We spent almost a week with 4 other families at Caida de Agua in Lagos del Mar. From the moment we walked into the villa and saw the ocean view, to the many nights we enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, our trip was incredible!! Our concierge Bethsy was an outstanding communicator and ensured our trip was memorable. Our house manager and chef were some of the best we've experienced in Punta Mita. The food was over the top, better than an restaurant in the area!! The care taken with the villa shows as everything was perfect and the rooms were beautiful. We will definitely be back to Caida de Agua! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

My group of 6 friends stayed 4 nights in this fabulous property. The home is beautiful, with spacious and well-decorated rooms and an ideal palapa/pool setup for communal hanging out. The staff (Freddi, Janet, Yuri) made life so very easy for us all. The golf cart was a blast to drive around and we much enjoyed the access to the various beach clubs. Highly recommend!

We celebrated multiple 40th birthdays at this home. It was a treat to have Freddie & Janet helping us the whole time. The food is delicious and the view this home has is simply incredible. We chose Punta Mira after staying several times in south puerto Vallarta resorts. It was fun to have a golf cart and access to the various beach clubs. We all had an a great time. There are additional costs that a visitor will want to inquire about so you’re fully aware of the entire price tag. Nothing too crazy, but it adds up. And there’s construction next door, but the owner threw in a free dinner to compensate us being gone at a beach club all day. We would definitely stay in this area of Punta Mita again.

We just got back from a week stay at casa kalika with 3 other families (8 adults, 7 kids) and couldn’t have been happier with our time spent there. From swimming in the gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean and 9th fairway on the Pacifico course to wonderful meals prepared by our chef Rosa. Freddy and Judy also always attentive to our every need, thank you so much. We can’t wait to come back

Casa Kalika has been our favorite stay in Punta Mita. We've been coming down for about 6 years and we are so glad we tried out this home. Not only is the home and location beautiful but the host/owner and staff do an impeccable job of taking care of your every need. Meals were delicious and better than many of the restaurants. And Freddy was always attentive providing delicious beverages whenever we needed.The property is so beautiful and was clean and well cared for. We were a group of 12, aged 3-80, the rooms fit the needs of our families perfectly. The staff is unmatched in their attention to guests and the home. It was such a pleasure to experience Casa Kalika and we can't wait to return!

My friends and I wanted a really nice house with excellent service w/ a view of the ocean and easy access to Punta Mita's amenities. This house did not disappoint. I would recommend for groups of adults up to 12 (couples, friends, etc.). The food and beverage program was excellent as well. Luisa, Arnoldo and Cesar were always serving up the best food and drinks as requested throughout the day and stay. I can't thank the team (Bethsy et al) enough for this amazing stay. You will be glad you booked Caida de Agua. It honestly took me way too long to find this house between all of the online booking engines, but glad I selected it. Wish we had a few more spicy mango margaritas and some of that excellent surf and turf, but will have to wait for our next stay.

We celebrated a 60th birthday at Casa Kalika with 10 adults and it was perfect. As many have stated, the photos don’t do it justice. There was ample room for everyone to spread out and have privacy, but we found ourselves drawn to the pool and palapa area for long afternoon sessions of laughter over Fredi’s amazing cocktails and wonderful nibbles. The casa and staff are world class. One of our guests came down with a sinus infection and Cinthia the manager organised a Dr visit and delivery of prescriptions. We will definitely return.

No review that I can write will do Caida de Agua the justice that it deserves. The planning process was absolutely seamless, Bethsy is the perfect addition and was an absolute delight to work with. The house is perfection. Arnoldo, Luisa and Cesar are the most wonderful crew to make your vacation the best experience. From the moment we arrived, we had a drink in hand! The food was phenomenal, every meal was delicious. We have three younger children who eat best when we vacation at Caida de Agua. Luisa knows just how to please the whole family. We loved spending time at the beautiful pool, we truly could have not left the property. The beach club access was perfect for our family, just a quick golf cart ride away. The house is in the perfect location, easy to get to the beach clubs, Four Seasons, St. Regis and even into town. The precious ladies who serviced our rooms sent us home with all clean laundry! The service is truly unmatched. This was our fourth time staying at Caida de Agua and we can’t say enough about the wonderful people who are now like family. Our 8 year old son even told us that he wants to work for Arnoldo when he grows up. The only tough part about our trip was saying goodbye. We can’t wait to return next year!

The house and staff were incredible!! The food, the service, the cleanliness were all absolutely outstanding. We had small children under 2 and the staff could not have been more attentive or kind. The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are each like their own suites. The swimming pool and yard are immaculate. Could not be more pleased with our stay and overall experience!! Highly, highly recommend!!

