There is no elevator in this hotel. There was no one there to clean the room. When we asked, we were told that there was but enough time to clean it and this was at 10pm. We were gone the entire day. She then gave us some towels at the front desk. Our room was not cleaned the second day either. The visual of the hotel is not accurate. It shows a pool; however, the rooms that are inside directly face the pool. There are inside rooms that have a huge window that if you open the curtains people can see in to your room from the pool. They can see everything in your room. There was a sliding door to enter the hotel that you could enter with your room key, but there was also a washer and dryer right outside the door that people were randomly pulling up to from the parking lot and inserting their coins to use. The hotel has rooms that face outside to the parking lot, which is not shown on the website. We were also not able to eat breakfast because it ended at 9:00am. Finally we checked out a day early due to the poor quality of the hotel and they stated they had no record of us leaving. Beware of the false advertising on the site.

It was just hot Bad time year Low occupancy so didn’t have good air flow Can remove some ceiling panels in main lobby for clean look Rooms on sun rise side are hot Unit 101 was anyway Otherwise. Looks like a good maintenance crew Exterior property well maintained Office staff so nice Pool area and floor nice and clean All and all 4.5 stars cause can tell work hard to maintain what they have Sorry I’m in the business

The amenities got a 1 because what you see in the app, is FOR SURE NOT WHAT IS THERE. Had to change rooms because it was raining at during installation a screw had hit a wire and water from the rain was making said wire spark and smoke. If you base your stay on the photos provided you will be disappointed. Definitely not what it's made out to be. Disappointed.

We found everything was well managed. Pet friendly rooms. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Easy convenient stores, a bar and grill and fun places you can walk to from the hotel. The pool area was a nice large indoor pool with a large hot tub. I found the tile work around the pool area very sensible. The tile near the wet areas was slip resistant and resemble a walking trail. There were just a few things that need more attention. The hot tub has a warning that the tub should not be hotter than 104° however there is no temperature reading visible. Overall the hotel needs to be updated. This is a very conveniently located hotel and looks to have potential for a great future. We plan to return in a few months to go to some places we miss on this first visit. I would give this hotel a 5 star rating but they just need to improve the landscaping and update the anesthetics.
