Cet hôtel de charme, à deux pas des arènes et des concerts d'été, merveilleusement décoré ouvre sur un jardin luxuriant et enchanteur qui possède une piscine (en pleine ville!) et même un ancien cloître où lire, méditer ou rêver au son de la fontaine, comme dans un patio espagnol ou un riyad marocain, espace particulièrement bienvenu en ces périodes de canicule. Le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins. J'aimerais juste suggérer de laisser le choix au petit déjeuner entre une formule "tout salé" avec les produits sucrés en supplément et une formule "tout sucré" (à la française, mais peu diététique) avec les produits salés en supplément. Seule cette deuxième formule est disponible aujourd'hui. L'ajout de deux chaises longues autour de la piscine en zone ensoleillée, en plus de six chaises installées à l'ombre, serait également le bienvenu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Le séjour à été fantastique, les jardins, l’accueil, le service tout quoi à connaître absolument et avec discrétion pour les amoureux de belles endroits.

This is a small beautiful garden hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was wonderful. The garden is so quiet and beautiful and I loved the pool. The rooms are lovely. This place is a real gem. Close to everything and very walkable.

If you travel to NImes stay at the Jardins Secretes. A true GEM. You will not find such a place anywhere .Unique and Superb! Love it

Les Jardins Secrets is a very beautiful property with lovely gardens and a peaceful atmosphere, but unfortunately the service and overall experience did not match the price point. What stood out most was the constant upselling of basic things that would normally be included or handled more graciously at a luxury hotel. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered, with additional charges even for simple egg dishes. We also found the food menu surprisingly limited, with several items unavailable during our stay. One moment that really left a bad impression was being told we could not have a simple glass of tap water by the pool after already ordering drinks, lunch, and bottled water throughout the day. It made the experience feel unnecessarily transactional rather than welcoming. The property itself is charming, but luxury hospitality is about attention to detail, generosity, and making guests feel comfortable. Sadly, that aspect was missing for us, and had we known beforehand that others had similar experiences, we likely would have stayed elsewhere.
