Lovely hotel. Location was great for us to access stunning beaches. Room was clean and well looked after. The gardens are well maintained, green and give a sense of calm. Not a great choice for breakfast and after a week of the same becomes disappointing. Food is cold if not luke warm. Would be great if we had tea/coffee facilities in the room. Its a struggle to get boiling water for tea or a hot coffee. Staff are friendly and try make your holiday great. 2 salt water pools. The main pool is well looked after and cleaned over night. The infinity pool has an awesome view and worth a dip in. Unfortunately not as clean as the main pool. Yes we still swam in it. What a shame otherwise it would be perfect. We avoided snacks at the bar apart from the pizza for €9. After seeing sandwiches that were fit for the bin, being served "dry to the point the bread was curling" we opted to have lunch and dinner out, other wise it was a great base for us. Its advisable to have a car to get around.

Could not fault anything about our stay. Superb hotel, quiet and very relaxing stay. Staff are friendly and always helpfull, and beautiful gardens, pools, beach, and experience. Wpuld highly recommend to people wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday. Many thanks to Nicola and all staff who made our 10 day holiday so enjoyable.

Superschöne Anlage mit riesigem parkähnlichen Garten. 2 Pools, davon einer am Meer. Leider gibt es keinen Service an den Pools, das Essen fanden wir suboptimal, da sehr speziell, kleine Portionen und wenig pflanzliche Auswahl. Schöne Strände sind im Umkreis ab ca 10 km erreichbar. Leider null Einkaufs- oder Bummelmöglichkeiten in der Gegend, da alles im Umkreis Wohngebiete, aber keine kleinen Städte.

Wir waren zum Ende der Saison im Costa Dei Fiori, die Atmosphäre war entspannt. Die Hotelanlage ist bildschön, insbesondere der Garten- und Poolbereich, der hoteleigene Strand ist klein, aber ein kurzer Fußweg führt zur nächsten Bucht, wo man wunderbar baden kann. Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel, das Personal ist superfreundlich und das Frühstück wird in Buffetform angeboten und hat alles, was man von einem 4 Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen (1,5 km unbefestigte Piste von der Hauptstraße), insofern ist ein Mietwagen absolut von Vorteil. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Muy bonito el lugar, muy atento el staff. Nos gustó la alberca. Es bueno que también ofrecen planes alternos para visitar playas muy bonitas como Chia y Nora. La playa enfrente del hotel no es buena, y la alberca enfrente de la playa estaba sucia. Francesco de la recepción y el capataz del restaurante nos trataron de maravilla.

Our whole stay was blissful from start to finish. We will certainly return and recommend it to others. We were only there three days on a road trip, so we chose to spend the whole time by the pools because they were so beautiful and zen. We ate dinners at the more casual Bistrot restaurant, good choice of meals, great service and wine recommendations. Aluska at the Bistrot was fantastic, and had excellent knowledge of wine, helping us pair wine with the meals each night. Choice of breakfast was delicious and fresh each day. Was lovely to also be able to have a dip in the sea at their little private beach.

This place has very nice rooms and garden. Well maintained property. Please be aware that both pools are Saltwater-pools with very salty water. The only bad thing is the food. Quite tasteless and boring food and very few options both for lunch and dinner. Not what you expect in Italy. Breakfast is good though but no buffet so you have to wait for a waitor each time you want to order. The beach is no good with rocks just 5 meters out. If you want nice beaches go to north east part of Sardinia. We rented a car and went to that part of the island. Very nice beaches! Next time we will fly to Olbia. As a side note they charge you 5 Eur for a bucket of ice in this hotel!! I have never experienced that in any other hotel…

Beautifully maintained property (inside and out); incredibly helpful and friendly staff all around, special thank you to the cleaning crew for the wonderful job. We wish to have stayed longer in this oasis, and Sardinia in general. Only issue was getting to this destination (possibly google maps related). Hopefully this tip can help resolve the issue.

Struttura meravigliosa pulita e ben tenuta, con 2 meravigliose piscine di acqua salata, di cui una a sfioro quasi sul mare. Camere molto grandi e complete, arredate con sobrietà dove predominano marmo e legno. Personale in linea di massimo molto attento e cordiale, fatta eccezione per qualche elemento in sala ristorante. Colazione un po’ risicata servita al tavolo, mentre la cena, usufruendo del servizio di mezza pensione, è di livello molto alto con ampia scelta tra carne pesce e veg con 4 portate e menù diversi ogni giorno.

