Traffic noise, hallway noise, and plumbing from flushing the toilet and running the shower were really bad. Loved the heated pool, breakfast was good, well informed at check in of the property's system, such as breakfast hours, request for house keeping and towel exchange.

Very nice, clean and spacious room. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast and parking were an added bonus. Great location with close proximity to the highway, a gas station, a Starbucks and a restaurant. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town visiting family.

Excellent room layout, king bed with all features in easy reach. Great window treatments with dual roller shades for convenient light with privacy and blackout. Bedding: firm, comfortable. Temp: perfect, at 68-71°F. Didn’t use the pool or biz center, but they looked good. Breakfast was fine, all the usual Hampton items with higher than usual quality and attentiveness. My gf and I had grand time, would choose this loc again next time.

I think it was our third stay at the hotel. The check in was welcoming. The room was clean, modern and bright. Parking is never a problem. The pool and pool area is clean and you have places to sit and relax. The breakfast was great and the team there was nice and was keeping everything perfect. I think the complementary water is really nice. On our next trip we definitely want to stay here again.

Staff were great, rooms and facilities were clean, and the parking was ample. Breakfast was good. Really, the only thing that wasn't great about the experience was the taste of the coffee, and that's obviously a super minor thing and subjective. Would stay again any time when in the area.

I’m beyond upset. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The tub was dirty and had hair in it. Additionally, the tv wasn’t working properly and volume was a constant issue. But the worst part was waking up with two bug bites. I’m fairly certain this property has bed bugs. Will not stay there. Ever. Again.

Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in. Sergio, the front desk attendant, was awesome. He was very pleasant and very professional. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious, beds were super comfortable, the bathroom is really big. Love the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion!

I’ve been a regular guest at the Hampton Inn for family functions in the past, but my recent stay left much to be desired. While the hotel has been welcoming in the past, this time, the experience fell short from the moment of check-in. Upon arrival, the check-in process lacked the usual warmth and hospitality I had come to expect. However, the real disappointment arose when I requested towels for the room. Despite waiting for two hours, the towels never arrived. When I called the front desk to inquire about the delay, I was informed that the hotel had run out of extra towels, a surprising oversight for an establishment of this caliber. To make matters worse, when the housekeeping manager finally arrived at my door, her demeanor was unprofessional and downright unpleasant. Instead of offering a solution or apology for the inconvenience, she approached with a terrible attitude and even scolded me for simply requesting towels. Their behavior was unacceptable and tarnished the entire experience. Overall, while Hampton Inn has provided pleasant stays in the past, this recent visit was marred by disappointing service and unprofessional behavior. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more welcoming and hospitable environment for future guests.

Even though there was a global cyber attract the week end we stayed and the room keys weren't working, the staff was very good about escorting us up to our room to let us in with master keys. They were quick and very nice and friendly every time we needed to be let back into our room. They also provide a very nice breakfast, with a wide assortment of hot and cold items and great coffee! Wonderful staff and really beautiful accommodations at a reasonable price. We had a very pleasant, worry- free stay. We highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites, Chino Hills.

It was nice. Staff was nice and room looked clean but had a slight stench to it. We only were there to sleep. Didn’t stay much in the room. However I’d like to point out when I arrived there it looked empty, maybe a slow day. It was about 2:30 pm. There was no one at the front desk. It was empty. I waited maybe 5-8 mins which made no sense, even tried to ring the bell but it was broken. One person finally showed up. I got 2 rooms and both were on separate floors and handicap rooms. It wasn’t a big deal but could’ve been used for someone that was truly challenged. I asked the staff if I could have a room at least on the same floor and he said they weren’t able to. He said that since we got the room via 3rd party that the 3rd party automatically books the handicap room. He said they are unable to change it since the 3rd party choose them. That I know was a lie, but I wasn’t going to press the issue since it was only 1 night. It was nice. Staff was nice and room looked clean but had a slight stench to it. We only were there to sleep. Didn’t stay much in the room. However I’d like to point out when I arrived there it looked empty, maybe a slow day. It was about 2:30 pm. There was no one at the front desk. It was empty. I waited maybe 5-8 mins which made no sense, even tried to ring the bell but it was broken. One person finally showed up. I got 2 rooms and both were on separate floors and handicap rooms. It wasn’t a big deal but could’ve been used for someone that was truly challenged. I asked the staff if I could have a room at least on the same floor and he said they weren’t able to. He said that since we got the room via 3rd party that the 3rd party automatically books the handicap room. He said they are unable to change it since the 3rd party choose them. That I know was a lie, but I wasn’t going to press the issue since it was only 1 night. Very nice, clean and spacious room. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast and parking were an added bonus. Great location with close proximity to the highway, a gas station, a Starbucks and a restaurant. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town visiting family.

It was very noisy. I didn’t getn much sleep. We got a room facing the freeway. I should have known. For breakfast they were out of coffee, all 3 carafes and they were not refilled the whole time I sat there and waited. I did like the big room.

It was a nice stay! Staffs at check in were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near many shops and restaurants and our favorite Costco. Breakfast was excellent, nice variety of food and beverage. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in. Sergio, the front desk attendant, was awesome. He was very pleasant and very professional. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious, beds were super comfortable, the bathroom is really big. Love the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion!

Excellent room layout, king bed with all features in easy reach. Great window treatments with dual roller shades for convenient light with privacy and blackout. Bedding: firm, comfortable. Temp: perfect, at 68-71°F. Didn’t use the pool or biz center, but they looked good. Breakfast was fine, all the usual Hampton items with higher than usual quality and attentiveness. My gf and I had grand time, would choose this loc again next time.

I booked here because it was 7-10 minutes away from CalPoly Pomona. Since we had a long drive from the bay, I called and asked if they can do an early check-in. We were also travelling with a Frenchie so we really needed to cool down. I called at 8am and received a response at 11:00 which was perfect timing because we were just done moving my son in to his dorm. We were nicely greeted by a couple of friendly staff. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was nice and clean. By the way, their toiletries here by far the best ones I've used from hotels. Check out experience was fast as well. We weren't able to use our comp breakfast since we had to leave early so I cannot really say anything about that but aside from great experience with our stay here, we were also welcomed by good choices of food options and a few boba places. Will definitely stay here again when visiting my son.

I stayed here with my 2 sons for a local baseball tournament. We went and got snacks/drinks/coffee creamer at a local store and the mini fridge kept everything super cold. We used the microwave for dinner items I also bought at the store, it worked great. The coffee maker in my room was awesome to have for our early morning games. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!! The only complaints I have is that the beds were not soft, our shower diverter didn't work properly for showers, and the pool and hot tub needed to be skimmed/maintained. Other than that I would absolutely stay here again.
