Had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean, great neighbourhood, short walk to the Metro. Room was a minimalist design, lack of storage for clothing which was annoying. Strange that there was not a phone in the phone in the room to call the front desk. No safe in the room either. Liked that there was an ironing room available in the hotel and there is also a very well equipped gym.

Dejligt værelse og flot hotel i et hyggeligt område. Nemt at parkere i p-huset næsten lige ved siden af hotellet. Flot indrettet værelse med god seng. Der var en rolig atmosfære på hotellet. Vi havde en stor hund med og det fungerede fint, også med at vi måtte tage morgenmaden med op på værelset.

meget utilfreds med at der ikke var parkering - når der f.eks. ved elevator var angivet at man kunne køre til kælder parkering - så vi måtte gå 300 mtr til parkeringshus i blæsevejr

The room was clean and tidy however there was no safe for valuables and no fridge to keep medication in. I had expected a hotel chain of this size to automatically provide these. The hotel breakfast was good and the hotel is located not too far from the metro. The room was not that big but the bathroom was nice albeit small.

Great staff. Very clean, modern property. Lovely room (although there is no wardrobe - just a few coat hangers with hooks - fine for us, though). Absolutely love this place. Free breakfast was also really good. Variety and quality. For those from the UK looking for a fried breakfast, this isn’t that. It’s boiled or scrambled eggs, pastries, good GF options, cheese, meat and fruit.

New hotel, so had to use Google Maps to direct the taxi driver from the airport and taxis in the morning took far longer than the staff suggested. I upgraded, but still not a hotel if you want to work - no desk in the rooms. Despite saying that they have air conditioning, nope, just heating. Okay to wedge open the windows in April, not sure in the summer. Oh and there’s no tea/coffee in the room either (no space for the facilities).

The bed was too small or narrow. It was too soft and the pillows way to big. Both pillow and duvee was made of plastic. On top the aircondition wasn't turned on yet (most probably to save energy). And we couldn't open the window properly. We didnt get any sleep and will not book the place again. The rest of the experience was OK.

We loved the architecture of Nordhavn, the nearby restaurants and grocery stores, the energy of the waterfront and easy access to transit. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Only complaint: we happened to be in Copenhagen during a heatwave and the room stayed pretty warm at night without real air conditioning, so it was hard to sleep at times.

A good option for a long weekend, away from the city centre, though quite expensive for what’s included. We stayed for three nights in August 2025 and paid around £210 per night. The room was pleasant and functional, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower, though on the small side. There was no safe or fridge in the room, and clothing storage was limited to 3 wall hooks and 4-5 hangers. The AC/climate control system works well and was easy to use. Some reviews online suggest the hotel doesn't have this, but that’s not the case. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold options provided. Certainly not the best we’ve had in the Nordics, but a solid effort and nice to have. The location is lovely and quiet. Set in the newly developed Nordhavn area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The metro and train station are a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, and the metro into the city centre is very quick. We would definitely consider staying again, provided the room rate was more reasonable.

We were charged for the stay at arrival, plus another charge equal the amount for our stay as a holding deposit. It wasn’t refunded as promised after checkout. We had to contact them to get our money back and the amount refunded was about 7-8% less. Had to contact them again, send them proof of amount received etc. to finally get our money back.

Da vi ankom stod vi ret længe i kø for at blive tjekket ind, vi boede på værelse 058 og der rodede ret meget på gangene ned mod værelset. Værelset var pænt og rent men madrassen alt alt for blød og puden som en sten. Vi blev vækket kl.6.30 da lastbiler og håndværkere begyndte at støje ret voldsomt lige uden for vinduet. Vi følte vi lå på en motorvej med vejarbejde og sov eller prøvede på at sove. Desværre når hotellet ellers har en ret flot beliggenhed.

This is a newer hotel, so it was very clean and modern. It was a half mile walk to public transportation, which we used to go into downtown Copenhagen and other sites. It was very convenient for us. We were right off of the water and it was very quiet at night. Staff were very helpful, even printing our cruise luggage tags that we forgot to do before we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There was plenty of room to sit and eat. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the architecture of Nordhavn, the nearby restaurants and grocery stores, the energy of the waterfront and easy access to transit. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Only complaint: we happened to be in Copenhagen during a heatwave and the room stayed pretty warm at night without real air conditioning, so it was hard to sleep at times.

Great staff. Very clean, modern property. Lovely room (although there is no wardrobe - just a few coat hangers with hooks - fine for us, though). Absolutely love this place. Free breakfast was also really good. Variety and quality. For those from the UK looking for a fried breakfast, this isn’t that. It’s boiled or scrambled eggs, pastries, good GF options, cheese, meat and fruit.

Hotel is modern and well located, not far from the metro. The staff are pleasant. Not sure I would recommend it as there were pipework noises in the bedroom and the breakfast was a bit bland. Renting a basic hotel bike was €20 per day, but perhaps that is the going rate in Denmark.

Fint hotell med grei beliggenhet. Men manglet parkering (måtte i et parkeringshus et par kvartaler unna, ikke kjekt i mørket sent på kvelden). Var heller ingen stol på rommet, man måtte sitte på sengen eller på en lav liten puff. Og frokosten var en skuffelse. Dårlig utvalg, ingen speilegg, blek eggerøre av pulver, og rundstykkene virket ikke ferske

Fantastic experience! I arrived exhausted after a long flight and the front desk girl was so incredibly kind. My room had the most amazing view of the water where I watched cruise ships come in and out of the harbor, water planes land out on the water and best of all a perfect view of the sunrise over the water. It was very quiet and the entire hotel was extremely clean. The bed was super soft and cozy, like one of those ones you see in a movie and you want to just try it out. Also the shower had a two shower head thing going on that I had never seen before but it was very cool. Most days I had the don’t worry about coming in tag on the door but the one day I had them come in the whole place was freshly cleaned up and they replaced my used towels for me. If I ever get the opportunity to travel to Denmark again to is hotel is my for sure place to stay!

New property up by the cruise port only a 10 min drive/uber away. Primary reason for choosing it. This property is nice and the room itself is great. This property is kind of remote in regard to any shops or food options. There is limited TV stations and there was a couple of channels that had some English audio programming but not very much and if you find something the next show wasn’t. Kind of like a business district. I did find a local market and a bakery/coffee shop within a 5 min walk. No fridge or microwave made it difficult in choosing what we could purchase to eat from the local market. No ice machine so don’t count on that. The market pantry in the lobby was very limited in offerings. In house food and refreshments seemed to be somewhat limited with the exception of the breakfast buffet if you pay for it. This property could enhance the offerings and also partner with local eateries in marketing for a better experience. Some of this may just be European culture that we aren’t accustomed to. Just providing my experience. But for a nice place to stay by the cruise port it did work out okay.
