Staff unfriendly, unwelcoming, frown faced. Talking to each other as if we wasn’t right there. I’m sure it’s in them if they got hired to be in front desk for of guests services. Room was as depicted in pictures. Bright in room as there is a blind yet no curtain. Water pressure was low and hot water cooled off on several short minutes.

Took them 4 days to have maintenance come and fix our sink. Ended up having to move rooms 4 days later because they couldn’t fix it. Washer and dryer wasn’t working. I request our money back of $8. I was told they don’t do refunds due to washer and dryer are monitored by a 3rd party.

Booked 2 rooms. There was no soap or shampoo in either room. Requested and was never provided. Found dirty towels stuffed in the top drawer of the dresser in one of them. Pool was closed even though middle of summer and advertised as available. One of them had a broken deadbolt and no sheets availble for pullout. Dead bugs in drawers. Change in pull out couch. Floor wasn't mopped in one of them.

We stayed in a studio room. The room was spacious. It had a full size refrigerator with microwave /Airfryer combo. We also had an area with a table and chairs to eat at. We told the clerk that the sink was dirty and he responded with "I guess they didn't clean that room yet." It was after 5p.m. No one came to the room. After I cleaned it, we noticed it was dirty again and it smelled like sewage. The bathroom was spacious but the molding around the bathroom shower floor was covered with mold. The shower floor also felt as if you were going to fall through the floor. The comforter on the bed had holes in it and was stained. It was clean just need to be replaced. The microwave/Airfryer was dirty. Over all the room could use some TLC and upgrades. Good for an overnight stay. The breakfast could also use an upgrade. No juice only coffee. Waffles were great. Biscuits and gravy with no sausage in it. Lots of parking and well lit.

This was the second dirtiest hotel Ive ever stayed in. Understanding it was the cheapest in the area; however the stove was broken, the bathroom door didnt close because it had come off the hinges, there was slime on the curtains, and it had very clearly been a smoking room before it was labelled differently. General filth and and stickiness from floor to ceiling. However, the water pressure was excellent, and plenty of hot water for a semi decent shower. Continental breakfast was empty 1/2 hour before offer was over.

Through most of my stay i didn’t have hot water so i was unable to shower. The people at the front desk kept saying oh we are gonna have it fixed soon but that never happened.

The room was dirty and falling apart. The bathroom/shower had not been refilled with soap. Trim and baseboard was coming apart off the floors. One of the lights did not work. Breakfast was literally just the waffle makers and a few biscuits and gravy. Juice dispenser was broken, no fruit or pastries and nowhere to get water. The pool was out of order for the entire summer.

The first room was barely lit, no place to sit except bed, no table and one 20 watt bulb in the bathroom and asked for a new room… this one was not much better. The AC did not work… it’s the end of June and the pool was not open as well. We decided to eat the expense and go to a different hotel

The facility’s interior is old looking & by far, the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at. Every corner of the room was dirty or stained. There were dead bugs in the kitchen sink, black mold like stains on ceiling, solid things that looked like droppings of some sort & there was an intense smoke smell even though the room was advertised as a smoke free room! Bedding was also dingy & bed was loud and uncomfortable.

Overall it was super dirty. Old mattress uncomfortable and lumpy. Dirty yellowed sheets, curtains torn, bugs. Honestly I simply cannot recommend it. I expected more from a red roof and those expectations were pretty darn low. YMMV

We were put in a dirty room first, moved to a second room and the sheets hadn’t been changed. The amount of trash behind the bed was disgusting. The bathrooms do not get cleaned good every time, especially behind the door and on the walls. I won’t be staying again.

Absolutely disgusting. Garbage in the trash cans and dirty rags on the counter. This was a last-minute stop at midnight to get some sleep and we just wanted a bed, would have demanded a refund and left if it wasn’t midnight and we weren’t half asleep.

The condition of the hotel was rough and not maintained but the room itself was updated and nice. The bedding comforter had a stain and the floor needed cleaned. The breakfast was good with a variety of warm food choices.

I really feel that the facility should invested in some new drapes. However, the bed and the shower was everything. OMG, I slept so good. There were 3 adults in my room and the water was still so hot by the time it was my turn. Absolutely immaculate!! Sorry I slept through breakfast.

Bu I did not like was that we could not watch TV because our cable was not set up my Wi-Fi was not working and that was in my room and my daughter's room. All they could tell us is this wasn't the first time that someone has complained

When I got there and they couldn't find my reservation. The lady behind the desk was extremely nice and apologetic. I reached out to Expedia who confirmed my reservation and called the front desk for me. The girl said she could see I had a reservation after speaking with Expedia but that she couldnt see my payment and I had to pay again. This was a pass through hotel for the night. We had just driven 7hrs so exhausted I paid again. She said to call expedia and ask for a refund for the room. The whole check in process with the calling took over an hour and a half but Expedia did refund me the extra payment. The room itself was clean enough but not what I had originally booked. The window curtain was broken so I had to climb on a chair to rig it. The beds were on an aluminum base so anytime anyone sat on the bed or rolled over it sounded like someone kicking a filing cabinet. We went down to breakfast at 7:45. Everything was gone except for the gravy and waffle batter. I asked the front desk if they would be refilling the food. She said since breakfast ended at 9am and it was an hour until breakfast was over there was nothing she could do. The real highlight for this hotel was actually when someone came down to say there was someone in the room they were given. Recap is checkin sucked, our key stopped working, no breakfast, beds are horrible, no working pool, and keep your door deadbolted because they give away keys to rooms.

Checked in a little after 10pm and it took forever!!! The room they gave me was assigned to someone else. Came back down to the office and told them the room was already assigned. He looked at me and said what time did you check in?!?!? I said not too long ago. It took forever getting my new room as well. When morning came I couldn’t even get my receipt because the room I was given was listed as dirty room. I’m not dealing with this hotel again.

We were coming back from our vacation. We were given the keys to our room. We went into the room. It didnt look horrible, but it didnt look real clean. We were watching a softball game on TV. When it was over, i was going to get a bath. I went to get in the shower and there was nasty stuff all in the bottom of the shower. It had not been cleaned. There was no soap, shampoo, or any other toiletry items in the entire room. We called the front desk. The asked if we wanted them to bring toiletry items or did we want another room. We told her we would like another room. She said she would bring us keys for another room. We waited 45 minutes. It was 10:30 pm at this time and they never brought keys. We went down ourselves anf got them. The new room was clean and had what we needed. The clerk was nice but she was the only one working and understaffed. We went to breakfast the next morning. It was served from 6-9. There was no food to speak of left except for waffles. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy were pretty much out and no one came to fix anymore. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very noisy. I think they make it a point to roll empty laundry carts by the doors early in the morning and it's as loud as loud can be! They advertise a hot breakfast, if you want to call a waffle a hot breakfast! Finally after 5 days of nothing but waffles, they had biscuits and gravy. I wasn't hungry enough to trust their cook! If all u want is a place to lay your head, this is 4 u! Otherwise this place su(ks, save your money!
