Nous avons été enchantés par la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel dans tous les secteurs de l'établissement : à la réception, à la piscine, au bar, au restaurant et même lors du buffet du matin. La piscine, agrémentée de ses saunas, était un véritable havre de paix. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l'hôtel ainsi que la disponibilité du parking. Cependant, deux points négatifs sont à noter : lors de notre arrivée dans l'après-midi pour une nuit, nous avons oublié un fer à repasser à la maison. Bien que l'hôtel propose un service de repassage pour le lendemain, ils n'étaient plus en mesure de nous prêter un fer à repasser. De plus, nous avons regretté que la cuisine ne soit ouverte que jusqu'à 20h30.

Belle expérience mais ça ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles Français !! Dommage que les langues parlées sont seulement l’allemand et l’anglais !! Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la salle de fitness car il y avait une séance photo ou vidéo. Le service room à été long’’tres long. Le service du personnel pas tres souriant et pas tres accueillant. Le restaurant est trop petit, nous avons prendre notre véhicule pour aller manger ailleurs malgré un week-end de 2 nuits.

It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados. The hotel Spa facilities are great, really clean and well maintained. Highly recommend you take swimwear with you even if you are stopping for just one night. We dined at the hotel and the food at both dinner and breakfast are fresh and of high quality. The only minor issue I noticed was the slightly worn out edge of our bathroom door in our hotel room - this is probably due to water damage on wood but I put this down to basic maintenance. Other than that, definitely suggest this place as a quiet sanctuary before heading back to reality!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an Luxemburg und bietet einen sehr guten Komfort. Das Einchecken und den Begrüßungsdrink empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich war für uns mehr wie ausreichend und da nicht soviel los war konnten wir in Ruhe in den Pool, das Dampfbad und in die Sauna. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it for the Sunday evening of Easter weekend. We arrived about 14:50 to be told we had been given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We were then shown to seats in the bar & given a glass of sparkling rose each. Following this we were taken to our Roman suite which was spacious & luxurious. We were impressed with the selection of toiletries & the two shower rooms meaning we could get ready at the same time. The Lindt chocolate bunnies were a nice touch. The spa was incredibly clean & the attendant was welcoming & accommodating showing us a quiet side room with available day beds to relax on. There were plentiful towels & the sauna & steam rooms were particularly quiet which was brilliant. The pool was a little on the chilly side but cool enough for swimming laps. Dinner was fantastic, we were greeted with a handshake and treated like valued guests throughout. We started with local bubbles and enjoyed the set 5 course menu. The staff were really attentive, kind & very generous with the cheese as we said we would share one & a pudding. Following our meal we went upstairs to the bar where they had a great range of whiskey & little Easter eggs on the bar. We slept well under duvets that felt like clouds. In the morning we enjoyed the Nespresso coffee & truffles before heading to breakfast where the selection was impressibly vast. Thank you so much for your hospitality and providing us such a memorable stay :-)

Mycket fint hotell. Dock icke fungerande laddare för elbil. Två av två ur funktion. Hög klass på personalen och städningen. Frukosten var riktigt bra med allt man kan önska. Trist att en av restaurangerna hade ”inspirations-stängt”. Ingen info innan bokning om detta. Fick beställa mat ur barmenyn. Okej mat ändå.

O Hotel estava abaixo das expectativas para um Hotel 5 estrelas. A limpeza do carpete estava abaixo da expectativa. O café da manhã era bem farto, mas com a qualidade deixando a desejar. Um exemplo foram os pães. Na Alemanha os pães normalmente são excelentes, contudo estavam muchos e sem sabor. Com certeza tem que melhorar essa parte de padaria. Outro ponto que em vários locais não haviam menus em inglês o que é inaceitável para um Hotel 5 estrelas na Europa. O dia estava muito quente a o sistema de ar condicionado é interno devido a estrutura do Hotel. Por isso o barulho dentro do quarto era muito alto.

Nous avons toujours plaisir à venir nous reposer dans ce bel établissement à seulement 2 heures de chez nous (Reims). La nouvelle décoration du restaurant Bacchus est très jolie et nous avons cru comprendre qu'une nouvelle décoration à l'espace détente allait également se faire. Hâte de découvrir cela. Le personnel est vraiment bienveillant. L'accès au spa est illimité, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autres établissements. Possibilité de faire de belles ballades en nature sans prendre la voiture. Les chambres sont belles, grandes et propres, bouteilles d'eau et chocolats en guise de bienvenue, sans compter la coupe de crémant à l'arrivée et les bouteilles d'eau pour notre trajet retour (merci!)

