Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

El servicio es excelente, el area del hotel es grande, fresca y agradable, variedad de comida y bebidas. Si quieres ir a bali a descansar con tu familia el lugar es súper recomendado, pero si por el contrario quieres ir a bali a conocer su naturaleza y sus magníficos templos es mejor hospedarse en Ubud. Desplazarse desde este hotel a los sitios turísticos es un recorrido largo todos los días

The main building rooms just feel dirty. We had cockroaches get into our food in the room. We had a really bad room service chicken meal that we couldn’t eat. We left after 2 nights of a 5 night stay. We had already moved rooms twice and they wanted us to move a 3rd time. They get you to sign a form at check in that you aren’t entitled to a refund (if you booked a room with no refund)… this should have been a red flag. They then tried to get me to sign a form on departure stating I wouldn’t be entitled to a refund. We haven’t even asked for a refund we were just happy to get out of there. In fairness- we stayed in the main building, I believe the kids side is newer. A few good pool slides and a kids club are very available at a lot of hotels in the area so I would definitely skip this place if you are reading this.

Very clean, the staff would help with any and all requests. Stayed here for 10 nights and couldn’t fault the resort.
