Love the property especially the corner room! The valet parking is 45 dollar seems ridiculously priced! But overall nice property!!! The key system wasn’t working initially so staff had to walk us up to our room each time! They were pleasant though!

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff is excellent, very efficient and friendly. we did not get to enjoy the hotel bar or restaurant but there were always people there when we walked by which is a good sign. Filtered water stations available on every other floor was nice, they provide you with a glass bottle in the room to refill. the nespresso was a bonus, the fridge drawer was nice and they have an in room safe. The only option for parking is valet at $50/day but you are within 1-2 blocks of all the New Orleans action. I would stay here again. There was construction around the property and we could hear sirens at night but this is out of the hotels control, i do wish the signage was better for the hotel itself.

Room floor is looking extremely tired, the concrete floor is dirty with holes and cracks in it. Our room upon check in had hair in bathroom. Room service not provided. And most importantly hotel staff in lobby and bar and restaurant all extremely rude. Instead of saying hello when they see you waiting for a table they said “yea?”

Good location rest just OK housekeeping slow and inconsistent coffee not refilled took out cups in first day and then after calling front desk 2x got 1 back other one was never replaced ……. Cleaned bathroom and changed towels but the Bed was not made - overall ok due to its location Floor next to carpet in bedroom was sticky not clean and the exposed concrete with all the cracks and fixes with epoxy and ceiling is probably a taste thing but seems strange and not speaking to me Personally would not repeat and select a different Hotel out of the Hilton Family

Fairly good location so lots of places to eat within 10-15 minutes walk. Menu at hotel was changed but not updated online. Rooms were not clean - my sister's room had hair from the previous stay all on the bathroom floor so was not cleaned. Bathroom layout was poor, toilet right next to opening of shower door so very tight. Concrete floor and rug only around bed thus floor freezing cold. House keeping was done very late and had to request - accept that there may have been a problem re ICE but not communicated until last day. Numerous charges have appeared on credit card which I was unaware of when checking out and now having to challenge. Staff not very friendly and some of the bar staff were very rude.

Overall the property was nice. The rooms are small and the toilet is so close to the shower you can barely open the door. Also for a Hilton the hardware in the bathrooms are cheap. Fridge doesn’t get cold enough for food or drinks.

Great looking hotel, new and clean, great location, breakfast was real good, bar was real good too. However! Air conditioner did not come on at all. Called the front desk, they said they would send someone, no one came. Our friends on the same floor had the same issue. Sweated all night.

When we first got to the hotel we were on floor 3 and music was playing so loud the whole night we had to get moved to the 9th floor. The guy at the desk was very nice about it and explained that they play music on the 4th and 15th floor 24/7 but you can hear it from the 3rd floor. After we got moved to the 9th floor we couldn’t hear anything. The water pressure in the shower king of sucked and Never got hot. Overall the hotel wasn’t bad. It was clean and very close to Bourbon Street.

Our suite was spacious, clean & the temperature was well regulated. It was very quiet & dark (blackout shades) so we were able to rest & recharge. My only wish is that the mini fridge worked. We've stayed in 3 rooms & the fridges don't cool. Other than that it's great.

The staff was very personable. The room was clean but was hot and we could not lower the thermostat. The valet was terrible. There was no one ahead of us and it took over 30 minutes just for them to show up to get the keys before retrieving our vehicle. We definitely would self park and bring a fan if we stay again

The water pressure and fixtures weren’t the best. The main shower head spray was splotchy. My room took forever to warm up and it was in the 30s the entire time of my stay. The rooms didn’t have a microwave inside the room, we had to go to another floor to use it. The staff however was great, check in and checkout was easy. The location was good, only a block from Canal street.

We inquired about dropping our luggage off until it was time to check in. Not only were they willing to accommodate our luggage, but they actually let us check in early; right before noon. The staff on site were all very kind, professional and helpful. I would more than likely stay here when I return to New Orleans again. Thank you!

Horrible experience. It started w/ someone in my suite doing a final room check an hour after the 3 PM check in time asking, “They let you in the room already?” I also was not greeted in my suite w/ the normal Hilton personalized greeting on the TVs. I had to request hangers twice since the 1st request was forgotten. Then the daily horror of housekeeping began. The bed was left messy, a clearly dirty table was never wiped, sugar was never replenished, the non-decaf was replenished w/ only extra pods of decaf, used mugs and glasses were left & clean ones were not provided, the same tissue bits remained on the bathroom floor every day & my empty tissue box was not replaced. I called to request missing items the first time & the front desk was apologetic. The “cleaning” was worse the second time so I reported my concerns since this was clearly a pattern. I received apologies, the missing items & an offer to clean the room. The 3rd day was better but still had issues. On my last day, housekeeping skipped my room completely so I reported my frustrations in person. There were apologies, but there were also excuses and some blame. Tiffany asked me if I left the sleeping sign on the door. Of course I didn’t or I would have said so. When I explained the daily issues, I was told the hotel ran out of tissue boxes and coffee pods. None of these things are my problem as the customer. HORRIBLE experience and there was no offer to make it right. A shame. Great location though :/

The hotel was very clean, with friendly staff and stylish, modern furniture and decor. It’s within walking distance to Canal Street and several restaurants, making the location convenient. The area felt very safe and was well-lit at night, with a police station located directly across the street. However, there is ongoing street construction directly in front of the entrance, which has affected valet parking due to the road being blocked. The area can also be quite noisy from passing cars and loud music — we recommend bringing earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound.

The Hilton Canopy is located within easy walking distance (4-5 blocks) from Canal Street and the French Quarter, also lots of restaurants. The area right around the hotel is quite rundown and there\'s a lot of construction. The intersection leaving the hotel was a little dangerous and difficult to cross on foot. You would not be able to walk in the opposite direction from the Quarter because of the highway and large homeless encampment over there. We did love that it\'s only a few blocks to catch the St Charles street car at St Charles & Common. The room was spacious and nice, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was large. There was a strange "refrigerator" located inside a drawer but it wasn\'t large enough to hold much and it did not keep drinks cold. There is a hydration station on the floor with water and ice which was nice. The only real drawback was lack of downstairs staff. There was often a long line of people trying to check in with only one person helping them and taking a very long time to assist, so it was difficult to find anyone to help when you needed it. Actually the one main lady at the check-in desk was slow and extremely unhelpful almost like she was trying to hold up things as much as possible. But most of the other people were good. The people working the door of the lobby nicely held our bags the morning of departure then scheduled a cab for us. We had a nice stay but might look elsewhere next time.

We have no complaints about the property & would stay here again. I didn’t like the limited menu fr the restaurant or the hours everything was open but we didn’t eat there. We tried to order from the restaurant but the staff informed us they didn’t have any servers working that day & we’d have to go to the bar to order. We decided not to as when i tried to get a drink from the bar we waited over 15 minutes to get 1. Short staffed

Great stay, love the location and the food at Ginger Roux was tasty. The guest services staff was top notch and very helpful throughout my stay. The digital key through the Hilton app was hit or miss for the elevator that would be my only complaint.

Terrible coffee offered in the rooms. You have to pay for a decent (not great for the money paid) coffee at the downstairs restaurant. Valet clothes cleaning overpriced. The staff attitude is rude, like you owe them something . Overall, i would not recomend this property/ hotel

Great experience, the front desk staff were helpful and fun. Thank you Ms. Lala for the seafood recommendation. Enjoyed the atmosphere on last Friday evening, got to meet some locals and enjoy great music. The food a Ginger Roux was great as well.
