Slides are great in the pool, great entertainment for children with these. The sea and Jetty were excellent and the food was very good in most places. A wide variety, fresh and varied with lots of different cultures considered. The drinks available were poor. Basically Efes beer, cheap wine or very sugary cocktails that were made cheaply. Most the juices for children are not fresh but more sugary. The indoor pool is nice for poor weather! The coffee house is a nice place to relax and the spa is lovely too. I would probably mark this as a low budget 4 star hotel as the “all inclusive” isn’t really all inclusive. You have to pay for tennis. You have to pay for evening bingo. You have to pay for popcorn and candi floss or for premium beer / wine, also the arcade can cost a lot where the children’s entertainment is limited. It never truly felt like an all inclusive but more what else could they extract from you. Value for money I would rate as negative as it wasn’t cheap and didn’t exceed expectations at all for what was paid. We had a good holiday but I wouldn’t go back

Liked the number of pools, access to the beach, availability of water and drinks. Fun watersports. Very good selection of food and our allergy concerns were well handled.

This place is AWESOME! The location, facilities and staff were amazing. Limak has something fun to do all day and night. The food options are authentic and wonderful. Getting a car to go into town, the aquarium or Land of Legends was super simple. The pools are cool, the night shows are better and the night spots to dance with family and friends was super fun and incredible. The bartenders make sure that you're going to have a great time and relax ;) The hotel has a private beach for jet-skiing, parasailing and other water activities. Antalya is a great place to go away to, be safe and have a great time.

This is a lovely family friendly hotel with lots to do and very relaxing. The SPA was great and the food was great and the variaty of deserts was amazing. The staff were great and we were well looked after.

We enjoyed the food and the day time facilities were excellent for families however the outside nighttime activities are tailored more to partying and nightlife. Initially we were one of the family suite’s, the room was perfect and beds were comfortable but they are located on the front of the hotel and overlooks a busy road junction, the staff were fantastic and moved us to a room which overlooked the pool and out to sea. Again the room was fantastic but unfortunately for us travelling with kids this meant loud music until at least midnight from the various shows and parties. The night time activities seemed great but not so good if you have younger children and seemed at conflict with the family orientated day times. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wir hatten Bedenken vor der Ankunft, da wir Mitte Oktober hatten. Aber der Strand war so sauber und das Meer so warm, dass wir uns sehr schön ausruhen konnten. Auch der indoor Pool war groß genug. An einem Tag haben wir uns einen Pavillon am Strand gegönnt. Dank salih bey hatten wir einen perfekten Service. Auch in der Küche hat man viel Wert drauf gelegt, so gut Es Extrawünsche in Erfüllung zu bringen. Mein Sohn isst nur warmen simit morgens. Nach freundlicher Bitte hat man innerhalb paar Minuten für uns etwas warm gemacht im Ofen. Zudem war der letzte bellboy Sonntag Morgen, den wir gesehen haben, extrem nett. Wir hatten etwas Übergepäck aber dafür keine Rucksäcke oder Taschen. Er hat uns ohne dass wir gefragt haben, direkt zwei Taschen gebracht, damit wir etwas umladen können. Das war Mega hilfreich. Vielen Dank an alle. Es war unser 3. mal. Das letzte war vor 10 Jahren. Aber immer wieder gerne.

This was a fantastic resort...the outside area was perfect... amazing water park area for the kids...loved how there were 3 sections to the water park, one that was perfect for each age group. So many great pools, amazing beach, and the views were magnificent. I loved swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. Most surprising was how great and massive the buffet restaurant was. The food there was awesome. The rooms were very nice as well with an amazing view from the balcony. Now there were some downsides. It was always hot inside most of the building, especially the higher floors. I'm sure it was also because the weather was in the high 90s over there, but I feel like they could have kept it a bit cooler inside. Even the rooms we were not able to keep cooler than 75 (24 C). Now the most disappointing part: When we got there we were surprised to find out that the 2 nice restaurants there were not included as part of the all inclusive package. Aside from the small outdoor Turkish restaurant, the buffet restaurant was the only one that was part of the all inclusive. Also disappointing was the game room which was also not included and it cost $25 just to play 10 games. Bowling and pool were even more expensive. An all inclusive resort should include everything. The game room was supposed to be the only form of entertainment for kids at night and they made us pay for it.

