The property is in an amazing location and very hip & cool in terms of design and staff. The staff is so sweet and adorable. However, our bathroom in our room and the elevator were way too small. My husband and I barely hit in the elevator with our suitcases. Also, forget keeping the bathroom floor dry as the shower is super small causing any and all water to not stay in the corner of a shower provided. We also struggled with storing our things as our honeymoon was for 8 days. Had to just take out the things we thought we would use out. Lastly. the restaurant on site is vegan so there are no meat options for food.

The area is great for restaurants and shops, but the hotel looks a bit nicer in the photos than in reality. The room felt more like a New York apartment than a hotel. The elevator is the size of a closet and the downstairs restaurant is vegan which is ok with us but worth noting. The staff was very friendly and helpful! liked it for location but I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel was really nice and well located! 10min walk from the Akropolis, the adjacent restaurant was really good too! Rooms are quiet and you can open the window if you want a bit of fresh air! And the most important, for ONCE, the air conditioning was silent! Too often it's these big and old wall/ceiling units that make a ton of noise. At Nikki's, I actually forgot it was there! And so my sleep quality was definitely improved! I recommend it! 😀

Niki hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Book the room with the acropolis view it is an incredible loft with your own elevator to the room. The hotel is well kept right in the center next to EVERYTHING. The bar had amazing cocktails and we took them up to the balcony to enjoy the view of the Parthenon. Such a phenomenal hotel highly recommend it.

Great hotel in the heart of Athens! The hotel features an attached restaurant that serves breakfast from 9 AM, including vegan options, and also offers vegan choices for dinner. Additionally, there are even more vegan breakfast and dinner options at nearby restaurants across the street, giving you plenty to choose from. My room was cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate both me and other guests. The hotel is in a safe, convenient location, with many tourist attractions within walking distance and a nearby bus stop for several tourist bus lines.

Wonderful property, very clean and in the heart of everything. Walking distance to the acropolis and syntagma. As a greek (living abroad) I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. Only point to make is there is no parking with the hotel so if you are driving, ensure you look around for parking. There is a lot very close to the hotel that keeps the car secure, 40€ per day. Thank you to the staff for a very enjoyable stay!!

The room with the Acropolis view is so beautiful, and the whole property was very clean and well kept! We loved our stay and really enjoyed the vegan restaurant as well! Perfect location for exploring central Athens!

The hotel was great, super clean and well appointed and spacious. It had a boutique feel while also being quiet and comfortable. The location was great right next to the Plaka, Acropolis and other sites. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wish my visit had been longer but will definitely be back!

I’m a frequent traveler from NYC. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. When we arrived THERE WAS DIRTY UNDERWEAR LEFT IN OUR ROOM. One of the pillows didn’t have a pillow case but they DID NOT have any extra pillow cases in the hotel. We switched rooms which was a fiasco because the safe was broken and our passports were locked in the safe in our first room. In the new room the refrigerator was broken and there was BLOOD on my sheet. Also the shower flooded the whole bathroom every time you shower. They asked us to pay the city tax in cash- which was very unprofessional and unsettling. Really a disgusting experience. They did offer us free breakfast but I wouldn’t eat anything from the hotel. They should offer a refund. First staff member basically told us to leave if we didn’t like it there. The next day the new staff member was more sympathetic. There was no manager on sight the whole time. Paying $300 for this room was a complete disgrace.

This hotel is convenient, within walking distance to all shopping, the famous flea market, numerous restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops. The room was ok. Not overly clean and dated. The reception staff were incredible. Some work needs to be done on the rooms. Housekeeping improved for the cost.

Amazing, clean small boutique city hotel in a central downtown location. We stayed in the 2-story family suite on the top floor with 2 balconies and 2 full bathrooms and the most amazing view of the Akropolis. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I really loved this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and so helpful. The decor was modern and tasteful. The location was perfect for sightseeing, eating and shopping. The family room/loft was amazing! Two levels. Two baths. Two giant terraces with a view of the acropolis. The hotel served our breakfast upstairs as a special request. The only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 was that the hot water for the showers kept going in and out every 45 seconds requiring constant adjustments and at times dumping cold water or scalding water. Fix that and it would be a 5 star experience at a value.

Great location, walkable to lots of sites and restaurants. If you get a room with no view just know it will face a concrete wall. Not a huge issue for us since we weren’t in the room much but hard to tell what the weather is like. A little bit of a tight room but clean and modern so totally okay for a quick 2 night stay. Great breakfast and super nice staff. Akis from the front desk went above and beyond helping find a spa treatment nearby, calling for us and even sending us a list of places.