Le personnel est vraiment bienveillant. L'accès au spa est illimité, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autres établissements. Possibilité de faire de belles ballades en nature sans prendre la voiture. Les chambres sont belles, grandes et propres, bouteilles d'eau et chocolats en guise de bienvenue, sans compter la coupe de crémant à l'arrivée et les bouteilles d'eau pour notre trajet retour (merci!)

It's not an awful hotel but it's outdated and overpriced. It reminds me of a low budget ceasar's Palace in Las Vegas. Room service is limited and low quality, the staff also don't understand the basics of hospitality. Can't recommend this.

Fünf Sterne Superior mag rein ausstattungsmäßig zutreffen. Die geweckten Erwartungen werden subjektiv in der Praxis aber nicht erfüllt. Wenn man einen zweiten Zimmerschlüssel will dauert das einen Tag. Der Flachbildschirm-TV ist klein und alt und die Fernbedienung funktioniert nur, wenn man 1 m vor dem Gerät steht. Die Zimmer im Bereich des Haupteingangs sind eigentlich kaum vermietbar. Bis morgens um 3 Uhr lärmen Gäste die ihren Heimweg aus dem benachbarten Spielcasino antreten. Ab 3 Uhr dann Lieferanten, die ihre Produkte bringen. Es passt nicht, sich in einem völlig abseits liegenden, Ruhe suggerierenden Gebiet, erholen zu wollen und jeden Morgen um 3 Uhr vom Piepsen eines rückwärts rangierenden LKW geweckt zu werden. Da sollte ein anderes Logustikkonzept her. Positiv aufgefallen ist das wirklich extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, egal in welchem Bereich.

It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados. The hotel Spa facilities are great, really clean and well maintained. Highly recommend you take swimwear with you even if you are stopping for just one night. We dined at the hotel and the food at both dinner and breakfast are fresh and of high quality. The only minor issue I noticed was the slightly worn out edge of our bathroom door in our hotel room - this is probably due to water damage on wood but I put this down to basic maintenance. Other than that, definitely suggest this place as a quiet sanctuary before heading back to reality!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an Luxemburg und bietet einen sehr guten Komfort. Das Einchecken und den Begrüßungsdrink empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. WOW would not be enough to describe this hotel/resort. It is sooooo amazing, starting from the moment you arrive, greeted by the most friendly staff, then to the best room you can expect. Then there’s the view, the spa, the wellness center, the food. We could not have asked for a better place than this!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it for the Sunday evening of Easter weekend. We arrived about 14:50 to be told we had been given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We were then shown to seats in the bar & given a glass of sparkling rose each. Following this we were taken to our Roman suite which was spacious & luxurious. We were impressed with the selection of toiletries & the two shower rooms meaning we could get ready at the same time. The Lindt chocolate bunnies were a nice touch. The spa was incredibly clean & the attendant was welcoming & accommodating showing us a quiet side room with available day beds to relax on. There were plentiful towels & the sauna & steam rooms were particularly quiet which was brilliant. The pool was a little on the chilly side but cool enough for swimming laps. Dinner was fantastic, we were greeted with a handshake and treated like valued guests throughout. We started with local bubbles and enjoyed the set 5 course menu. The staff were really attentive, kind & very generous with the cheese as we said we would share one & a pudding. Following our meal we went upstairs to the bar where they had a great range of whiskey & little Easter eggs on the bar. We slept well under duvets that felt like clouds. In the morning we enjoyed the Nespresso coffee & truffles before heading to breakfast where the selection was impressibly vast. Thank you so much for your hospitality and providing us such a memorable stay :-)

O Hotel estava abaixo das expectativas para um Hotel 5 estrelas. A limpeza do carpete estava abaixo da expectativa. O café da manhã era bem farto, mas com a qualidade deixando a desejar. Um exemplo foram os pães. Na Alemanha os pães normalmente são excelentes, contudo estavam muchos e sem sabor. Com certeza tem que melhorar essa parte de padaria. Outro ponto que em vários locais não haviam menus em inglês o que é inaceitável para um Hotel 5 estrelas na Europa. O dia estava muito quente a o sistema de ar condicionado é interno devido a estrutura do Hotel. Por isso o barulho dentro do quarto era muito alto.

