- Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion. - We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds. - Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families. - We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in. - Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus. - We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. - Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property. - Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same. - Right to admission reserved. Note: We offer a complimentary bonfire to everyone at the hostel during winters from 9-10:30 pm. However, if someone wants an exclusive or extended bonfire duration, a charge of INR 200 is applicable. Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Please Note: This is the official Amarnath Yatra Traffic Advisory effective 2nd July to 28th August 2026: Tourists are advised to travel within the Kashmir Valley only between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. No vehicle are permitted outside these timings on the specified routes: - Nagrota (Jammu): 12:00 PM - Jakheni (Udhampur): 1:00 PM - Qazigund: 5:30 PM - Chanderkote: 2:00 PM - Lamber (Banihal): 3:00 PM - Navyug Tunnel after 3:00 PM - Pahalgam after 3:30 PM - From Sonamarg towards Srinagar after 4:00 PM - Between Srinagar and Gulmarg (both directions) after 5:00 PM Tourist vehicle found on the road after 6:00 PM will be diverted to the nearest Yatri Camp or Security Forces Camp.