Fantastic place to stay in Athen! Very friendly staff. Easy 7minute casual walk to downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes of the door. And the top floor suite has an amazing view of the Acropolis’s and Parthenon

Absolutely fantastic stay at this very cute hotel. The family loft suite on the top floor was very comfortable and spacious. The staff go out of their way to address any requests. The view from both balconies was spectacular. Especially if you are a vegan, the restaurant was delicious. Only suggestion would be to have some kind of lock or security feature for some piece of mind at night since the elevator can go directly to the suite and also the stairs lead up to room. It was still very safe, and overall not a problem, but it seemed odd that there was no option to prevent anyone from coming into the suite at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay overall, we would definitely come again!!

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to shops, restaurants, and the Parthenon. The front desk was great and let us check in several hours before checkin time. We stayed in the loft suite which would be great for families. It was super spacious and even was two floors. It had two giant balconies. The view from the second floor was so good! Great location, walkable to lots of sites and restaurants. If you get a room with no view just know it will face a concrete wall. Not a huge issue for us since we weren’t in the room much but hard to tell what the weather is like. A little bit of a tight room but clean and modern so totally okay for a quick 2 night stay. Great breakfast and super nice staff. Akis from the front desk went above and beyond helping find a spa treatment nearby, calling for us and even sending us a list of places.

We had a delay in our airlines, which altered our Nights of accommodations. The staff was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of. When we decided to head out for the day, they supplied us with great ideas for our remaining time. Highly recommend!

This hotel is convenient, within walking distance to all shopping, the famous flea market, numerous restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops. The room was ok. Not overly clean and dated. The reception staff were incredible. Some work needs to be done on the rooms. Housekeeping improved for the cost.

This was a great hotel location to explore the sights of Athens. Traveling with my daughter, we felt safe, with easy access to all the amenities. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff were courteous and assisted with arranging transfers to airport. I would stay here again.

The property is in an amazing location and very hip & cool in terms of design and staff. The staff is so sweet and adorable. However, our bathroom in our room and the elevator were way too small. My husband and I barely hit in the elevator with our suitcases. Also, forget keeping the bathroom floor dry as the shower is super small causing any and all water to not stay in the corner of a shower provided. We also struggled with storing our things as our honeymoon was for 8 days. Had to just take out the things we thought we would use out. Lastly. the restaurant on site is vegan so there are no meat options for food.

Great location, safe, walkable, and close to a lot of great places. Locals we met told us Plaka (this neighborhood) is the best to stay at. Also very close to historic sites, we didn’t use any Ubers. This hotel is clean and nice. Highly recommend.

This is a Comfortable boutique hotel steps from Syntagma Square, near the Metro and about ten minutes walk from the Plaka. The location is in a fun lively neighborhood full of bars and restaurants. There is excellent shopping on Ermou street just 2 blocks away.

The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation from the cruise terminal to the hotel and then again from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast that was included was a convenient option but be aware it is a vegetarian cafe. The staff in the cafe was attentive. The only issue, there was a faint odour in our room sometimes as we walked through the door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was in a very convenient location. We could walk everywhere.

It was lovely to have a vegan breakfast menu each day and the breakfast was generally very good. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful which was nice. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of town and very walkable to many attractions and other vegan options (if you're a vegan traveller checkout Holy Llama just a few doors down for lunch and coffee). The hotel itself was a little odd. It has feather pillows and blankets which are not very comfortable and seemed an odd default for a hotel attached to a mostly vegan restaurant. The bed was on the small side and over soft. The bathroom had an odd layout with not enough hooks (and the ones there were are inside the shower) and the open shower getting things very wet. The wifi was also terrible cutting in and out, making watching Netflix or similar very trying (to be fair this has been the case to an extent in all our hotels in Greece but this one was the worst). There is no do not disturb sign provided which might be awkward for couples! These issues were pretty minor though so all up a very pleasant stay and we would likely stay again when we're next in Athens for the convenience and the breakfast alone. The staff were however the stand out, great team thanks for making us feel so welcome and looking after us during our time in Athens.

The Niki Athens was a fine hotel, but definitely not what I expected given the price and previous 5 Star reviews. The room was absolutely tiny, you could barely fit two people in it. There was nowhere to sit, not even a small chair, and the shower was so small that it leaked into the rest of the bathroom when you were in it. There was also no shower door which was very odd. The staff was very nice, especially the waitress at breakfast. Having included breakfast made the stay better but the room itself made the stay challenging, in addition to the lack of amenities (no tissues or moisturizer).