Belle expérience mais ça ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles Français !! Dommage que les langues parlées sont seulement l’allemand et l’anglais !! Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la salle de fitness car il y avait une séance photo ou vidéo. Le service room à été long’’tres long. Le service du personnel pas tres souriant et pas tres accueillant. Le restaurant est trop petit, nous avons prendre notre véhicule pour aller manger ailleurs malgré un week-end de 2 nuits.

Nous avons été enchantés par la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel dans tous les secteurs de l'établissement : à la réception, à la piscine, au bar, au restaurant et même lors du buffet du matin. La piscine, agrémentée de ses saunas, était un véritable havre de paix. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l'hôtel ainsi que la disponibilité du parking. Belle expérience mais ça ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles Français !! Dommage que les langues parlées sont seulement l’allemand et l’anglais !! Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la salle de fitness car il y avait une séance photo ou vidéo. Le service room à été long’’tres long. Le service du personnel pas tres souriant et pas tres accueillant. Le restaurant est trop petit, nous avons prendre notre véhicule pour aller manger ailleurs malgré un week-end de 2 nuits.

It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados. The hotel Spa facilities are great, really clean and well maintained. Highly recommend you take swimwear with you even if you are stopping for just one night. We dined at the hotel and the food at both dinner and breakfast are fresh and of high quality. The only minor issue I noticed was the slightly worn out edge of our bathroom door in our hotel room - this is probably due to water damage on wood but I put this down to basic maintenance. Other than that, definitely suggest this place as a quiet sanctuary before heading back to reality!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an Luxemburg und bietet einen sehr guten Komfort. Das Einchecken und den Begrüßungsdrink empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich war für uns mehr wie ausreichend und da nicht soviel los war konnten wir in Ruhe in den Pool, das Dampfbad und in die Sauna. Insgesamt hat das Hotel auch genügend Personal und man fühlte sich wahrgenommen und gut aufgehoben. Abends waren wir noch im Hotelrestaurant essen, das geht unserer Meinung nach besser, 2 von 3 Essen waren sehr gut, das 3. so lala.. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it for the Sunday evening of Easter weekend. We arrived about 14:50 to be told we had been given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We were then shown to seats in the bar & given a glass of sparkling rose each. Following this we were taken to our Roman suite which was spacious & luxurious. We were impressed with the selection of toiletries & the two shower rooms meaning we could get ready at the same time. The Lindt chocolate bunnies were a nice touch. The spa was incredibly clean & the attendant was welcoming & accommodating showing us a quiet side room with available day beds to relax on. There were plentiful towels & the sauna & steam rooms were particularly quiet which was brilliant. The pool was a little on the chilly side but cool enough for swimming laps. Dinner was fantastic, we were greeted with a handshake and treated like valued guests throughout. We started with local bubbles and enjoyed the set 5 course menu. The staff were really attentive, kind & very generous with the cheese as we said we would share one & a pudding. Following our meal we went upstairs to the bar where they had a great range of whiskey & little Easter eggs on the bar. We slept well under duvets that felt like clouds. In the morning we enjoyed the Nespresso coffee & truffles before heading to breakfast where the selection was impressibly vast. Thank you so much for your hospitality and providing us such a memorable stay :-)

Mycket fint hotell. Dock icke fungerande laddare för elbil. Två av två ur funktion. Hög klass på personalen och städningen. Frukosten var riktigt bra med allt man kan önska. Trist att en av restaurangerna hade ”inspirations-stängt”. Ingen info innan bokning om detta. Fick beställa mat ur barmenyn. Okej mat ändå.

O Hotel estava abaixo das expectativas para um Hotel 5 estrelas. A limpeza do carpete estava abaixo da expectativa. O café da manhã era bem farto, mas com a qualidade deixando a desejar. Um exemplo foram os pães. Na Alemanha os pães normalmente são excelentes, contudo estavam muchos e sem sabor. Com certeza tem que melhorar essa parte de padaria. Outro ponto que em vários locais não haviam menus em inglês o que é inaceitável para um Hotel 5 estrelas na Europa. O dia estava muito quente a o sistema de ar condicionado é interno devido a estrutura do Hotel. Por isso o barulho dentro do quarto era muito alto.

Charming location and the most friendly and helpful staff. They really went above and beyond to make all of us participating in the Ironman 70.3 welcomed and accommodated. I so appreciated that they even started the buffet service early and provided shuttles for us. The hot tub and pool were also wonderful after our race. Such a great experience!
