really good size room. little fridge. good shower. parking although someone blocked us in during the evening. good job not leaving early for airport that day. really nice breakfast. felt like run by a family. very close to port. couple of supermarkets 10 mins walk. good atmosphere at night in the area. staff very nice and room very clean

The first night we were there, our air conditioning didn’t work. They let us use a different room and had the air conditioner replaced in our room the next day. They were very accommodating! The staff were amazingly helpful!

Overall rather poor. The state of the facilities is quite dated, I'd estimate no major refurbishment for 30+ years. Breakfast with limited options. Very noisy alarm went off overnight at 1.15am. It kept going for a good couple of minutes, likely because the reception closed at 9pm and nobody was manning the system. If by 5am you had been lucky enough to be sleeping again (I wasn't), then the fridges in mine and other rooms would make noises similar to airplanes taking over. I had to unplug the one in my room, however many rooms must have been empty because I could hear them, every single of them. In a word, a disaster from start to bottom. I won't mention the 3 figures digit I had to part ways with to sleep in here but there you have it.
