Tyvärr motsvarar inte hotellets standard bilden som visas upp via både hemsida och bokningssidor. Det är slitna rum och renoveringar skulle behövas. Rummet vi fick såg verkligen inte ut som rummen som visas på bilderna. Vi hade problem med vår AC, så inför sista natten fick de t.om laga den. Dessutom fungerade inte flera av vägguttagen och några lampknappar var ur funktion. Poolområdet var dock väldigt bra, både själva poolen och sängar/stolar bredvid. Personalen är trevlig och väldigt serviceinriktad.

Food choices were very limited with few local food options mainly "western menu". Internet was not good enough to work from hotel room. Beach was very ordinary. Outside environment was not inviting. Meals were expensive. Service was good. No water activities provides. Snorkelling very poor.

Excellent hotel. Loved every minute. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE! Every day you got what was like an a la carte style breakfast menu to pick from. Included in the room. Ate at the restaurant too and it was better than any meals we had when out. Pool area is gorgeous. No real complaints, only to say the room was a little basic, but had great air con and a comfy bed. Also the beach was so busy with jet ski’s etc. that you couldn’t really swim. But really on the whole, everything was 10/10. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone

After a hectic few days travelling was great to chill by the pool and beach. Great hotel with fab pool and swim up bar. Got upgraded to a huge oceanview suite.

Positive experience in Sadara Resort. A La Carte menu for breakfast was great and room very spacious and comfortable. Nice touch to give us a breakfast bag filled before our morning flight which we both appreciated. The only negative to say was that the restaurant was undergoing renovation and the gym was soon to be opened. The second restaurant undergoing renovation was a bit of an eye sore as work continued to go ahead. It would have been nice as customers to have this acknowledged and therefore make up for this experience and be a hotel that goes further for guests to make up the ‘failings’ - it is not the current guests fault that we arrived a little before high season that we cannot use the gym and have to be the ones exposed to renovation work.

We stayed in the penthouse, it was luxurious and spacious with a wonderful view! The staff were helpful and friendly and there was a very relaxed atmosphere. The spa was wonderful and the pool was a great place to relax and have fun, with an awesome ocean view. We loved our stay!

Stayed here 2 years ago and the standard is still high. Always staff walking around cleaning the yards. The staff go out of their way to remember certain things etc. Flat white, half strength, extra hot. A credit to all the staff. I would recommend this resort anytime and will be back again.

The room was dated n bathrooms had a smell especially the shower n black grout which was gross. Outdoor sitting around pool watching the seasshore was my favourite. Breakfast was lovely ,staff were friendly, loved thr little afternoon treats .

Serious concerns about our stay. My wife and I stayed here seven years ago, and we had a wonderful experience at that time. That memory is why we chose to return and why we paid a much higher price than other options. We expected a clean, calm, and enjoyable visit, but our experience this time has been very disappointing. Our room is not clean. The floor is very dirty, the walls have visible dirt, and there is mold in the bathroom. The toilet does not function properly, and it is extremely difficult to flush. We also have centipedes crawling into the room, which has made the space feel uncomfortable and unsanitary. The beach near the property is also dirty, which adds to the overall poor experience. In addition, there was a snake in a tree by the pool that terrified several guests, and after breakfast my wife saw two rats near the restaurant. We tried to overlook issues at first, but the problems have continued to grow. Today made things even harder. We had a stressful day involving difficult news from back home, and we had very little to eat. We went to the restaurant to finally have dinner, and I brought a bottle of my own alcohol to have a drink with the meal. We were told there would be an extra charge for bringing it. Because of this, we canceled our order.

This hotel is an average one. I thought we are going to get an upgrade but did not. We arrive early at the hotel but waited for two hours to get our room as it is early to check in. The room they gave us is not what I expected. The hotel is quite old. I paid in Expedia a breakfast buffet but turned out it was ala carte. Aside from it is a beach front property nothing special in this hotel. Staff are friendly though

Stayed here 2 years ago and the standard is still high. Always staff walking around cleaning the yards. The staff go out of their way to remember certain things etc. Flat white, half strength, extra hot. A credit to all the staff. I would recommend this resort anytime and will be back again.

This resort was average. The outlook over the beach was nice if you have a room facing that way and the restaurant and bar area must be the area that was recently refurbished because it was newer and pleasant. The rooms are tired and the furniture needs replacing. The staff were friendly, except at reception, however communication was difficult due to limited english. The food at the restaurant was of a good standard. The gardens were beautiful but this was not enough to compensate for the negatives. We did pay extra to have a room with a jacuzzi which meant we had a nice outlook but the maintenance area was right next to our room which meant we had caretakers walking past continually. Overall I was disappointed compared to other places we stayed in Bali.

Excellent stay , was upgraded to the Royal suite on my first night which was a wonderful surprise. Sevice from all staff was excellent. Special mention to the young lady who provided us with room service her attitude and service was exceptional.

The staff are amazing and extremely helpful with nothing too much effort for them. We found the food served to be excellent and not too pricey. Located within easy reach of shopping facilities and restaurants we both loved the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area.