My friends and I just spent a lovely week at Casa Kalika, and it was a week to remember. From the very start, we were greeted with cold towels to wipe off travel grime, and a cold margarita! The staff couldn't have been more gracious. Freddie was the house staff serving coffee in the morning, appetizers at 6, dinner at 7. Janet was the chef who made every dish special, Julie cleaned our rooms and even did some laundry for guests. Miriam was the house manager and helped us organize messages, yoga, golf and other excursions. We thank them all for their attentiveness and assistance in making the week extra special.

We had a large group of 9 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant. The house is absolutely amazing! The staff are very helpful. The food was so good we never made it out to dinner. We hope to return soon!

This house was perfect for our 50th birthday trip! The rooms are all private so perfect for couples, the set-up of the house is wonderful, and the staff make it so easy you don't have to lift a finger. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Highly, highly recommend!!
The house and staff were incredible!! The food, the service, the cleanliness were all absolutely outstanding. We had small children under 2 and the staff could not have been more attentive or kind. The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are each like their own suites. The swimming pool and yard are immaculate. Could not be more pleased with our stay and overall experience!! Highly, highly recommend!!

This was the best location for our annual family vacation to accommodate all 10 of us. With 4 little guys 3-8 and 6 adults there was space for all. The staff was amazing and the food incredible. Would certainly recommend as the perfect venue for a memorable experience.

Casa Kalika is wonderful. The setting, the grounds, the staff, the food were all out of this world. It is like staying at your own private luxury hotel. After traveling home, all I wanted to do was go back!

We celebrated multiple 40th birthdays at this home. It was a treat to have Freddie & Janet helping us the whole time. The food is delicious and the view this home has is simply incredible. We chose Punta Mira after staying several times in south puerto Vallarta resorts. It was fun to have a golf cart and access to the various beach clubs. We all had an a great time. There are additional costs that a visitor will want to inquire about so you’re fully aware of the entire price tag. Nothing too crazy, but it adds up. And there’s construction next door, but the owner threw in a free dinner to compensate us being gone at a beach club all day. We would definitely stay in this area of Punta Mita again.

We spent almost a week with 4 other families at Caida de Agua in Lagos del Mar. From the moment we walked into the villa and saw the ocean view, to the many nights we enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, our trip was incredible!! Our concierge Bethsy was an outstanding communicator and ensured our trip was memorable. Our house manager and chef were some of the best we've experienced in Punta Mita. The food was over the top, better than an restaurant in the area!! The care taken with the villa shows as everything was perfect and the rooms were beautiful. We will definitely be back to Caida de Agua! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

My friends and I wanted a really nice house with excellent service w/ a view of the ocean and easy access to Punta Mita's amenities. This house did not disappoint. I would recommend for groups of adults up to 12 (couples, friends, etc.). The food and beverage program was excellent as well. Luisa, Arnoldo and Cesar were always serving up the best food and drinks as requested throughout the day and stay. I can't thank the team (Bethsy et al) enough for this amazing stay. You will be glad you booked Caida de Agua. It honestly took me way too long to find this house between all of the online booking engines, but glad I selected it. Wish we had a few more spicy mango margaritas and some of that excellent surf and turf, but will have to wait for our next stay.

My friends and I just spent a lovely week at Casa Kalika, and it was a week to remember. From the very start, we were greeted with cold towels to wipe off travel grime, and a cold margarita! The staff couldn't have been more gracious. Freddie was the house staff serving coffee in the morning, appetizers at 6, dinner at 7. Janet was the chef who made every dish special, Julie cleaned our rooms and even did some laundry for guests. Miriam was the house manager and helped us organize messages, yoga, golf and other excursions. We thank them all for their attentiveness and assistance in making the week extra special.

We celebrated a 60th birthday at Casa Kalika with 10 adults and it was perfect. As many have stated, the photos don’t do it justice. There was ample room for everyone to spread out and have privacy, but we found ourselves drawn to the pool and palapa area for long afternoon sessions of laughter over Fredi’s amazing cocktails and wonderful nibbles. The casa and staff are world class. One of our guests came down with a sinus infection and Cinthia the manager organised a Dr visit and delivery of prescriptions. We will definitely return.

No review that I can write will do Caida de Agua the justice that it deserves. The planning process was absolutely seamless, Bethsy is the perfect addition and was an absolute delight to work with. The house is perfection. Arnoldo, Luisa and Cesar are the most wonderful crew to make your vacation the best experience. From the moment we arrived, we had a drink in hand! The food was phenomenal, every meal was delicious. We have three younger children who eat best when we vacation at Caida de Agua. Luisa knows just how to please the whole family. We loved spending time at the beautiful pool, we truly could have not left the property. The beach club access was perfect for our family, just a quick golf cart ride away. The house is in the perfect location, easy to get to the beach clubs, Four Seasons, St. Regis and even into town. The precious ladies who serviced our rooms sent us home with all clean laundry! The service is truly unmatched. This was our fourth time staying at Caida de Agua and we can’t say enough about the wonderful people who are now like family. Our 8 year old son even told us that he wants to work for Arnoldo when he grows up. The only tough part about our trip was saying goodbye. We can’t wait to return next year!

