We truly enjoyed our experience at Hotel Xenia. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the lounge area in the evenings. Location is perfect. You are between two tube stops - Gloucester and Earls Court and you are in walking distance to the V&A and History Museum. It is easy to walk here and this area felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

We took advantage of the lounge area in the evenings. Location is perfect. You are between two tube stops - Gloucester and Earls Court and you are in walking distance to the V&A and History Museum. It is easy to walk here and this area felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

The whole experience was extremely pleasant. Staff were well trained and everything was seamless. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was very welcome. It was noisy with the doors open but with the doors closed at night it was very peaceful. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Hotel Xenia was the perfect place for us! Each and every team member was so polite and attentive and made you feel quite welcome. The amenities were great, and the restaurant was sharp, with excellent food! The bed and bedding were sublime and hard to get the leave and get the day going!! HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Really lovely nights trip to London. We checked in early and had our room upgraded which was a lovely treat. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable with lovely toiletries from l’occitane.

Our shower didn’t properly drain for every day of our stay until the last day when we left. Maintenance fixed it once but it somehow got worse. The second time it was fixed it finally worked but we left the next morning. We stood in a pool of our dirt every other time we showered. Some of the staff were very nice. The lobby area was comfortable for our party to sit and hang out in. It’s walking distance to the tube.

Probably the worst hotel experience above 100 € per night I ever had. And it was 500 euro per night. The rooms are half the size you think they are from the pictures, the hotel is old and worn down. My shower didn't work. I asked to be moved in a better room and I was moved in the basement on the road side, almost like sleeping on an highway. Saturday I arrive from lunch with my wife and our room hadn't been made.. the excuse was that there was many people leaving that morning... Honestly unacceptable for a 4 and half start hotel.

Had the pleasure to spend the night here for my 30th. The staff at reception received us nicely and were very helpful. We got our room upgraded for free and when they found out it was my birthday, a member of staff showed up at our room with a little cake and a candle which I thought was so lovely and kind! Overall it’s been great staying here and would recommend it to anyone! Welcoming staff, clean rooms and great location!

A quality experience all round - the room was small but comfortable, hotel decor stylish, vibe excellent - but it was the staff team (incl but not only Arya and Maya) who made this a memorable stay. Frankly, in London these days, you do not expect such genuine warmth of welcome and care at any hotel. Well done team!

The welcome my wife and I received when we arrived at the hotel for check-in was amazing, something like I’ve never experienced before. So friendly and all staff couldn’t do enough for us. Complimentary coffee was brought to our room by a lovely guy called Lit. Additional milk was delivered to our room within seconds. Thoroughly recommend this hotel mainly for its service, but also for its location.

We arrived early to the hotel, we were given rooms before checkin time. The concierge was wonderful. The rooms were great. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The pillow were so so. But the bed and comforter were pleasant. I want to recognize Albino for making our breakfast spectacular every morning. He went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was to our satisfaction and that was the most important start of our day. We will definitely only come back to this hotel. Walking distance to Earl’s Point to get the picadilly and district lines. Great restaurants and bars nearby, namely Kensington Arms, which had great service and food as well.

We truly enjoyed our experience at Hotel Xenia. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the lounge area in the evenings. Location is perfect. You are between two tube stops - Gloucester and Earls Court and you are in walking distance to the V&A and History Museum. It is easy to walk here and this area felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Our shower didn’t properly drain for every day of our stay until the last day when we left. Maintenance fixed it once but it somehow got worse. The second time it was fixed it finally worked but we left the next morning. We stood in a pool of our dirt every other time we showered. Some of the staff were very nice. The lobby area was comfortable for our party to sit and hang out in. It’s walking distance to the tube.

We arrived early to the hotel, we were given rooms before checkin time. The concierge was wonderful. The rooms were great. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The pillow were so so. But the bed and comforter were pleasant. I want to recognize Albino for making our breakfast spectacular every morning. He went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was to our satisfaction and that was the most important start of our day. We will definitely only come back to this hotel. Walking distance to Earl’s Point to get the picadilly and district lines. Great restaurants and bars nearby, namely Kensington Arms, which had great service and food as well.

Hotel Xenia was the perfect place for us! Each and every team member was so polite and attentive and made you feel quite welcome. The amenities were great, and the restaurant was sharp, with excellent food! The bed and bedding were sublime and hard to get the leave and get the day going!! HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The staff, service and amenities were all spectacular and it felt worth every penny. Our breakfast buffet, though limited in pictures, was in fact incredibly varied and delicious! However, the bed itself left much to be desired, since the mattress was quite hard and the duvet got very hot very quickly. That's my only criticism though, other than that, everything was great 👍

The thing that sticks out most about this hotel is the hospitality of the staff. Smiles everywhere, and on several occasions went above and beyond. Small but comfortable room, but in the heart of London, you shouldn’t expect any more space.

We notified the hotel that we would be arriving before the usual check in time of 3pm, and asked if they could store our luggage so we could go explore. They came back and said they would make sure the room would be ready for our arrival, I was not expecting that…it was a lovely surprise. Staff are very friendly and always willing to assist. The room was very clean and the air-conditioning a godsend, I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

My room was seriously clean. Probably the cleanest room I’ve ever been in and the bathroom as well. The place was charming, beautifully appointed, and the staff was lovely. Exceptionally welcoming, great location for convenience and walking around. I will definitely be back.

Stayed here with my family and the staff were really lovely. Found earrings in our room a previous guest which we took back to reception and a card also on our side table and rooms are quite dated rooms and very stuffy because of the very warm weather When we asked for fans they bought them up straight away to help cool us down. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and bar and again, staff very nice. Nothing was too much. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was lovely. Booked for the Albert Hall but was a bit too far when walking, considering on the map.it say 15 minutes.