Le parc de l’hôtel est superbe, la plage privée manque d’entretien ainsi que la piscine côté mer… (aiguilles de pin, carrelage à refaire, pas confort d empêcher pieds nus et sur la plage beaucoup de détritus naturels ou non) Le restaurant est trop ds le compliqué et pas dans la cuisine généreuse que nous attendons en Italie : résultat faut prendre plein de plat c ultra cher et mégas long ! Il faut payer pour qu’on vous lave les serviettes de plage inacceptable pour moi dans un hôtel. 400€ la nuit ! Mettez 402,80 et changez les serviettes ça sera moins mesquin!!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel, großzügige Zimmer, alles sauber. Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt, die Bar ist sehr schick und erinnert an eine Lodge. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die noch verbessert werden könnten: Das Hotel ist etwas schwer zu finden und die Zufahrt müsste erneuert werden (Schlaglöcher). Beim Frühstück könnte die Auswahl etwas großzügiger ausfallen z.B. mehr Gemüse. Das Servicepersonal war nicht immer aufmerksam - man musste z.B. häufiger winken, um von einem Kellner bedient zu werden und die Zimmermädchen haben manchmal Handtücher/Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt.

Beautifully clean and comfortable hotel. Excellently maintained with lovely friendly staff and great facilities. Some trouble with connecting the TV to WiFi so limited use of the TV but otherwise an excellent stay.

Super convenient location to explore the amazing Baia Chia and just a short ride to lively Pula with plenty shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel grounds is absolutely stunning full of beautiful flowers and plants. You can see there is a lot of care going to the space. We love the infinity pool for a relaxing late afternoon. The room was spacious, cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable. Every time we asked something the reception staff was so accommodating. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but we experienced the friendliness of the staff at the bar and during breakfast. I would love to go back one day!

Hotel direttamente sul mare, immerso in uno bellissimo parco. Posizione splendida, struttura eccellente, personale gentilissimo. Camera molto ampia, nuova, ben arredata e pulitissina. Ottima la colazione con servizio al tavolo. Consigliato, torneremo!

Lovely peaceful and tranquil environment with gorgeous sea views. 2 pools to pick from (either infinity pool with sea view or bigger pool in centre of hotel). Room was clean and spacious with balcony overlooking pool area. We stayed there in June so before peak season so was quiet. Staff extremely helpful and willing to help with any issues. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was brilliant. We didn't have a car so for dinner we were limited to the hotel restaurant. It had a small menu (that did change daily) which was more expensive, but it was delicious. I would 100% stay here again but I would hire a car to explore the surrounding town of Pula.

Elegant property with very clean well appointed rooms. Plenty of space inside and out. Relaxed atmosphere, very comfortable and plentiful outside furniture lounges by the pools. Better than expected and would stay here again.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. Need a rental car as walking to restaurants or beach is not really an option. We were there before holiday peak so reasonable prices. The rooms are starting to be a bit dated, but still well looked after.

Struttura meravigliosa pulita e ben tenuta, con 2 meravigliose piscine di acqua salata, di cui una a sfioro quasi sul mare. Camere molto grandi e complete, arredate con sobrietà dove predominano marmo e legno. Personale in linea di massimo molto attento e cordiale, fatta eccezione per qualche elemento in sala ristorante. Colazione un po’ risicata servita al tavolo, mentre la cena, usufruendo del servizio di mezza pensione, è di livello molto alto con ampia scelta tra carne pesce e veg con 4 portate e menù diversi ogni giorno.

Wir waren zum Ende der Saison im Costa Dei Fiori, die Atmosphäre war entspannt. The family suite was spacious, modern & clean. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The restaurant food that provided dinners was excellent & the free breakfast although very basic had nice options. The pools facilities are dated and should be upgraded/renovated to reflect the style and superior quality of the rooms but overall I would highly recommend this quiet, clean & charming hotel.

This place has all the potential to be great but outside of the nice landscape this hotel is all looks no substance. The rooms are old, not great decor and my bed was very hard. There is not a lot of food options at the hotel - they have the same menu everyday and you have to choose from what they serve In addition the meal times are strict and there is no options for food during the day - except a sandwich or a frozen pizza that gets placed in the over. There is no service at the pools and you have to walk to the center bar to get any drinks at the pool or beach. The service staff here - from reception to ordering anything are TERRIBLE. Several times my order was wrong, or i had to wait 10 mins to be acknowledged. The reception staff was extremely unpleasant. For the amount of money this place charges you go somewhere else there are so many better options on Sardinia this place is not it. The owner of the hotel reached out to me and wanted to give me a jar of honey as a way to make up for my horrible stay. AVOID

We really enjoyed our stay at the Costa Dei Fiori and would happily return - the facilities are beautifully appointed, comfortable and of a high standard. The pools and beach area where a highlight , though the lifeguards were very unfriendly and inattentive unless you did something contravening the rules and then they were quick to tell us off. The breakfast was consistently of a high quality and good amount of choice without being overly complicated. Reception were very helpful and attentive especially Alberta and Francesco. The quality of the service and food in the bistro and restaurant did not live up to the high standard of the resort which was very disappointing, however when we brought this to the attention of the staff, the director/owner Nicola personally apologised and offered to make things right and for the remainder of our stay made himself available to address any of our questions, queries or concerns which was a nice touch.

