Our room was dirty The bathroom had some kind of Shawty plumbing on the wall didn’t look very nice at all. The carpet had burned stains on it out in the hallway was very very dirty. There was stuff all over the carpets. Looks like they looks like they didn’t vacuum for about four or five days or longer. The breakfast wasn’t real good. The coffee didn’t taste very good. We didn’t have a very good experience there.

My stay over Labour Day weekend involved multiple unacceptable room changes. First, they handed me keys to a room that was already occupied by another person, showing a complete lack of basic security protocols. The front desk staff/manager at the time offered a 50% discount to compensate for the inconvenience. After being reassigned and later in the evening, my second room had a large insect inside. Instead of properly handling it, the staff on site gave me a bottle Goo Gone to spray it. The resulting noxious chemical odour made the room uninhabitable and forced a second room change and waking up my family late at night. The front desk staff at checkout reiterated that a 50% discount would be processed after I left the property as it was Labour Day weekend and no manager was available to process. However, they have completely reneged on their promise. When contacted by customer service, management denied the incident and refused the compensation despite video evidence. This business is entirely dishonest and does not care about guest safety or sanitation.

We arrived late in the evening so we didn’t get to experience much of the property. My only complaints are that the door to the room had next to no soundproofing and there were children screaming and running in the halls in the morning which woke us up; and that the toilet was awkwardly positioned in the bathroom, with lights on the outside, no lock, and the toilet paper dispenser placed so that it was always in the way of your elbow. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Appreciated the continental breakfast having hot biscuits and gravy, sausages and eggs.
