! Bra läge o personal.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Agadir with its own/private beach place. The hotel is new and clean with a beautiful big swimming pool. The rooms are clean, big and confortable except the mattresses a little hard but didn't change my nice stay overall. We took an all inclusive plan and it was worthed. The food was excellent and different each day with a lot of choice. But first of all, the staff was very nice and helpful (thanks again Abdelatif and Abdelwahab! Keep your beautiful smile and good attitude!) Everyone was nice to us. We had an excellent service! Overall, I recommand this hotel without hesitation!

Absolutely wonderful - they made me feel like a queen! First I was directed to free, secured and guarded parking right in front of the hotel. Second I was updraded from a simple single room to the most beautiful suite with private sun terrace and direct beach views. Third the buffet food was just a dream - so much to choose from! Fourth the staff was truly multilingual. I heard perfect English, German, Spanish and French right at the reception and later everywhere else too. Fifth all the employees were not only very skilled, attentive and always helpful, but really seemed to be enjoying their jobs, and even the cleaners looked happy. Perfect management and HR! There were only two little minuses: (1) The pool was not heated and the water was really cold. I was there in February. (2) The grumpy looks on some tourist faces. Why can't the people put on a smile when they are in such a beautiful place? In summary: I'll definitely come again, and the next time for at least a week not just one night. Thank you, hotel Decameron Beach!

Took 90 minutes for us to be checked in as they couldn’t find my booking in which time no drinks or anything were offered until we asked them. The room its self looked nothing like the pictures, our room was street facing/ocean view which meant it was extremely noisy until the early hours of the morning. Aircon in the room did not work, food was not up to the 4 starts this place has been given. Hotel entertainment wasn’t in English so this could not be enjoyed by non French speakers.

L'accès plage privee, personnel au petit soin, les repas excellent. Tres bel endroit. Le seul point negatif : le changement de chambre apres plusieurs jours et on nous a placé côté rue donc bruyant.

This hotel has a late night disc in the basement and the bass sound resonates throughout the whole main building. Insist on a room in one of several satellite buildings if you want a good nights sleep. The hotel caters very heavily on the French clientele so all of the activities announcements are in French. So, unless you can speak French you will have to ask for an explanation. During the cooler months you will have to take appropriate clothing as non of the rooms have heating and so gets Very cold!!

Good hotel, a bit out dated. The live entertainment runs until 11 pm so if you go with family that's something to consider. Food was good, location is good. Some staff are so lovely and some are just stuck up. 4 out of 5 definitely.

We stayed for 3 nights and were so impressed with the hotel, especially the food and entertainment. All the hotel staff were friendly and the facilities were so clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back.

Les salles de bains doivent absolument être rénovées, manque de pression sous la douche tous les soirs et pas d’eau chaude.Support douchette inexistant.Serviettes de toilettes usagées et grisonnantes.Premier soir notre chambre était située au dessus de leur boîte de nuit, bruit jusqu’à 5h !! Honteux de donner ces chambres bruyantes ! climatisation en panne.Un point positif nourriture très bonne. Manque de professionnalisme au niveau service restaurant et bar , personnel pas agréable au bar. Animation très bien bonne équipe.L’état de l’eau de piscine est moyenne, pas bien claire !

We got a room on the outside area of the property, in the market that surrounds the property. You actually had to walk through the security gates and through the market to get to the room. The room didn’t look like the pictures and everything in the room is falling apart. We would go to breakfast and dinner in the last hour of service and everything would be eaten and not replenished. The tables are not reset and we would have to look for your own cutlery and glasses.

The hotel rooms & some exterior areas are in much need of refurbishment/not cleaned thoroughly in bedrooms / pool bar staff unfriendly / choice of drinks poor for an all inclusive / plastic cups used by pool fair enough but in other areas of hotel & in the lounge bar a great shame. The staff in the restaurant were excellent very friendly and helpful especially when our son was unwell.....our regular waiter became Mohammed a genuine helpful kind gentleman. Food was excellent, great choice of fresh salads, fruit and Moroccan food. Sea views from restaurant beautiful.