This supposedly 5 Stars is very understaff. The in room bar service only provide 2 bottles of drinking water. I asked for more but they said I will have to pay. 1st time a 5 Stars hotel wants to charge for 3rd bottles of drinking water. There is a day bed on the balcony but would be nice to have a ceiling fan. This hotel has good potential to be better but need a better management. Like location wise is fair. Being near the main road. There are much traffic noise.

En helt igennem dårlig oplevelse at bo på Sadara Boutique Beach resort. Hotellet skulle have 4 stjerner og prismæssigt var det dyrt for Bali. Vores værelse lugtede forfærdigeligt af mug/skimmelsvamp. Vi prøvede at få pengene tilbage, men de nægtede og flyttede os i stedet i et andet ‘bedre’ værelse. Det lugtede dog også af mug/fugt. Vi kunne ikke sove ordentligt om natten pga lugten, vi fik hovedpine og vejrtrækningsproblemer. Sidste dag kom der en rotte i restauranten, da vi spiste morgenmad. Efterfølgende lugtede alt vores tøj, som vi havde haft en kufferterne. Det var enormt træls, da vi skulle videre på rundrejse. Området om hotellet/Nusa Dua er meget ucharmerende. Der er næsten ingenting udover nogle turistede restauranter og supermarkeder. Stranden var smal og beskidt. Jeg vil ikke anbefale nogle af booke dette hotel.

We loved our stay at the Sadara Resort. It was a quiet resort and a great place to relax. The spa was wonderful and the restaurant food was delicious. The staff is excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

Food choices were very limited with few local food options mainly "western menu". Internet was not good enough to work from hotel room. Beach was very ordinary. Outside environment was not inviting. Meals were expensive. Service was good. No water activities provides. Snorkelling very poor.

What an amazing hotel! Loved it! Just the right size with staff very friendly and personal and loved that breakfast was a la Carte and not smorgasbord. Pool was big enough and lots of sun beds both facing pool and the beach. Room was large and outside bed on the balcony was a lovely added touch. Perfect hotel for families, couples and “oldies”. Close to shops and massages and right on the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure!

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nach 3 Wochen Bali Tour konnte ich in den schönen Liegen perfekt relaxen! Leider ist es am Strand nicht besonders schön und alle Liegen sind in der Nähe des Pools...was ich eigentlich nicht so liebe! Der Wassersport stört auch ein wenig mit Abgasen und Lärm! Aber man fühlt sich sehr wohl und das Frühstück ist sehr gut!

Excellent hotel. Loved every minute. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE! Every day you got what was like an a la carte style breakfast menu to pick from. Included in the room. Ate at the restaurant too and it was better than any meals we had when out. Pool area is gorgeous. No real complaints, only to say the room was a little basic, but had great air con and a comfy bed. Also the beach was so busy with jet ski’s etc. that you couldn’t really swim. But really on the whole, everything was 10/10. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone

What a treat Sadara Boutique Resort is!! Yes, it has age, but rooms are clean and spacious, pool and grounds are well maintained, restaurant provides quality food (breakfast is exceptional). Staff are so friendly and accommodating and they love Gelato from just up the road.

Serious concerns about our stay. My wife and I stayed here seven years ago, and we had a wonderful experience at that time. That memory is why we chose to return and why we paid a much higher price than other options. We expected a clean, calm, and enjoyable visit, but our experience this time has been very disappointing. Our room is not clean. The floor is very dirty, the walls have visible dirt, and there is mold in the bathroom. The toilet does not function properly, and it is extremely difficult to flush. We also have centipedes crawling into the room, which has made the space feel uncomfortable and unsanitary. The beach near the property is also dirty, which adds to the overall poor experience. In addition, there was a snake in a tree by the pool that terrified several guests, and after breakfast my wife saw two rats near the restaurant. We tried to overlook issues at first, but the problems have continued to grow. Today made things even harder. We had a stressful day involving difficult news from back home, and we had very little to eat. We went to the restaurant to finally have dinner, and I brought a bottle of my own alcohol to have a drink with the meal. We were told there would be an extra charge for bringing it. Because of this, we canceled our order.

Séjour fantastique au sadara Belle chambre pres de la piscine. Piscine magnifique et restaurant tres bien. Très belle décoration. Petit dej vraiment parfait et en plus goûter chaque jour offert.

What a beautiful hotel! During my stay, I had the opportunity to stay in three different rooms, allowing me to experience the different room categories for myself. I really enjoyed this, as it gave me a great impression of what the hotel has to offer. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful beach where you can truly relax. I especially loved the peaceful sun loungers, where you can enjoy the beach and the sea in complete tranquility. What truly stood out to me, however, was the staff. I have rarely experienced such genuinely friendly, warm and helpful people. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated with kindness and a smile. The genuine hospitality and personal service are what make this hotel truly special. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to other travellers. I would happily return!

We stayed at Sadara Resort for 7 days for our wedding and absolutely loved every minute of it. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredible throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent every morning with plenty of variety and great quality food. One of our favorite things about the resort was the amazing vibe. It felt peaceful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We also became big fans of the resort cat, Orange, and the resort dog, Bronie, who made our stay even more memorable!
