Skønt Boutique hotel i lokal område. Dejligt at det ikke er så turistet. Hyggelig vinbar og super lækker morgenmad.

Room was small but clean and had character. Courtyard wine bar was an excellent end to an evening in the city.

Sink at the room was dirty and never cleaned. There were bugs at the corner of sink and still there until c-out. Highly recommend to hire a housekeeper for restaurant which is dusty if you take a seat the right side. I had to remove pillow there and what I have seen is like dustier than garage.

Inga glas på rummet. Ingen soptunna. För första gången noterade jag sämre städning. Dammigt på kontantuttag och runt hygienprodukter. Skön säng som alltid. Något lyhört då grannen i rummet bredvid kräktes länge och väl under natten.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is beyond amazing. The room itself was overly disappointing. Decorations were missing and empty nails on the wall. Window was very obviously broken. Bed runner and decorative pillows were very obviously covered with textured white stains… gross… the mini bar was not restocked, there was mold all over the shower floor, water and coffee cups were left dirty from a housekeeper, no coffee was restocked. The housekeeper seems to only make the beds, toss the trash and leave. It was a touch shocking that it wasn’t even vacuumed. There was a ton of debris on the floor that we would have taken care of ourselves, but considering we don’t have access to a vacuum in a hotel, we were not able. The beds were comfortable and the wine bar is fantastic. I expected the room conditions and housekeeping service to align with a 4 star hotel like the property is listed. At best, this was the operational standard of a 2/3 star hotel. All of the issues listed seem like they are bare minimum for a 4 star Hotel and they shouldn’t have to be addressed by the guest. There were very simply avoidable with a 30 second glance from a supervisor or a housekeeper with standards. Great location and to be clear, the staff and restaurant was great. Only the room was disappointing.

Har bott på detta hotell för ca 4 år sedan. Det var helt fantastiskt då. Nu var det inte lika fantastiskt. Skitigt badrum och trasiga handdukar. Stod att vi skulle få en stor säng men vi dela på en liten 140 säng. Jag hade gärna fått någon kompensation för att badrummet var fullt med hår och trasig handduk. Men fick inget utan endast ett ”ojdå”. Kändes lite små dåligt. Omöjligt att hitta hissen från rummen då det inte fanns skyltar någonstans. Frukosten var din men dåligt med bröd som aldrig fylldes på.

Vintage French style hotel, excellent breakfast, very clean, staff was accommodating. Would stay here again.

Boutique hotel with quirky features. Room had no storage at all. No room to open cases. No cups for drinks. Not suitable if you are touring with baggage.

Property itself is great. Fantastic courtyard wine bar and impressive breakfast spread. Fun, funky decor. However, we were on the third floor and the rooms are tiny with very small windows. So gets hot when it’s warm out. And we were facing an alley with all the local recycling bottles dropping in and delivery trucks beeping and unloading, so too noisy to keep the window open. And noisy enough to wake you up even with windows closed. Would definitely choose second or first floor room.

It is impossible to sleep in room 220, as it shares a wall with the staircase from the winebar. The whole night loud drunk people would trample up the stairs keeping me up. Would not recommend that room to anyone.

Our experience was ok, but the high ratings seemed a bit off, especially when compared to other, similar, hotels we've booked with Expedia in Europe, and in Scandinavia, specifically. We've stayed in a lot of similar Expedia properties (4-star/9+, urban decor, well-located and compact). While the staff at NOFO was professional and helpful, the property was a bit careworn and the actual room was particularly small and dark, with no controls for the AC, the TV did not work, etc. The experience was ok overall, as we were busy exploring Stockholm for most of the day, but left us scratching our head about the high ratings.

Dette er andre fag jeg bor på NOFO og er like fornøyd denne gangen! Rommet på 12kvm er litt lite for to, så bestiller et litt større neste gang. Frokosten er eksemplarisk og beliggenheten er helt topp! Takk for et supert opphold :)

(Almost) Perfect hotel NOFO has lots going for it: boutique hotel with varied decor, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Terrific location, very walkable and about 6 minutes to the metro. Trendy shopping and restaurants nearby. To make it perfect, there should be an espresso machine in the room (only instant coffee packets were available), poor ventilation in the bedroom and no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was always smelly. It would also be nice to have a Bluetooth speaker for music. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Our stay was wonderful! My only criticism is that there is no air conditioning so the room got rather warm.