Toilet wasn't very clean huge crack in bath with rust stains ousing out. Shower head holder was very loose and wouldn't hold shower head properly. Room 140 at front of hotel was VERY noisy with loud music coming from the nearby nightclub till 4am. I asked for a change of room but was told the hotel was fully booked.

Nous avons été logé dans une annexe de l'hôtel située en dehors du complexe hôtelier en quittant l'hôtel dans une rue insalubre bruyante voir photo ceci est inadmissible de loger vos clients et de proposer ce genre de prestation dans un tel endroit et à ce prix. Le bâtiment tient à peine debout et il est en très mauvaise état de plus pas de wifi..le restaurant pas très propre et pas très varié, les animations privilégiées pour les clients de Fram..j'espères que aurons un geste de hôtels.com pour ces désagréments pour au moins le logement. Nous voyageons souvent et c'est la première fois que nous avons ces désagréments

Hôtel parfait pour se détendre et visiter les alentours car très bien situé, tout le confort, propreté irréprochable des locaux, chambres et jardins. Buffets variés et copieux, restaurant face a la plage où des transats nous attendent. Personnel accueillant et qui s'adapte aux demandes et besoins.

Excellent location and the area was walkable to shops bars and restaurants. Only downside is the hotel is a little tired. It’s kept immaculately clean and the staff are lovely and friendly.

Établissement très propre qui mériterait d être rénové. Les chambres sont très vieillottes . L hôtel doit faire un réel progrès sur l écologie. Les lumières sont allumées 24h/24. Dans les chambres nous devons allumer la lumière pour que les prises fonctionnent .

Vi hadde suite med havutsikt, flott utsikt til strand og solnedgang. Rommet var slitt men ellers fint hotell. Veldig god og variert all inclusive. Får vann på restauranten med og uten kullsyre som vi kan ha på rommet. Hyggelig personale bortsett fra de i baren. God wifi både inne og ute og på hotellets strand. Underholdningsteamet holder et alt for høyt volum i snakk og musikk, på dagen og kvelden. Vi og mange andre ga opp å ligge ved bassenget og måtte til stranden for å få ro. Mestedelen av underholdningen er på fransk. Vi bestilte et par turer i turskranken ved resepsjonen på hotellet og det var svært dårlig, vi måtte etterlyse bil og langturen var i en altfor trang liten minibuss. Anbefales ikke.

Das Hotel in guter Lage zeichnet sich durch sein freundliches Personal und dem schmackhaften Essensangebot aus, wenngleich dieses nicht im oberen Qualitätssegment rangiert. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, an der Rezeption gemeldete Mängel wurden innerhalb einer Woche nicht behoben. Mitbewerber wie Iberostar und RIU, ebenfalls 4 Sterne-Hotels, sind weitaus besser, kosten dafür aber weitaus mehr. Insgesamt jedoch ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

The staff were not helpful when we had questions or needed help. The bed sheets in our room were not changed and we had no wifi in the room. Had little choice for food options and the food was below average. The excursions were not inclusive if you dont speak French and not worth the money at all. The entertainment and shows were good and we enjoyed the private area of the beach

Toilet wasn't very clean huge crack in bath with rust stains ousing out. Shower head holder was very loose and wouldn't hold shower head properly. Room 140 at front of hotel was VERY noisy with loud music coming from the nearby nightclub till 4am. I asked for a change of room but was told the hotel was fully booked.

Absolutely wonderful - they made me feel like a queen! First I was directed to free, secured and guarded parking right in front of the hotel. Second I was updraded from a simple single room to the most beautiful suite with private sun terrace and direct beach views. Third the buffet food was just a dream - so much to choose from! Fourth the staff was truly multilingual. I heard perfect English, German, Spanish and French right at the reception and later everywhere else too. Fifth all the employees were not only very skilled, attentive and always helpful, but really seemed to be enjoying their jobs, and even the cleaners looked happy. Perfect management and HR! There were only two little minuses: (1) The pool was not heated and the water was really cold. I was there in February. (2) The grumpy looks on some tourist faces. Why can't the people put on a smile when they are in such a beautiful place? In summary: I'll definitely come again, and the next time for at least a week not just one night. Thank you, hotel Decameron Beach!

