Great location next to the station so very easy to get into Milan. Loved the car park with direct access into the hotel. The staff were so helpful and accommodating - an absolute credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed the pool and gym facilities and used them both days. The only reason I didn't rate as excellent is that the owners of the hotel need to spend some money on it. The shower in our room really needed a new head for better spray and the attachment fixed, The sealant round the pool is in poor condition and needs replacing. It would not take a huge investment to make this hotel excellent.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et nous avons eu une suite de deux chambres donnant sur les toits de l'hôtel. Nous avions une terrasse privative. L'hôtel met à disposition une piscine, deux saunas, un hammam et une salle de sport. La station de métro pour rejoindre le centre de Milan est de l'autre côté de la rue. Le personnel est très à l'écoute des clients. Un garage est proposé pour 10 euros par jour en sous-sol donnant directement dans l'hôtel ce qui évite de se garer dans la rue où le stationnement est limité à 4 heures.

Hotellet har en lite äldre stil och skulle behöva fräschat upp lite med nya färger. Men tycker ändå att det var fräscht. Mycket nöjd med bemötandet från all personal. Städning varje dag och frukosten var helt okej. Glöm inte att beställa kaffe latte av personalen, den görgod och de ställer gärna upp. Poolen var tyvärr ur funktion när vi var där, så kan inte bedöma den. Perfekt läge med endast 4 minuters promenad till Metron. Hela familjen var jättenöjda.

Hotel is perfect located - but it is not 4 star - beds are hard - looks a bit run down - rooms are clean - breakfast is average. For 150€ / per night 4bed room - excellent price for Milano standard... I would go there again since value for money for a family is ok

Lovely clean and tidy hotel and room. Food was really nice in the hotel. Metro underground station was a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. Swimming pool was lovely and refreshing after a hot day in Milan. Room had usb and usb-c charging points either side of the bed. Small fridge in the room helped to keep drinks cool. Good few restaurants near the hotel, must go to Bella Napoli, about 5-10 minutes away. Staff were brilliant, shower head was faulty, they got it sorted the next day. The area around the hotel was lacking a bit of TLC but so does the majority of the surrounding areas of Milan, don't let that put you off. Absolutely no trouble or intimidating from anyone. Kebab shop directly opposite does lovely food too.

This hotel is great walking distance from station. The hotel was clean and staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could be improved was the air conditioner. It was very hot when we.were there and despite the air con on, didnt cool the room down

The staff are nice but the room we had was falling apart, skirting boards falling off the walls with nails sticking out, bath cover falling off the side , bathroom door had no lock . Would have been a nice hotel in the 90s I guess but in desperate need of a refurb. Area is residential but metro station is 5 mins walk from hotel

It's a very nice hotel. We had a room upgrade to a spacious king family room. Comfortable bed with tons of pillows!!! The staff was very friendly. Parking facilities were very convenient and safe. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with a little bit of everything. My only issue was that it the rooms and common areas are dated. Especially the bathroom needed a refurbishment. The sink and tub showed signs of being very old. Overall a short, but excellent stay.

Questa volta no, acqua solo calda non miscelabile, su qualsiasi rubinetto se posizionato a freddo esce un flusso minimo (veramente minimo). Farsi doccia quasi impossibile con flusso d'acqua minimo o temperatura infernale. Questo molto negativo. Per il resto, stanza non all'altezza degli altri miei soggiorni. Ritornerò comunque, sperando in una collocazione diversa (e se mi toccherà la stessa, stavolta chiederò cambio stanza)

El servicio de lavado de ropa era muy caro, y no funcionaba los fines de semana o feriados. En el sitio web se supone que había contratado con desayuno incluido y no era así. Además se indicaba que había room service y no había tal servicio. Las camas y almohadas eran duras y el aire acondicionado difícil de controlar. No había hervidor eléctrico para calentar agua y tomar té o café. Práctico al estar al lado del metro, ya que es línea 1, con lo cual uno se ahorra mucho dinero al no depender de micro, taxi o uber para ir a los principales sitios de interés.

Good location & average breakfast. The big dude, I believe his name was Alberto at reception is a rude racist. Prior to my stay I called the hotel up about a query and Alberto had no customer service skills he put the phone down on me several times and was not willing to help me out over the phone.

We came for the Italian Grand Prix in Monza and stayed for a week. The location is really good for getting the train into Monza and also has great metro links for getting back to Milan. The area around the hotel does not have many options for eating in the evening unfortunately but there is a small restaurant in the hotel itself which was open for some of the week. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was nice and had a good range of options.

At first we arrived at night itvwas a little intimidating because not enough lighting on the street, but the next morning we were happy to know that the hotel was in a Turkish Italian neighborhood. People were friendly and food around the area was great. Also train to Milan only thirty minutes away. If you dont Want the high price hotels in Milan this the Hotel.
