Super sejour dans cet hotel. Le personnel est tres sympathique. Le forfait demi pension est in royable avec des choix de menu jour par jour. Jamais les memes plats et tres bons. La piscine est top et les transats et le parasol sont offerts

Personnel très avenant et sympathique. On nous a surclassé sur une chambre avec vue mer 🙏 Nous n avons pas pu tester la piscine car il faisait mauvais . La salle déjeuner avec vue sur la mer est sympa

Great view - nice pool and beach access. Front desk not helpful in English or Italian. It is quite hot- heat wave -were indifferent about helping me get a cab from the train station told me to walk the 20mins with my luggage. I tried o. My own and failed. Leaving they forgot to tell me when it had been ordered for “ they would let me know” and then didn’t. Disappointed in the lack of hospitality- except for restaurant and beach they were helpful and friendly. Room pretty view - bathroom teenie and slight mildew smell- have to climb behind door to get to toilet- facilities family friendly. Not a lot of information given - should have handout about times etc. You have to pay for chair on day of arrival. I chose it because it had a lovely pool and was family owned. I did not feel welcomed and I travel quite a bit - would have returned- town is cute - recommend-beautiful and sleepy-I will try somewhere else.

This version is under 1,400 characters: This hotel was not the best place we have stayed. We are generally easygoing travelers and do not expect luxury everywhere we go, but this property is clearly in need of renovation. The rooms and common areas felt dated, and the breakfast was very ordinary and below our expectations. The biggest disappointment, however, was the customer service. After our stay, we realized that we had accidentally left some important belongings at the hotel. We contacted the staff and offered to pay all shipping costs to have the items sent to another address in Italy. Unfortunately, they refused to assist and simply told us that they do not provide this service. As we live in Canada, returning to the hotel to retrieve these items is neither practical nor affordable. We were not asking for a favor, only for reasonable assistance while covering all expenses ourselves. We believe good customer service is demonstrated when problems arise, and in this case the hotel showed little willingness to help. Because of this experience, we left disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend this property.