We only stayed 4 days, and we're not able to finish all the amenities. Next time, I would stay at least 7 days. We where there April 4 to 8th, weather was nice and sunny, but bit cold to go to the outdoor pool. The indoor pool is good temperature, and the indoor slide it so much fun. I wish they had hot jacuzzi. The food was plenty, and so much to choose from many different types. Almost everything was fresh made. Sometimes you would see same food from lunch for dinner. But still taste good. Sauna was nice, and the daily activities good. Kids entertainment team work really hard, everyday there is face painting, and 830pm kids dance, afterwards some kind of adult show. The after 10 disco was everyday empty. I guess people get tired by then. Shopping bazaar near the hotel maybe bit expansive, but if you just walk about 15min to grand bazaar, sultan bazaar they have good price ,but still have to negotiate the price, start asking half of what they say. I would definitely come back and stay for longer days.

Pools were cold. Some staff were very friendly and amazing especially at the bar. Food was okay. However some of the late night reception staff were incredibly rude at checkout causing us to be late to the airport. Room was okay

Müdürü garsonu resepsiyonu aşçısı temizlikçisi Herkes oldukça güler yüzlüydü, otel temizliğiyle, yemekleriyle, olanaklarıyla şahaneydi. şuana kadar çocuklarımızla geçirmiş olduğumuz en keyifli tatil oldu. Herşey için teşekkürler, ayrıca otel çalışanlarından Ramazan bey herkonuda bize yardımcı olduğu için ona ayrıca teşekkür ederiz seneye tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle…

Otelde hiç hoş olmayan bir durum yaşadık. Bunu görevlilere ilettik ancak yöneticilerden bize herhangi bir dönüş bile olmadı. Havuzun temizliğinden endişe duydum. Animasyon ekibi çok kötü idi. Sadece personel muhteşem. Hepsi güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Excellent property would rate it as a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star as I feel it doesn’t meet the 5 star standards. Only 20 mins or so from Antalya Airport. We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room and the view was excellent. The room is well equipped. The staff are very kind and helpful throughout the hotel. Just a few things they can look at improving, one is that there were flies in the Zen Restaurant where the all inclusive buffet is served, that’s not a good sign of hygiene, the hotel management need to do something about it as that is not what you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel. The second thing is that there a too many people and very few lifts. We had to wait over 10 mins each time to get a lift, the management should look at adding more lifts/elevators in the property. The rooms are a bit outdated and getting old and definitely needs some attention towards making them more modern and giving them a new look.

We enjoyed the food and the day time facilities were excellent for families however the outside nighttime activities are tailored more to partying and nightlife. Initially we were one of the family suite’s, the room was perfect and beds were comfortable but they are located on the front of the hotel and overlooks a busy road junction, the staff were fantastic and moved us to a room which overlooked the pool and out to sea. Again the room was fantastic but unfortunately for us travelling with kids this meant loud music until at least midnight from the various shows and parties. The night time activities seemed great but not so good if you have younger children and seemed at conflict with the family orientated day times. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This was a fantastic resort...the outside area was perfect... amazing water park area for the kids...loved how there were 3 sections to the water park, one that was perfect for each age group. So many great pools, amazing beach, and the views were magnificent. I loved swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. Most surprising was how great and massive the buffet restaurant was. The food there was awesome. The rooms were very nice as well with an amazing view from the balcony. Now there were some downsides. It was always hot inside most of the building, especially the higher floors. I'm sure it was also because the weather was in the high 90s over there, but I feel like they could have kept it a bit cooler inside. Even the rooms we were not able to keep cooler than 75 (24 C). Now the most disappointing part: When we got there we were surprised to find out that the 2 nice restaurants there were not included as part of the all inclusive package. Aside from the small outdoor Turkish restaurant, the buffet restaurant was the only one that was part of the all inclusive. Also disappointing was the game room which was also not included and it cost $25 just to play 10 games. Bowling and pool were even more expensive. An all inclusive resort should include everything. The game room was supposed to be the only form of entertainment for kids at night and they made us pay for it.