The hotel rooms & some exterior areas are in much need of refurbishment/not cleaned thoroughly in bedrooms / pool bar staff unfriendly / choice of drinks poor for an all inclusive / plastic cups used by pool fair enough but in other areas of hotel & in the lounge bar a great shame. The staff in the restaurant were excellent very friendly and helpful especially when our son was unwell.....our regular waiter became Mohammed a genuine helpful kind gentleman. Food was excellent, great choice of fresh salads, fruit and Moroccan food. Sea views from restaurant beautiful.

This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in … nothing was a problem .. the views , the beauty were amazing. Re clothes .. same as any other country . This was a hotel & beach holiday for us so we didn’t venture far Rooms were fabulous Staff so nice !

Took 90 minutes for us to be checked in as they couldn’t find my booking in which time no drinks or anything were offered until we asked them. The room its self looked nothing like the pictures, our room was street facing/ocean view which meant it was extremely noisy until the early hours of the morning. Aircon in the room did not work, food was not up to the 4 starts this place has been given. Hotel entertainment wasn’t in English so this could not be enjoyed by non French speakers.

Tous les personnels ont ete serviables et attentionnés. Le buffet à volonté était copieux et varié chasqe jour et à chaque repas. La première chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à la qualité escomptée, l'hôtel a pris en compte immédiatement notre remarque et nous en attribué une autre très correcte. Bien sûr l'hôtel est vieillissant des travaux de rénovation seraient nécessaires. Mais nous y avons passé une belle semaine.

Excellent location and the area was walkable to shops bars and restaurants. Only downside is the hotel is a little tired. It’s kept immaculately clean and the staff are lovely and friendly.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Agadir with its own/private beach place. The hotel is new and clean with a beautiful big swimming pool. The rooms are clean, big and confortable except the mattresses a little hard but didn't change my nice stay overall. We took an all inclusive plan and it was worthed. The food was excellent and different each day with a lot of choice. But first of all, the staff was very nice and helpful (thanks again Abdelatif and Abdelwahab! Keep your beautiful smile and good attitude!) Everyone was nice to us. We had an excellent service! Overall, I recommand this hotel without hesitation!

Had the loveliest time here. The staff are very nice and polite, eager to help. Our room was also upgraded for free! And the food selection was also very good and diverse for a 4-5 day stay. However do consider that this is a city centre hotel so on weekends even during Ramadan it is very loud until 1am, so bring earplugs or book somewhere more remote :) Also so many french pensioners with sour faces! cheer up people

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel décameron tafoukt. L'accueil y est chaleureux, le personnel très sympathique. De notre chambre située au 1er étage au-dessus du hall d'accueil, nous entendions les bruits du hall, c'était un peu gênant. La chambre était un peu vieillotte. L'insonorisation du restaurant est également à revoir car bruyant. Les repas sont variés et savoureux. La vue du restaurant est magnifique. La piscine et ses abords sont propres. L'hôtel est idéalement situé au bord de l'esplanade.

Hôtel parfait pour se détendre et visiter les alentours car très bien situé, tout le confort, propreté irréprochable des locaux, chambres et jardins. Buffets variés et copieux, restaurant face a la plage où des transats nous attendent. Personnel accueillant et qui s'adapte aux demandes et besoins.

Vi hadde suite med havutsikt, flott utsikt til strand og solnedgang. Rommet var slitt men ellers fint hotell. Veldig god og variert all inclusive. Får vann på restauranten med og uten kullsyre som vi kan ha på rommet. Hyggelig personale bortsett fra de i baren. God wifi både inne og ute og på hotellets strand. Underholdningsteamet holder et alt for høyt volum i snakk og musikk, på dagen og kvelden. Vi og mange andre ga opp å ligge ved bassenget og måtte til stranden for å få ro. Mestedelen av underholdningen er på fransk. Vi bestilte et par turer i turskranken ved resepsjonen på hotellet og det var svært dårlig, vi måtte etterlyse bil og langturen var i en altfor trang liten minibuss. Anbefales ikke.

