Studio 6 Suites – San Bernardino, CA

I went to check in and was told that my reservation was canceled. I had spoken to someone because I was charge for a fee and wanted to make sure what that fee was. I arrived to the hotel two days later just to be told that my reservation was canceled last year of April? That doesn’t make sense when I had spoke to someone two days priors and everything was good to go. I honestly feel that my reservation was canceled on their behalf so they could make more money since there was an event going and I had gotten a decent rate. I will collect all the evidence I have to make sue at small claims court. This was so stressful for me having to find somewhere else to stay which I didn’t, I had to drive back home and cancel my plans.

Places smells even non smoking rooms. I left one day early and he didn’t tell me anything about giving me money back for that one night I had to go back and ask after trying to call multiple times I had to go in person and ask for my money back. People are loud and it’s just in a bad area of San Bernardino there is motel 6 in north San Bernardino that’s a lot nicer and cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I didn’t even stay the bed screws where not even put the bed fell down as soon as I layed down staff did not understand that and they didn’t want to give me another room the phone to call front desk wasn’t even working as well completely horrible ask for a refoud since they didn’t want to change me rooms and they said to call wherever I made the reservation