Dans l’ensemble séjour agréable. Les points très positifs : 1- la propreté que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. 2- la réactivité du personnel. On les a sollicité à plusieurs reprises et les problèmes ont été résolus très rapidement. 3- le buffet : très varié et surtout produit frais avec tous les jours barbecue avec de la viande très tendre et très bien préparée. 4- les piscines et les toboggans (surveillés aux heures d’ouverture (10h-12h et 14h-17h). Les points négatifs : 1- très mauvaise connexion internet (pas de connexion dans la chambre) 2- l’état général de la chambre : serrures cassées, rideau qui tombe, faible pression d’eau de la douche, climatisation très bruyante. 3- le bruit la nuit lorsqu’il y a des soirées à l’extérieur que ce soit dans l’hôtel où même dans les hôtels mitoyens (pas de double vitrage). 4- les langues parlées sont uniquement le russe et l’anglais. Pour les enfants ne parlant pas ces deux langues c’est compliqué. 5- dans l’annonce c’est marqué que l’hôtel proposait un service de baby-sitting. Nous avons donc choisi cet hôtel précisément pour ce service. Arrivé sur place on nous annonce que l’hôtel ne proposait plus ce service.

This place is AWESOME! The location, facilities and staff were amazing. Limak has something fun to do all day and night. The food options are authentic and wonderful. Getting a car to go into town, the aquarium or Land of Legends was super simple. The pools are cool, the night shows are better and the night spots to dance with family and friends was super fun and incredible. The bartenders make sure that you're going to have a great time and relax ;) The hotel has a private beach for jet-skiing, parasailing and other water activities. Antalya is a great place to go away to, be safe and have a great time.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children with ages 8 and 14 via hotels.com. Upon arrival we were told the information hitels.com gave had 2 adults and 2 INFANTS aged under 1! We were then charged extra for our stay - which was not a pleasant surprise! Other than this - the stay, room, food and service was excellent.

When we arrived, the already the smell of the Hotel was lovely. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The Room 2301 was fantastic: comfortable, specious and very clean. A lot of cupboards, full Mini bar, 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed. The Whirlpool was the highlight! And the shower had a great water pressure. The food was excellent and interesting, as it had a lot of local products. Everyday fresh with a huge selection of everything you could dream of! A special thanks to our waiter Samek. A very polite and thoughtful person. A further fairy was Emina, who cleaned our Suite every day with a warm heart. We had a fantastic and a very relaxing holiday and got really spoilt! Thank you! P.S. you should try out the Hairdresser!

Wir hatten Bedenken vor der Ankunft, da wir Mitte Oktober hatten. Aber der Strand war so sauber und das Meer so warm, dass wir uns sehr schön ausruhen konnten. Auch der indoor Pool war groß genug. An einem Tag haben wir uns einen Pavillon am Strand gegönnt. Dank salih bey hatten wir einen perfekten Service. Auch in der Küche hat man viel Wert drauf gelegt, so gut Es Extrawünsche in Erfüllung zu bringen. Mein Sohn isst nur warmen simit morgens. Nach freundlicher Bitte hat man innerhalb paar Minuten für uns etwas warm gemacht im Ofen. Zudem war der letzte bellboy Sonntag Morgen, den wir gesehen haben, extrem nett. Wir hatten etwas Übergepäck aber dafür keine Rucksäcke oder Taschen. Er hat uns ohne dass wir gefragt haben, direkt zwei Taschen gebracht, damit wir etwas umladen können. Das war Mega hilfreich. Vielen Dank an alle. Es war unser 3. mal. Das letzte war vor 10 Jahren. Aber immer wieder gerne.

Very nice resort holiday. Nothing you could fault. The Gentleman on the front desk was not the most helpful, but i got around by asking someone else. there is plenty going on in the place but you have to find out yourself. No one really tells you what is happening.

This was a fantastic resort...the outside area was perfect... amazing water park area for the kids...loved how there were 3 sections to the water park, one that was perfect for each age group. So many great pools, amazing beach, and the views were magnificent. I loved swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. Most surprising was how great and massive the buffet restaurant was. The food there was awesome. The rooms were very nice as well with an amazing view from the balcony. Now there were some downsides. It was always hot inside most of the building, especially the higher floors. I'm sure it was also because the weather was in the high 90s over there, but I feel like they could have kept it a bit cooler inside. Even the rooms we were not able to keep cooler than 75 (24 C). Now the most disappointing part: When we got there we were surprised to find out that the 2 nice restaurants there were not included as part of the all inclusive package. Aside from the small outdoor Turkish restaurant, the buffet restaurant was the only one that was part of the all inclusive. Also disappointing was the game room which was also not included and it cost $25 just to play 10 games. Bowling and pool were even more expensive. An all inclusive resort should include everything. The game room was supposed to be the only form of entertainment for kids at night and they made us pay for it.