This was the worst experience I ever had after 40 years of continuous traveling! I got an expensive room that had no phone in the room, was far away from reception so for everything I had to spend time and energy to go and get it or request it since there was no phone. The worse I had specifically asked for a room that was goin to be close and convenient since my mother 91 years old was with me. No indication of prices for mini bar and there was no water although they kept telling there was in the room. When I checked out both the lady in the front desk (that witnessed my horrible experience along with a sofa bed that was impossible to sleep, hitting on metals on the side and practically with no mattress), and the front desk manager showed their understanding and Stephan the manager assured me that they were going to let Expedia know of the problems I face and ask them to give a refund. To make long story short and I do have the written communication, they never let Expedia know and they didn't know of the story that they couldn't give permission for refund, every time Expedia called them. Finally after pressure I received a response from Stephan, stating that they changed their mind for the refund! Aroom for over 350 euros for one night proved to be unsafe and unconfortable to stay in and with a view of the trash cans! STAY AWAY from staying there! They try to rip off their customers, promising and then after you leave trying to discourage you by refusing what they promised.

Oerhört personligt hotell med mysig känsla. Personalen helt suverän och maten väldigt bra. Servicen med allt från städpersonalen till receptionen var väldigt bra. Hit åker man definitivt igen.

We just got home from a wonderful week stay at NOFO. It was fantastic! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and fun (stay there and you'll see what I mean). The hotel location is perfect-- close to public transportation and in walking distance of great restaurants. The breakfast that is served every morning is delicious and it was super convenient to have a wine bar on the property. I don't have anything but good things to say! We can't wait to return. Tack!

I had a fantastic stay at NOFO. Due to an early flight I had to check out before breakfast was served. To make sure I didn’t leave on an empty stomach the NOFO staff offered a breakfast bag I could enjoy on the way to the airport. Great service, great rooms, great place to stay

The hotel staff did not give sufficient service. I needed a taxi in the morning. They were not able to order a taxi and the description I got to public transportation was as bad as it could be. No maps, wrong directions. Terrible start wich gave me lots of job problems.

Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var fräscht och superfint inrett samt sängen och kuddarna var jättesköna.

Väldigt hjälpsamma på alla sätt! Alla i personalen vi mötte (reception, städ, bar...) småpratade och verkade uppriktigt intresserade av att skapa en bra vistelse.

Aside from all the other good attributes of this hotel it is the friendliness of the staff which sets it apart. One gets the impression that they care - about doing their job well, about you as a guest, about their hotel. Love this place!

Such a great experience from start to finish! We stayed over a weekend Thursday till Sunday so we experienced the bustling weekend crowd in the wine bar and restaurant. Had so much fun. Staff is so lovely. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Excellent area for eating and drinking. Quick walk to bus or subway if leaving the neighborhood. Uber very easy to take if needed, use Uber XL for groups up to 6, easy peasy! Love this hotel for the gorgeous breakfast spread, beautiful design, amazing gardens, fantastic staff, and cozy beds. 10/10 would recommend. Hope to be back!

NOFO was an amazing find. Located on the outskirts of downtown but easily accessible to Old Town and Center City. Close to bus and trains! The breakfast was fantastic as were the rooms and the staff I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. Should you make a trip t Stockholm consider this fantastic hotel!!!!

The staff were all very helpful with advice on how to get around Stockholm from the hotel. The breakfast had many delicious options which were presented beautifully. The courtyard was very pleasant and provided a nice respite where one could enjoy some quiet downtime.The doors to the rooms "slammed" too easily which was detrimental to a quiet night\'s sleep. There was usually some mellow jazz playing in the hallways which added to the overall good vibes. The hotel is located away from the heavily tourist areas which feels less frantic.

Walking distance to Old Town (Gamla Stan). Hip location in Sodermalm, a neighborhood of older, classic buildings plenty of cafes, shops. Short walk to Slussen. Fantastic breakfast included. Close to CLEAN subway station with connections to airport..Check it out.

Bästa frukosten!

Frukostbuffén var i vissa delar ganska ofräsch. Baconet var kallt och stenhårt, äggröran var också ganska kall även om den var härligt hemmagjord. Leverpastejen hade fått som en hård torkad yta på sig och såg inte fräsch ut. I övrigt helt okej.

Great service, nice breakfast, perfect neighborhood. Good wine bar on site that makes some mean mocktails. I’d happily stay there again.

Lovely building, clean and tastefully done décor in a quiet and easy accessible area. The staff were great everyone from reception to the bar staff. The only area of improvement I would say is the breakfast area, although the breakfast itself was lovely and plenty of options but in the mornings it can become a bit chaotic to pick your breakfast and find a place to seat! my suggestion would be just use one of the rooms to lay out all the breakfast stations and don't have any seats there so people are not bumping into each other and possibly have someone to manage the area.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. The food and service at the wine bar restaurant is excellent. Loved sitting in the courtyard after a long day in Stockholm. 10/10

Lovely, modern hotel in a cool area. Very comfortable room and amazing bathroom. Staff were so friendly. The only thing I would ask is for more vegan options at the buffet breakfast such as plant based cheese etc.
