The hotel is at a very good location, just at the edge of town center, walking distance to the attractions. The room has a small kitchen with microwave, stove and small fridge plus utensils. It has a few parking spaces in front the hotel but was not available for us. The public parking garage is not far from the hotel though.

Excelente hospedagem! Fiquei num quarto ENORME no sótão, único incoveniente foi que por ser no último andar tivemos que subir dois lances de escada pois o elevador não ia até lá. Cozinha com tudo que precisamos, muito bem localizado! Recomendo demais

The aparthotel is in a very nice and convenient area. The room was a good size with nice amenities. The washing machine and dryer on our floor was very helpful. We had a terrific balcony. The front desk were helpful.

Bon séjour au global. Procédure d'entrée claire, logements bien agencés et propres. Côté rue assez bruyant. Pour le parking : 10 places, réservées aux séjours longs. On nous redirige vers un parking privé, pas très loin mais payant (bon donné par l'hôtel pour les horaires de nuit uniquement) et complet. Obligés d'aller dans un autre parking la première nuit, et horaires de jour à notre charge tout le séjour, la facture a été salée.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Privilodge. L’appartement, bien que de taille modeste, était confortable, propre et surtout idéalement situé, à quelques pas du centre d’Annecy. Le personnel s’est montré très courtois et tout était clair dès notre arrivée. L’établissement dispose de seulement neuf places de stationnement, il est donc préférable de réserver à l’avance. À défaut, un stationnement se trouve à quelques minutes à pied, pour lequel l’établissement prend en charge une partie des frais. Merci encore pour l’accueil ! Notre note de 4 étoiles reflète simplement notre vision personnelle d’un 5 étoiles comme étant un établissement plus luxueux, et non un manque de satisfaction de notre part.

청소상태만 좋았다면 이용하기 편리한 숙소. 하지만 침대시트는 더러운 얼룩이 군데군데 크게 남아있어 몇번을 갈지않고 재사용하는지 의문이들었고, 바닥에는 머리카락이 여러개 떨어져있어서 청소를 대충하는것같다.

This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!

Huge Great room at top of property, AIR CONDITIONING 🙏👍 / beautiful views , very helpful staff / great food / location / breakfast outside next to lake…perfect Two small issues 1. hotel parking 10 mins walk away & slight issue parking near hotel to drop of luggage first ! 2. Lift is only on 1st floor to second floor… so you have to walk up stairs to get to lift & then walk up stairs to top room..!! Only issue if you can’t do stairs.. would highly recommend.

Wonderful 4 night stay. One bedroom, No 8, on ground floor. Very quiet. Privilodges is in Centre Ville, 10 minutes from the lake, less than that to Vieille Ville. Excellent reception (Philippe), preceded by excellent, speedy communication and replies to questions before arrival. Walking distance from train station. Friendly, helpful staff. The one bedroom had everything we needed: plenty of space to move about, cabinets and hangers, kitchen equipment. Time on terrace was pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed every minute. We did not need parking.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und haben ein Apartment gebucht. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Die Wohnung bestand aus einer Wohnküche mit zwei Schlafsofa, einem Bad, separatem WC und einem Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung war modern, gross und top eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und man erreicht zu Fuss innert Minuten die Fussgängerzone.

Very accommodating staff, we arrived early and we were able to obtain our room. Rooms were clean but very strange layout, quite compact. Large deck attached to the room. Breakfast was adequate. Excellent location near historic area, close to a variety of restaurants.

This property is a great location, clean and quiet. The stove top in my room did not work and when I asked at the desk I was told someone would be up in a few minutes. They never arrived. It was not always easy to find staff to get more toilet paper etc so make sure you do t leave it till the last minute. I would stay again, it was clean and the location was great.

The front desk staff couldn’t have been more accommodating…..Svetlana, Lisa, Roxanne and the young man we saw the first day were SO helpful! Breakfast was delicious….and the breakfast room very clean! The young lady from Madagascar was SO sweet! The only mishap was not cleaning our room one day. The matter was quickly taken care of. We would not hesitate to visit Privilodges again in the near future.

The front desk staff couldn’t have been more accommodating…..Svetlana, Lisa, Roxanne and the young man we saw the first day were SO helpful! Breakfast was delicious….and the breakfast room very clean! The young lady from Madagascar was SO sweet! The only mishap was not cleaning our room one day. The matter was quickly taken care of. We would not hesitate to visit Privilodges again in the near future.

Excellent hotel and location, just a short walk out the door into the beautiful old town. Room was spacious and staff great. I would stay at this hotel again if we visited Annecy again.

Great location. Good room and kitchenette. Clean neat hotel. Be ready with google maps as the one way systems in Annecy makes driving to it interesting :-) We will def stay in the hotel again.

This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!

This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure!

Very accommodating staff, we arrived early and we were able to obtain our room. Rooms were clean but very strange layout, quite compact. Large deck attached to the room. Breakfast was adequate. Excellent location near historic area, close to a variety of restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The parking space we requested well in advance was available , check in was easy , we used the kitchenette including the fridge / freezer , and caught up on all our laundry using the washer and dryer on site ( would appreciate English instructions as well but Google Translate worked as always ) . While our laundry was happening we utilized the roof top terrace right by it and enjoyed wine while doing the clothes. The location was ideal for checking out Annecy and a day trip to Geneva .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Disappointing stay despite an excellent location We booked two rooms at the Royal Annecy to celebrate a 50th birthday and unfortunately came away quite disappointed. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We were not informed before arrival that the air conditioning in one of our rooms was not working, and only discovered this after checking in. When we spoke to reception, there was no real solution other than asking whether we wanted to book another hotel. As we were travelling with friends and celebrating a 50th birthday together, relocating was not really an option. We were initially told an engineer would come to fix the problem, but nobody came. After several discussions, we were first offered just a 5% discount, which we felt was inadequate given that it was August, at the height of summer. Eventually, after further discussion, we received a 30% discount. We were also told that a number of rooms were experiencing air-conditioning problems, which made it even more disappointing that guests had not been informed in advance. We ended up having to sleep with the doors open, which meant being disturbed by the noise outside. Housekeeping was also below the standard we expected. Our rooms were not serviced, we did not receive fresh towels, and even basic items such as toilet roll were not replenished. Breakfast was completely self-service and guests were expected to clear their own tables. There were no placemats and the tables did not appear to be wiped regularly, w