We have been going to Punta Mita for years but this property is simply the best, the best architecturally, the best view, the best interiors, the best location inside the gates, and most importantly the best staff that truly made our stay one for the memory books! We just got back from a week stay at casa kalika with 3 other families (8 adults, 7 kids) and couldn’t have been happier with our time spent there. From swimming in the gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean and 9th fairway on the Pacifico course to wonderful meals prepared by our chef Rosa. Freddy and Judy also always attentive to our every need, thank you so much. We can’t wait to come back

We had a large group of 9 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant. The house is absolutely amazing! The staff are very helpful. The food was so good we never made it out to dinner. We hope to return soon!

We spent almost a week with 4 other families at Caida de Agua in Lagos del Mar. From the moment we walked into the villa and saw the ocean view, to the many nights we enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, our trip was incredible!! Our concierge Bethsy was an outstanding communicator and ensured our trip was memorable. Our house manager and chef were some of the best we've experienced in Punta Mita. Our stay at Caida de Agua was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—not just by the beauty and layout of the home, but by the incredible service we received throughout our trip.The house itself is stunning and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone in our group their own private suite and space to relax. It was the perfect balance of comfort and luxury.But what really made our stay exceptional was the house staff. They were the cherry on top of an already perfect experience. Every single person went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Mealtimes were a dream thanks to Luisa and Arnaldo—every dish they prepared was outstanding! We found ourselves raving about every bite and looking forward to each meal. Lenny was the server and made sure we were always taken care of and serviced some of the best cocktails! Bethsy made coordinating everything a breeze. From airport transfers to dinner reservations to golf tee times, she handled it all seamlessly so we could just enjoy ourselves.We’re already planning our next trip back. The house and staff were incredible!! The food, the service, the cleanliness were all absolutely outstanding. We had small children under 2 and the staff could not have been more attentive or kind. The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are each like their own suites. The swimming pool and yard are immaculate. Could not be more pleased with our stay and overall experience!! Highly, highly recommend!!

We just got back from a week stay at casa kalika with 3 other families (8 adults, 7 kids) and couldn’t have been happier with our time spent there. From swimming in the gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean and 9th fairway on the Pacifico course to wonderful meals prepared by our chef Rosa. Freddy and Judy also always attentive to our every need, thank you so much. We can’t wait to come back

Casa Kalika has been our favorite stay in Punta Mita. We've been coming down for about 6 years and we are so glad we tried out this home. Not only is the home and location beautiful but the host/owner and staff do an impeccable job of taking care of your every need. Meals were delicious and better than many of the restaurants. And Freddy was always attentive providing delicious beverages whenever we needed.The property is so beautiful and was clean and well cared for. We were a group of 12, aged 3-80, the rooms fit the needs of our families perfectly. The staff is unmatched in their attention to guests and the home. It was such a pleasure to experience Casa Kalika and we can't wait to return!

My friends and I wanted a really nice house with excellent service w/ a view of the ocean and easy access to Punta Mita's amenities. This house did not disappoint. I would recommend for groups of adults up to 12 (couples, friends, etc.). The food and beverage program was excellent as well. Luisa, Arnoldo and Cesar were always serving up the best food and drinks as requested throughout the day and stay. I can't thank the team (Bethsy et al) enough for this amazing stay. You will be glad you booked Caida de Agua. It honestly took me way too long to find this house between all of the online booking engines, but glad I selected it. Wish we had a few more spicy mango margaritas and some of that excellent surf and turf, but will have to wait for our next stay.

No review that I can write will do Caida de Agua the justice that it deserves. The planning process was absolutely seamless, Bethsy is the perfect addition and was an absolute delight to work with. The house is perfection. Arnoldo, Luisa and Cesar are the most wonderful crew to make your vacation the best experience. From the moment we arrived, we had a drink in hand! The food was phenomenal, every meal was delicious. We have three younger children who eat best when we vacation at Caida de Agua. Luisa knows just how to please the whole family. We loved spending time at the beautiful pool, we truly could have not left the property. The beach club access was perfect for our family, just a quick golf cart ride away. The house is in the perfect location, easy to get to the beach clubs, Four Seasons, St. Regis and even into town. The precious ladies who serviced our rooms sent us home with all clean laundry! The service is truly unmatched. This was our fourth time staying at Caida de Agua and we can’t say enough about the wonderful people who are now like family. Our 8 year old son even told us that he wants to work for Arnoldo when he grows up. The only tough part about our trip was saying goodbye. We can’t wait to return next year!