Dette ble en skikkelig nedtur, trodde etter normal pris å dømme at dette skulle være bra hotell. Sengene er steinharde, i spisesalen har de ikke nok dekketøy og det de har, er både sprekkete og skalete. Maten er "billigmat" mye kylling, linser, grønnsaker og kaker. Jeg har prøvd mange hoteller i Agadir og et billighptell er helt på høyde med dette.

Nous avons été logé dans une annexe de l'hôtel située en dehors du complexe hôtelier en quittant l'hôtel dans une rue insalubre bruyante voir photo ceci est inadmissible de loger vos clients et de proposer ce genre de prestation dans un tel endroit et à ce prix. Le bâtiment tient à peine debout et il est en très mauvaise état de plus pas de wifi..le restaurant pas très propre et pas très varié, les animations privilégiées pour les clients de Fram..j'espères que aurons un geste de hôtels.com pour ces désagréments pour au moins le logement. Nous voyageons souvent et c'est la première fois que nous avons ces désagréments

The “private beach” was just a sealed off area on a very busy public beach. Staff were generally not friendly. The room air conditioning did not work. Watch out for your personal items, there are thieves operating around the pool. Someone stole 800 DHS from my bag that was inside another bag under a towel!! Reported to reception and they literally just shrugged their shoulders and mumbled something in either French or Arabic. I booked a Hammam with reception, and after taking a shuttle to the location, the rude staff refused the Hammam and gave us no choice but to endure a very poor quality massage. She also lied about not accepting card payments (reception ensured they did take cards). Food, although lacked variety and in some cases flavour, was generally ok. The pool itself was good and fairly spacious

Watch out for your personal items, there are thieves operating around the pool. Someone stole 800 DHS from my bag that was inside another bag under a towel!! Reported to reception and they literally just shrugged their shoulders and mumbled something in either French or Arabic. I booked a Hammam with reception, and after taking a shuttle to the location, the rude staff refused the Hammam and gave us no choice but to endure a very poor quality massage. She also lied about not accepting card payments (reception ensured they did take cards). Food, although lacked variety and in some cases flavour, was generally ok. The pool itself was good and fairly spacious

This is the 3 times I’ve been to this hotel, when I arrived, I was check in an hour earlier, I thanked the lady at the reception for her hospitality and the excellent service she gave me, I forgot her name, lovely lady , she really deserved a gold star, the hotel is one of the best places in Agadir, all the staff are amazing people, they will always have a smile in their faces and willing to help, I may thank the pool men who have given me a great hospitality and excellent service, only small issue I have experienced is with the food, I remember my 2 visits 9 years ago the variety of food was amazing and outstanding, I think this time has a bit declined in portions and choices, but overall is great place to spend your holiday , my opinion this hotel is 5 stars establishments, definitely I will come back again ❤️💐💐💐

What an amazing hotel - for the money… We were very pleasantly surprised with the food, service and entertainment. We have been in 5 star All Inclusive hotels that don’t come close to the experience we had here.

Enjoyed the hotel. The pool was clean and large and never overcrowded and the gym had all the equipment you needed and always had a member of staff on and if you needed help. Our room was shabby; the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom - and we were told that occurred in all the rooms in our block. However it was large. As many have said the beds/pillows were hard - buy I don't mind that. I was really impressed with the food. Loads of choice and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The Moroccan Night was amazing. Often in All Inclusive the wine is terrible but actually the Rose (which most people seemed to drink) was lovely. Staff overall were fantastic; always smiling and happy to help.

On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. The snacks were poor and there was no way to get a decent coffee. The pool area is lovely, but not if you like it quiet and peaceful, as there were games and entertainment going on often. However the private beach is right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff and all the people in Agadir were lovely, friendly and helpful. For people and families who would enjoy the games and activities the hotel should appeal and is in a great location.
