This studio apt is located beneath a separate rental home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It is clean, bright, modern and spacious enough for 4 people.There is a super easy code lock door (though it does love to lock itself all the time!), the A/C unit works great, and we loved having the ceiling fan on since it was too hot outside to leave the screened windows open for a breeze.We have no issues sleeping with noise but some might find the refrigerator humming to be quite loud. But the mattress was SO comfortable - we slept so well!The kitchenette was small but very functional. The owner was AWESOME when I mentioned that there were no ice cube trays in the freezer... he had some dropped off the same day!Laundry room available but we didn't need it for our short stay.The unit is pretty close to the town center, and there was a good market and several nice restaurants available.My only minor gripe is that the online listing did not indicate that I would need to use a 3rd party app called Truvi to verify my identity and pay an additional damage waiver. Upon searching, Truvi did not get good reviews and I requested skipping that step.The very BEST part of our stay... we saw so many animals right outside the door: rabbits, woodpeckers, Calif quail, turkeys and even a deer walked right through the yard at the bottom of the hill.It was a lovely and relaxing spot to begin and end our days - most of which were spent in the National parks.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great for visiting Sequoia National Park and traveling up Generals Highway to Kings Canyon too. Grocery store, gas, restaurants and shopping are close by. We appreciated having access to the laundry room. The host communicated with us very well!

Can't say enough about this property. Words don't do it justice. Great views on every side, wildlife all around. Very much exceeded our expectations. Being new to Vrbo and online reservations in general, it was difficult communicating with our host at first, but we soon figured it out. It helped to use a computer rather than phone. Checking the email more carefully before arriving would have helped as well. The online listing was accurate. It is difficult for cars to get up to the door, but parking is easy on the street and you do have to carry your bags. It is SO worth it though. I want to stay here again next year.

This is a cozy and quirky home. We enjoyed the location and the layout of the house. It has nice outdoor areas as well, though we didn't have the time to enjoy them much. If you are looking to do much cooking, the kitchen is lacking - not a lot of dishes and the oven needs to be updated. Other items in the kitchen were a mix of old and new. We did have some bug friends visit us though it seemed as though the house had been treated for them. The split units for A/C were a welcome relief from the heat. The drive is extremely steep - and it is gravel and had deep ruts - wouldn't be able to get up the driveway without a high clearance vehicle. Overall, a good stay.

The design of the cabin had a nice feel to it. Cozy and cute. Everything was clean and the host always contacted me at a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend the area as it has cute shops coffee shops, and restaurants. It’s only 15 minutes from Sequoia National Park entrance. It also had lots of areas to sit outside and enjoy the nature.

The property description indicates a steep driveway. Upon our arrival, the driveway was blocked by construction workers...fine, we figured it out but then our climb up the driveway was not only steep but very rugged with potholes. Some as deep as a foot and the same width. We were afraid we would damaged our rental so we parked on the street. We understand steep but the driveway has not been kept up and the property owner was unreasonable to think that it was suitable for renters. There were also several issues with the inside. The toilet seat was nearly falling off, and to avoid an injury, my husband tightened it himself. The shower does not drain properly so the bathroom floor is always wet and slippery. I also found two cans of pesticides (Raid) stored right next to the cookware. We were originally planning to stay four nights but left after two. When I tried to cancel the last two nights, the property owner would not give me a refund and instead said he would send his cleaner and handyman in to fix the issues. I can move a can of Raid and my husband had already fixed the toilet seat. The shower issue isn't an easy fix. Also, there was no hand soap available in the bathroom and we were only provided two very thin bath towels for a four night stay. For a vacation rental, it was very disappointing. The only positive was the location. Only a 10 minute drive to the entrance of Seqoria National Park (not five like the property listing indicates.)

We were very pleased with our stay at the Sequoia Tree House. The house is in a perfect location for going to Sequoia National Park. The house is clean and bright. THere are lots of windows that give a delightful view of the mountains. The bathrooms are modern and clean. There are outside patio areas for sitting and watching the sunrise or sunset. We would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless from top to bottom, clearly well cared for, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The design is modern yet warm, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic — close to everything in Three Rivers yet tucked away enough to be peaceful, with beautiful views to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — we’ll definitely be back!

It was clean and spacious and we loved that there was a proper dining room table where we could all sit together to eat meals. It is only about 15 minutes to the park so it was easy to go and visit the park several times. There is a need to be quiet which wasn’t difficult for us because our group isn’t a bunch of parties

I stayed at Three Rivers with my elderly parents and spouse for 3 nights. Property is a bit worn but very clean. You can tell updates were made to the bathrooms and bedrooms which are modern and homey. The location was so convenient. Gas station, coffee shop, and grocery store were all within a 5-7 minute drive, quick stops before driving into the parks. Checkout instructions were very easy. Host was very communicative and checked in on us throughout our stay.