Beautifully maintained property (inside and out); incredibly helpful and friendly staff all around, special thank you to the cleaning crew for the wonderful job. We wish to have stayed longer in this oasis, and Sardinia in general. Only issue was getting to this destination (possibly google maps related). Hopefully this tip can help resolve the issue.

Disappointing. The room was lovely as well as the pools however sadly the staff were not friendly as mentioned in other reviews and we often felt ignored or like they were not interested. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere in the day and it just felt a bit flat. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track ensure you hire a car and fly to Cagliari Airport. The casual restaurant food was mediocre however the formal restaurant food was very nice!

Could not fault anything about our stay. Superb hotel, quiet and very relaxing stay. Staff are friendly and always helpfull, and beautiful gardens, pools, beach, and experience. Wpuld highly recommend to people wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday. Many thanks to Nicola and all staff who made our 10 day holiday so enjoyable.

L'hôtel est magnifique, niché dans un écrin de verdure et doté de 2 piscines superbes dont une surplombant la mer. Les chambres sont bien équipées et propre, conforme aux standards de la catégorie. En revanche ce tableau idyllique est largement assombri par le côté restauration. Nous avions pris l'option demi pension. Concernant le dîner, on nous a servi une cuisine prétentieuse voulant se donner des airs de restaurant étoilés mais qui s'en approche uniquement par le tarif. De l'entrée au dessert, aucun des plats ne nous a plu. Aubergines pas cuites, couscous de poisson sans goût, poulpe peu ou pas assaisonné, tiramisu sans texture et insipide. Tout cela ponctué par un service déplorable, 40 mn avant de prendre notre commande et serveur irrespectueux (spécial dédicace à un certain Ricardo). Nous avions réglé à l’avance l’intégralité de la demi-pension pour 3 jours. Or, l’expérience a été si mauvaise que nous avons décidé de ne pas nous infliger ce calvaire les 2 derniers soirs, perdant ainsi les sommes versées. Cet hôtel n'étant qu'une étape dans notre périple en Sardaigne, heureusement nous n'avions pas que cette référence pour juger la cuisine Sarde, par ailleurs excellente. Un conseil à ceux qui ont opté pour cet hôtel, pour le dîner, n'importe quelle petite pizzeria du coin fera mieux l'affaire.

Beim Frühstück könnte die Auswahl etwas großzügiger ausfallen z.B. mehr Gemüse. Das Servicepersonal war nicht immer aufmerksam - man musste z.B. häufiger winken, um von einem Kellner bedient zu werden und die Zimmermädchen haben manchmal Handtücher/Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt.

Super convenient location to explore the amazing Baia Chia and just a short ride to lively Pula with plenty shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel grounds is absolutely stunning full of beautiful flowers and plants. You can see there is a lot of care going to the space. We love the infinity pool for a relaxing late afternoon. The room was spacious, cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable. Every time we asked something the reception staff was so accommodating. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but we experienced the friendliness of the staff at the bar and during breakfast. I would love to go back one day!

Property was lovely pools clean garden’s beautiful staff were great. The property for us was too remote so taxis needed everywhere for us which was expensive. The menu at hotel was minimal not much Choice so we ate out most of the week. Pool was closed during hottest point of day not sure why as nothing was done to it. No. English tv channels so when it rained not much to do. It was just the wrong location for us.

Super convenient location to explore the amazing Baia Chia and just a short ride to lively Pula with plenty shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel grounds is absolutely stunning full of beautiful flowers and plants. You can see there is a lot of care going to the space. We love the infinity pool for a relaxing late afternoon. The room was spacious, cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable. Every time we asked something the reception staff was so accommodating. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but we experienced the friendliness of the staff at the bar and during breakfast. I would love to go back one day!

We enjoyed our stay, property is not too big, we got lost finding the property due to wrong satnav directions leading us to a small one narrow path to the pool. We stayed on half board. set dinner is only so so, dry chicken breast, dehydrated vegetables, pasta was too salty.

