Appartamento completamente nuovo, ben organizzato, gli spazi sono ampi e per noi che viaggiavamo con una bambina sotto i due anni, al nostro arrivo, abbiamo anche trovato un lettino da viaggio! (Senza che ne avessimo fatto richiesta alla prenotazione) Il bagno fornito di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone in dosatosi grandi; cucina anch’essa nuova dotata di tostapane, macchina del caffè e bollitore, inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in dotazione capsule e bustine di the per i primi giorni. L’appartamento è situato in zona centrale e dispone di due terrazzi! Nel complesso ottimo 👍

The apartment was nice. The apartment is beside a cafe of Berlin which gets extremely noisy at night. The parking was very close but difficult to manuver due to very tight spacing. Not ideal for larger vehicles.

Leuk appartement in gezellige buurt. Eigenlijk de gehele stad op loopafstand. Code voor de deur ontvangen per mail, allemaal vlekkeloos verlopen. Modern ingericht appartement met vaatwasser en wasmachine, lift aanwezig. Alles muren strak gestuct en geschilderd. Dat wij aankwamen was er geen stofzuiger over de vloer geweest.. Zaten op de bovenste verdieping met dakterras, heerlijk en mooi zicht over de straten

We were on the 5th floor, with balcony. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location to explore the city. Bar Berlin was directly below us, so ear plugs might be needed if on a lower floor (did not impact us at all)

Place is amazing like a dream with a big terrace on the top floor. Made me feel like I live there for a few days. Only thing I didn’t like was cleanings of the floors, and hot wain a shower works for 5-10min and then it’s just cold

Wonderful, centrally located apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and has everything you need. We even found an iron, ironing board and extra quilts under the bed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent with good, plentiful toiletries provided. We had a rooftop apartment and really enjoyed using the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a lovely, vibrant neighbourhood. There is a lot of noise from the street as there are several restaurants and bars directly across and beside the apartment but as we were 5 floors up the noise wasn't an issue for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the future.

Es un loft muy limpio. Una terraza muy agradable Puedes encontrar parking lot muy cerca por 17 dólares por día. Una locación excelente, restaurantes, cafés. A dos millas esta el centro de Valencia. Cuenta todos los servicios. .. ellos te mandarán un correo electrónico para tramitar tu check inn. Excelente

There is no agent in site and absolute no way to communicate with the management team if you require any support. Our hand soap and shower gel was empty and took 2 days to connect with management and have them fill it up, something that needed to be filled from the beginning.AI is sorting out all the communications and just run you around the circle without getting any answer.

Bella struttura, molto spaziosa e tanto luminosa. Solo pulita decisamente poco e male e anche nel palazzo c'erano sempre brutti odori o rimanenze anche nell'ascensore delle persone che avevano fatto serata (che senti parlare tutta la notte e mattina come se fossero in casa tua)

Perfect location for my 10 days “workation” in Valencia. The apartment was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was an emergency connecting door between my apartment and the apartment next to mine which didn’t isolate the sound very well: for three nights there was staying a very loud group of people and you could understand each word and had to listen to all their music. Luckily they had quite a good taste in music ;)

Accommodatie was zeer proper en zeer ruim en goede ligging. Helaas was er in 1 van de slaapkamers een nooddeur die in een ander appartement uitkwam. Die zorgde zowel voor een minder goede nachtrust als een onveilig gevoel aangezien deze deur los was en zelfs eens geopend werd door de bewoners van het andere appartement.

**The number on the building is 28, but you are given the address of 26. This needs to be fixed! There is no 26. I was on the 4th floor so had nice views and a lot of light. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well appointed if a bit sterile. It needs some art to bring it to life! The bathroom is a bit awkward, the hair dryer is mounted to the wall so its hitting your head while youre standing at the tiny sink. Little counter space. But overall a nice place. The neighborhood is great, so I would definitely stay here again.

other than a hitch upon arrival because LimeHome had not send me the PW to enter the building or the room, everything else about the stay was great. Pictures are accurate and the place is huge. Good for an extended stay with a full kitchen including dishwasher.

El proceso de check in fue PÉSIMO. Debía recibir un mail con el pre check in que nunca llegó. Es la segunda vez que ocurre lo mismo con este mismo apartamento (estuve antes y tampoco me llegó el mail con los datos de check in). Estuve una hora afuera hasta que logré solucionarlo. Luego, para el check in de mis amigos (yo había hecho su reserva) estuve dos horas más. Recién a las 18 ha pudimos acomodarnos todos, Me respondieron por lo menos 5 personas distintas, pésimo servicio. El departamento estaba bien, pero ruidoso, y poco acogedor. Pésima experiencia.

We were on the 5th floor, with balcony. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location to explore the city. Bar Berlin was directly below us, so ear plugs might be needed if on a lower floor (did not impact us at all)

Wonderful, centrally located apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and has everything you need. We even found an iron, ironing board and extra quilts under the bed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent with good, plentiful toiletries provided. We had a rooftop apartment and really enjoyed using the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a lovely, vibrant neighbourhood. There is a lot of noise from the street as there are several restaurants and bars directly across and beside the apartment but as we were 5 floors up the noise wasn't an issue for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the future.

Alojamiento con ubicación inmejorable, muy céntrica, al lado de la Gran Vía, rodeado de bares y restaurantes modernos, y a pocos minutos a pie de todo el centro. Además, está muy cerca de la estación de trenes y la habitación es accesible, ideal para quien lo necesite. Para ir a la playa es necesario usar transporte. Como punto de mejora, el check-in es demasiado tarde y es algo que no deberíamos normalizar como clientes. En general, una opción perfecta para un grupo de amigas que quiera disfrutar de la ciudad.

I love the place; it is very comfortable and clean, but it was on the first floor and the street was very noisy. We heard people talking and laughing all night until 3 or 4 am. Also, there are no blankets to cover yourself with during the night

Awesome location with great amount of space. Parking spaces on the smaller side but it worked out for us overall. If the garage was more full parking an SUV would have been a problem. Overall else had a great stay.

This is a flat at a hotel price. Overall it was clean, but the condition was not great. The street door does not lock. The couch cushions were so flat it made sitting painful. The shower head leaked out the side. If you're planning on wifi, use a VPN. There is no physical security on the wifi, the cables are exposed on the ground floor. At one point it was routing my network traffic through Panama! Overall it was a livable room, but not one I'd recommend or repeat.