We loved our stay here! Wow. What a cute home in an absolutely gorgeous setting. We couldn’t believe the neighborhood. The treehouse/bungalow vibes were seriously perfect. We liked all the fun quirks of the house and it was very accommodating for our needs. Easy to get to, simple to get in, quick drive to sequoia, adorable town. We seriously loved it. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the tenants was great as well!

This studio apt is located beneath a separate rental home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It is clean, bright, modern and spacious enough for 4 people.There is a super easy code lock door (though it does love to lock itself all the time!), the A/C unit works great, and we loved having the ceiling fan on since it was too hot outside to leave the screened windows open for a breeze.We have no issues sleeping with noise but some might find the refrigerator humming to be quite loud. But the mattress was SO comfortable - we slept so well!The kitchenette was small but very functional. The owner was AWESOME when I mentioned that there were no ice cube trays in the freezer... he had some dropped off the same day!Laundry room available but we didn't need it for our short stay.The unit is pretty close to the town center, and there was a good market and several nice restaurants available.My only minor gripe is that the online listing did not indicate that I would need to use a 3rd party app called Truvi to verify my identity and pay an additional damage waiver. Upon searching, Truvi did not get good reviews and I requested skipping that step.The very BEST part of our stay... we saw so many animals right outside the door: rabbits, woodpeckers, Calif quail, turkeys and even a deer walked right through the yard at the bottom of the hill.It was a lovely and relaxing spot to begin and end our days - most of which were spent in the National parks.

Loved staying at the Tree House. Space was perfect for our family, and the decor was very comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and saw lots of wildlife. Host responded quickly to all questions. Location was very convenient to the National Park. We would definitely stay here again. (Some of the previous reviews mentioned a steep, difficult driveway. The driveway is apparently new and very easy to manage.)

This is a cozy and quirky home. We enjoyed the location and the layout of the house. It has nice outdoor areas as well, though we didn't have the time to enjoy them much. If you are looking to do much cooking, the kitchen is lacking - not a lot of dishes and the oven needs to be updated. Other items in the kitchen were a mix of old and new. We did have some bug friends visit us though it seemed as though the house had been treated for them. The split units for A/C were a welcome relief from the heat. The drive is extremely steep - and it is gravel and had deep ruts - wouldn't be able to get up the driveway without a high clearance vehicle. Overall, a good stay.

Loved this place. It’s full of charm and details. It was a perfect place to relax and recharge after long days in the NPS sites nearby. We bounced around California on this trip and this was by far the coolest place we stayed. We even saw a lot of wildlife in the yard! The host is great, the a/c was the best we experienced, and like I said… the space is a vibe beyond being outfitted for a comfy stay.

I stayed at Three Rivers with my elderly parents and spouse for 3 nights. Property is a bit worn but very clean. You can tell updates were made to the bathrooms and bedrooms which are modern and homey. The location was so convenient. Gas station, coffee shop, and grocery store were all within a 5-7 minute drive, quick stops before driving into the parks. Checkout instructions were very easy. We loved our stay here! Wow. What a cute home in an absolutely gorgeous setting. We couldn’t believe the neighborhood. The treehouse/bungalow vibes were seriously perfect. We liked all the fun quirks of the house and it was very accommodating for our needs. Easy to get to, simple to get in, quick drive to sequoia, adorable town. We seriously loved it. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the tenants was great as well!

Our family of 4 with 2 college-age children stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the nearby national parks. One of the best things about this property is how close it is to Sequoia NP, so you can spend more time in the park vs. driving to the park. The location is very quiet. There is probably enough room to sleep at least 7, so it was more than adequate for the 4 of us. The kitchen/family room is nicely decorated and was very comfortable to come home to in the evening. The house is on a hill so it could be difficult for someone frail toting luggage, but for us it was not a problem. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great for visiting Sequoia National Park and traveling up Generals Highway to Kings Canyon too. Grocery store, gas, restaurants and shopping are close by. We appreciated having access to the laundry room. The host communicated with us very well!

The design of the cabin had a nice feel to it. Cozy and cute. Everything was clean and the host always contacted me at a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend the area as it has cute shops coffee shops, and restaurants. It’s only 15 minutes from Sequoia National Park entrance. It also had lots of areas to sit outside and enjoy the nature.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Sequoia Tree House. The house is in a perfect location for going to Sequoia National Park. The house is clean and bright. THere are lots of windows that give a delightful view of the mountains. The bathrooms are modern and clean. There are outside patio areas for sitting and watching the sunrise or sunset. We would stay there again.

We came up to visit the Sequoias for three days and had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse property. We had enough room for our parents, three grown children, and my husband and myself. It was clean, quiet, and easy to get to the national park. Three Rivers had a lot of fun places to eat on the river! We appreciated the outdoor picnic table and the wildlife we saw from the yard. The beds were comfortable and the views were very pretty from the house. Highly recommend this house for a restful stay!
