The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfy and they gave me a couple Mozart chocolates. They have a restaurant attached to the hotel and breakfast lasts until 10:30.

Prima geslapen, super vriendelijke mensen. Basic hotel. En bijzonder handige plek om omgeving en Salzburg te bezoeken, zonder dat auto nodig is. Bus naar stad stopt voor de deur. Verder erg goed restaurant naast hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen: die Altstadt kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Eine Haltestelle für den O-Bus ist direkt an der Unterkunft. Es steht außerdem ein hoteleigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Room was clean and modern. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only negative was the parking, or the demands on the parking which meant spaces were at a premium. But the proximity of hotel to city meant we could walk in anyway.

The staff was awesome and the air conditioning was actually cold. We loved staying here.

Walking distance to Altstadt and Leopold Lake. Nice size room. Windows able to open, albeit on the roadside. Parking (limited) but worked for us. Asked for basic cutlery: received quickly and more items than we asked for. Staff interactions great.

시내에서 걸어서 약 10-15분 동네가 조용해서 편안히 묶고 가기 좋았습니다 뒷편에 무료주차가 가능하고 걸어서 5분거리에 주유소가 있어서 편의점 사용이 가능합니다

Très mauvais service à la clientèle, les membres du personnel sont complètement détachés des problèmes vécus et sont condescendants …. Wifi absent de la chambre (problème connu de l’établissement et pourtant le propriétaire ne fait rien…) Attention, le parking est loin d’être inclus. Il s’agit d’une petite cour arrière de moins de 10 places qui partage les espaces avec la pizzeria annexée à l’hôtel… Il a fallu qu’on stationne dans la rue. Il y a également eu de la construction très bruyante tôt or matin sans avertissement. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit et je n’y retournerai jamais. D’ailleurs, expedia devrait changer l’annonce pour stationnement limité et non stationnement inclus. Nous avons été très déçus à kotre arrivée de devoir stationner dans la rue..

I had a great time at this hotel. Very kind and helpfull staff! I have been at many hotels before but this was the most kind staff I have ever met. I felt like home. Very clean rooms also. Not far away from the centrum and its easy to walk there. I would come back one day!

Ich bin vom Hotel Via Roma total begeistert. Ich habe es meiner Mutter für ihren nächsten Salzburg-Aufenthalt empfohlen und werde es auch anderen Leuten empfehlen. Es ist nicht teuer und es ist alles vorhanden, was ich mir wünsche. Es gibt mehrere Kleiderbügel zum Aufhängen von Kleidung und man kann Kleidung auch außerhalb des Kastens aufhängen statt nur innerhalb des Kastens. Das ist gut, wenn die Kleidung nass ist. Alles ist ruhig, kein Lärm. Eine freundliche Putzfrau putzt täglich, richtet die Decke, bringt neue Handtücher und einen neuen Duschvorleger und leert die Mistkübel. In der Dusche und am Waschbecken gibt es einen Seifenspender. Ich habe meine eigene Seife mitgebracht, aber der Seifenspender ist zusätzlich hilfreich. Als ich beim Check-out meine Seife schon eingepackt hatte und noch einmal das WC benützte und mir die Hände wusch, war der Seifenspender willkommen. Ebenso ist es, wenn man gerade angekommen ist und die eigene Seife noch nicht ausgepackt hat. Auch ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Im Kasten befindet sich auf dem Boden ein Safe, worin ich meine Wertsachen einsperren konnte. Es hat während meines Aufenthalts in Salzburg viel geregnet und es war immer sehr angenehm, in das schöne Zimmer und den schönen, großen Wasch- und Duschraum zurückzukommen. Gleich neben dem Hotel ist eine Obus-Haltestelle, von der aus man mit dem Obus schnell in die Innenstadt gelangt. Supermärkte und Banken sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.

Pro: Guter Service, unkomplizierter Check-in/Check-out, großzügiges Zimmer/Badezimmer. Contra: Das W-Lan instabil, nach der Reinigung fremde Haare auf dem Bett, Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Fenster recht laut, sehr schwache Zimmerbeleuchtung.

Although the walk to the centre was listed as 15 minutes, this was the outskirts of the centre and everything that I wanted took 30 minutes. This was still possible and good bus services were explained by very friendly and helpful receptionists.

I had a great time at this hotel. Very kind and helpfull staff! I have been at many hotels before but this was the most kind staff I have ever met. I felt like home. Very clean rooms also. Not far away from the centrum and its easy to walk there. I would come back one day!

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms in great location and super friendly staff

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous en avons été très satisfait. Service excellent, personnel agréable, tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien. L'hôtel est bien placé, on sort facilement de la ville en voiture et l'on est à pied à 15mn du centre.

Un accueil vraiment prévenant et agréable une aide pour le parking a l'arrivée le restaurant juste à côté est un plus car la vieille ville est à 15 à 20mn à pied hébergement pratique car on peut se rendre dans la vieille ville à pied et l'hôtel est dans une avenue calme et sûre et les chambres sont confortables et climatisées

Gutes Hotel, gute Anbindung an die Altstadt und den Bahnhof. Historische Altstadt auch fußläufig erreichbar. Preis-Leistung völlig okay.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il y avait toutes les commodités pour se faire des repas. L’autobus 5 passe en face de l’hotel pour se rend au centre-ville. À notre arrivée, ils nous même donné une carte de transport en commun gratuite, De plus, notre stationnement était inclus. Je recommande cet hôtel.