Struttura molto bella adatta ad una vacanza molto tranquilla in un ambiente internazionale. Personale molto preparato e gentile. Se non si vuole trascorrere le giornate nelle due piscine, accanto all’hotel c’è una spiaggia libera molto riservata. Altrimenti a pochi chilometri di auto ci sono spiagge attrezzate molto belle.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Costa Dei Fiori and would happily return - the facilities are beautifully appointed, comfortable and of a high standard. The pools and beach area where a highlight , though the lifeguards were very unfriendly and inattentive unless you did something contravening the rules and then they were quick to tell us off. The breakfast was consistently of a high quality and good amount of choice without being overly complicated. Reception were very helpful and attentive especially Alberta and Francesco. The quality of the service and food in the bistro and restaurant did not live up to the high standard of the resort which was very disappointing, however when we brought this to the attention of the staff, the director/owner Nicola personally apologised and offered to make things right and for the remainder of our stay made himself available to address any of our questions, queries or concerns which was a nice touch.

Lovely hotel. Location was great for us to access stunning beaches. Room was clean and well looked after. The gardens are well maintained, green and give a sense of calm. Not a great choice for breakfast and after a week of the same becomes disappointing. Food is cold if not luke warm. Would be great if we had tea/coffee facilities in the room. Its a struggle to get boiling water for tea or a hot coffee. Staff are friendly and try make your holiday great. 2 salt water pools. The main pool is well looked after and cleaned over night. The infinity pool has an awesome view and worth a dip in. Unfortunately not as clean as the main pool. Yes we still swam in it. What a shame otherwise it would be perfect. We avoided snacks at the bar apart from the pizza for €9. After seeing sandwiches that were fit for the bin, being served "dry to the point the bread was curling" we opted to have lunch and dinner out, other wise it was a great base for us. Its advisable to have a car to get around.

L'hôtel est magnifique, niché dans un écrin de verdure et doté de 2 piscines superbes dont une surplombant la mer. Les chambres sont bien équipées et propre, conforme aux standards de la catégorie. En revanche ce tableau idyllique est largement assombri par le côté restauration. Nous avions pris l'option demi pension. Concernant le dîner, on nous a servi une cuisine prétentieuse voulant se donner des airs de restaurant étoilés mais qui s'en approche uniquement par le tarif. De l'entrée au dessert, aucun des plats ne nous a plu. Aubergines pas cuites, couscous de poisson sans goût, poulpe peu ou pas assaisonné, tiramisu sans texture et insipide. Tout cela ponctué par un service déplorable, 40 mn avant de prendre notre commande et serveur irrespectueux (spécial dédicace à un certain Ricardo). Nous avions réglé à l’avance l’intégralité de la demi-pension pour 3 jours. Or, l’expérience a été si mauvaise que nous avons décidé de ne pas nous infliger ce calvaire les 2 derniers soirs, perdant ainsi les sommes versées. Cet hôtel n'étant qu'une étape dans notre périple en Sardaigne, heureusement nous n'avions pas que cette référence pour juger la cuisine Sarde, par ailleurs excellente. Un conseil à ceux qui ont opté pour cet hôtel, pour le dîner, n'importe quelle petite pizzeria du coin fera mieux l'affaire.

We loved our time spent in this hotel it's true hidden gem and it's worth all 4 stars, food was good quality from breakfast to diner, breakfast had plenty off choice, good coffee, juice, we had half board option booked which included fine dining experience every evening, hotel has salt water pools one on the seafront that had outstanding views, hotel had beautifully maintained gardens. Staff went extra mile to make our time more enjoyable, brilliant reception staff. We will choose this hotel in the future.

This place has very nice rooms and garden. Well maintained property. Please be aware that both pools are Saltwater-pools with very salty water. The only bad thing is the food. Quite tasteless and boring food and very few options both for lunch and dinner. Not what you expect in Italy. Breakfast is good though but no buffet so you have to wait for a waitor each time you want to order. The beach is no good with rocks just 5 meters out. If you want nice beaches go to north east part of Sardinia. We rented a car and went to that part of the island. Very nice beaches! Next time we will fly to Olbia. As a side note they charge you 5 Eur for a bucket of ice in this hotel!! I have never experienced that in any other hotel…

What a perfect location to enjoy what the southern coast of Sardinia has to offer. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious. The pools were salt water perfection for a day resting on the grounds. The staff booked excursions and in room massages for us. The restaurant even baked a custom cake for my birthday celebration at dinner. We highly recommend!