We only stayed 4 days, and we're not able to finish all the amenities. Next time, I would stay at least 7 days. We where there April 4 to 8th, weather was nice and sunny, but bit cold to go to the outdoor pool. The indoor pool is good temperature, and the indoor slide it so much fun. I wish they had hot jacuzzi. The food was plenty, and so much to choose from many different types. Almost everything was fresh made. Sometimes you would see same food from lunch for dinner. But still taste good. Sauna was nice, and the daily activities good. Kids entertainment team work really hard, everyday there is face painting, and 830pm kids dance, afterwards some kind of adult show. The after 10 disco was everyday empty. I guess people get tired by then. Shopping bazaar near the hotel maybe bit expansive, but if you just walk about 15min to grand bazaar, sultan bazaar they have good price ,but still have to negotiate the price, start asking half of what they say. Pour les enfants ne parlant pas ces deux langues c’est compliqué. 5- dans l’annonce c’est marqué que l’hôtel proposait un service de baby-sitting. I firstly want to address that this is not a 5 star resort. By most standards. This is a 3 star for US tourists and pushing 4 star for main holiday providers in the UK that sell package deals. At check-in I wasn’t greeted with any etiquette or manners. I was travelling solo with my son and the front of house desk was rude. I filled out the paperwork and flagged my son was allergic to nuts. I was told the kitchen will help with food selections. The hotel: it needs a refresh. It’s looking tired and the lighting at night in communal internal spaces was like being in a bingo hall. There was zero ambiance. The all inclusive package isn’t great for those wanting to drink alcohol. The wines are like vinegar, the spirits are full of sugar and no alcohol. You will find it impossible to get drunk. The food is very greasy. So greasy that the floors outside are slippery. Elderly be careful. It’s terrible. The quality of the food is low. It’s repetitive. And if you have allergies, good luck trying to find someone who speaks good enough English to explain what’s in it. Foods incorrectly labelled. I found out later that my son should have had an allergy bracelet to let the kitchen staff know he has allergies. This was completely missed and made sense why I was almost arguing with the kitchen staff daily. Outside is nice and gardens pretty. Pools are FREEZING! Beach isn’t great and LOTS OF JELLYFISH!

Slides are great in the pool, great entertainment for children with these. The sea and Jetty were excellent and the food was very good in most places. A wide variety, fresh and varied with lots of different cultures considered. The drinks available were poor. Basically Efes beer, cheap wine or very sugary cocktails that were made cheaply. Most the juices for children are not fresh but more sugary. The indoor pool is nice for poor weather! The coffee house is a nice place to relax and the spa is lovely too. I would probably mark this as a low budget 4 star hotel as the “all inclusive” isn’t really all inclusive. You have to pay for tennis. You have to pay for evening bingo. You have to pay for popcorn and candi floss or for premium beer / wine, also the arcade can cost a lot where the children’s entertainment is limited. It never truly felt like an all inclusive but more what else could they extract from you. Value for money I would rate as negative as it wasn’t cheap and didn’t exceed expectations at all for what was paid. We had a good holiday but I wouldn’t go back

This is very close to 5*. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Staff kept property clean, painted, etc. excellent for allergy guests. I noted they wear a different band and the chef directs them each day to food they can eat. Food was well seasoned and varied each day.The spa is fantastic. I enjoyed the Hammam. I did not like water park hours and meal times were not clearly marked and room service was not inclusive. The drinks are not great and they should offer Turkish wines as well. There are alot of cats that are welcomed on the prosperty. Likely for mice and are fairly clean but off putting for a diner. I would have like to see a local premium soap/ shampoo in rooms. I asked for a taxi and was provided the most expensive on two occasions. It cost me half price coming from the airport than the one they called for me.

Côté chambre, c’était bien. Par contre, côté, service lors de l’heure, des repas , impossible de trouver une table pour s’asseoir. Pas assez de table par rapport au nombre de personnes dans l’hôtel tellement j’ai dû aller manger en extérieur. Pas assez d’ascenseur, il pouvait y avoir la queue. Côté service à la piscine, je n’ai rien à apprécié.

This is a large resort with pretty much anything you can ask for. There is a buffet with tasty food of all sorts, and so many delicious desserts. There are several water slides for children of all ages, numerous swimming pools, and direct access to the beach. The staff is cheerful and attentive. They kept the property clean and made us feel welcome. In the evening there is professional entertainment. We watched an amazing acrobacy show and a fabulous dance show. There was also live music in the indoor bar. We had a fantastic suite with sea view, overlooking the resort. The rooms were very spacious, and they were cleaned daily. Highly recommended for families with children. We had a perfect holiday here, and would love to come back.
