This appears to be a retired Hampton Inn. Has all the facilities but a little worn and tattered. Fitness center was complete. Breakfast was well tended to. The overall place was decent but everything seemed well worn. Ok place to stay, but not the Hilton by any stretch.

No fan in the bathroom was muddled over in the shower with drywall mud and other one didn’t work shower didn’t go down water in the bottom when showering toilet had to hold handle down to flush beds shakey and wobbly head tilted down slept at the foot of bed. Breakfast was good many choices hot muffins toast make your own waffles yogurt needs updating has nice laundry and fitness room

Hotel used to be a Hampton Inn, then a Best Western, and now a Days Inn. So, it\'s rather down in the heels overall. It clearly shows in things that are outdated (ethernet connections in the room instead of USB ports, a "business center" that is basically in the lobby), rather unclean aspects (stained bed covers and sheets), and in ways that suggest a TOTAL remodel is in need (bathroom sink was updated, but the rest of the bathroom was not in great condition, and there was too much furniture crammed in the room, lamp shade a bit damaged and on crooked, etc.) The room colors were a little more modern - if a bit bold - but that\'s just a mask at this point. Bathroom had three bath towels, but only one washcloth and face towel, so had to request those. The headboards were attached to the wall and were clearly visible, which gave them an odd floating effect. The breakfast was so-so and the hotel itself was quiet. In a busier area, it would probably be tear-down material, but at a lower price than the neighboring hotels, they must siphon off enough business to stay afloat. The front desk clerk in the evening (Tay) was very nice, as was one of the room attendants I spoke with. They probably do what they can with the given materials. Was only there for about ten hours, so it was okay. Not where I\'d want to crash for a full day or several days, however.

This hotel is an older but very nice property, well maintained, clean, in a convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and takes pride in providing a good experience to the customer. The price is great. I am glad I chose to stay here.

There was no pool and the floor was not vacuumed

The staff was very nice.i wish the place had a pool.One of the two rooms we were in had a defective phone.and the air conditioner was not plugged in.had to wait to cool the room after we plugged air conditioner in. The rooms were generally clean.But areas close to the walls needed cleaning.crevis tool on a vacuum needed.door on cabinet under microwave needed wiped off.liie I said,room was "generally clean" but it really needed a better cleaning once in a while.needing to go down a few floors for vending machines was inconvenient..as well as snack machine not taking cards.a swimming pool would be nice.rhe orange juice and apple juice machine didn't work correctly.attendent was helpful but machine was not working.A guest was smoking weed ...this of course is not managements fault,but it was both annoying and unpleasant. Overall place was a decent place to stay for the two nights I was there.

Terrible. Mold on the walls. Changed rooms. No mold but had a used wet towel in the closet. Won’t be back

Towels were hard, rough, sheets and bedding were dirty, made did not come in to clean everyday

Carpets in hallway and in room are very stained. Even lampshades in room are stained and dusty. Beds and bathroom seemed clean.

The carpet was stained. The shower ceiling was dirty and the wall paint was chlpped. Smoking occurred in rooms aggravating asthma.

The shower had a dried rag hanging from the shower curtain. The tub was dirty. The refrigerator in the room had a fowl odor. The hallways were full of smoke smell. Very outdated.

The hotel is old and not well kept. The room was not cleaned properly. A used towel with blood streaks on the towel was left hanging behind the bathroom door. No cups for coffee were in the room. Toilet seat was loose and the wifi wouldn't work!!

The room was clean . The hall way needed a better vacuum job done. The breakfast was good. Overall a good stay!

Nice hotel, clean room, great shower

Great price! We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We just needed a clean comfortable bed to sleep in, so we found this hotel, which had good reviews, at a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. I enjoyed the waffles, but my husband was disappointed with the lukewarm eggs and sausage. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. I received a text ahead of time to check in online to save time, I completed that but was still asked the same things when I arrived to the hotel. Not sure what the purpose of checking in ahead of time if they still needed the info when I got there. Shower-hot water sucked. It was hot until turning on shower head then went cold. I adjusted and adjusted and still took a cold ahower

The air conditioner was too noisy. The bathtub had problem as water couln't pass through the hole ik the tub. I requested to change the room but the receptionist said no double bed room was available on that right.

Issues with lots of items in room not working such as lamps, TV, outlets. Noise from traffic is noticeable but not terrible. Rooms large and beds comfortable.

Room was amazing, clean, air con/heater was perfect. The room could be as cold or hot as you wanted. Dark blackout blinds. Cozy feel. The staff was really nice and knowledgeable.

The hotel is extremely old and definitely needs some upgrades. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and hard, and the pillows are lousy. Hearing the freeway the entire night was not pleasant either.

Wasn’t a fan. The hotel as in decent shape; however, we experienced some inconveniences. Internet didn’t work on the 2nd floor. The beds were lumpy. Pillows were small. Air was dank. Toilet was super low to the ground. Like squatting in the woods low. We couldn’t eat breakfast because a gal sneezed on the buffet. But…on a happy note, the morning coffee was great. This place had lots of good reviews, so I was pretty disappointed.

This is an older hotel, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. It is adjacent to the Interstate so if you are on that side of the hotel there is a lot of road noise all night.

The staff is Amazing.

The front desk had a notifying sign to ensure us that the front desk clerk was with another guest and would return shortly. We waited and waited (appr. 15 minutes). Sometimes times are busy! We\'ve been on the other end of that. During this time, we noticed the still-wet breakfast dishware out. (This was 9 pm.) After eventually hearing--by chance--a barely audible voice--a show playing in the room *behind* the front desk--and the small crunch of someone trying to eat without being heard, we found Tasha. Tasha sheepishly, begrudgingly came out, (had been within 8 feet of us, in the room, the entire wait time, trying to wait us away) and informed us that she had already helped a lady find a room earlier that day, that the software was down now as it had been then, that *if she were to give us a room* she\'d have to get up (her wording) and find an available room as she\'d "already done for a lady earlier." We had paid a month in advance for a room. Tasha wanted us to "maybe try again in an hour" (10 pm) after we\'d just finished an 11-hr drive to arrive there, our already paid-for hotel. Tasha kept returning to the conversational point that she\'d "have" to go find a room for us. I want to emphasize that it\'s not that she *could not* (as we clarified with her) but that she *did not want to find us a room.* We left, never having received our room. I ended up driving another 9 hours overnight, chugging coffee and orange juice, rather than having to deal with another Tasha.

Very busy check in: multiple rooms arriving at once. Staff was professional and courteous throughout.

Our first 24 hours at the Days Inn were a total disaster. When returning to our room from breakfast on the first morning we found out that our key cards would not work. I took them to the front desk and the second set of key cards would not work…the front desk person then had to come up to our room with an electronic device and reprogram our door lock. All this took over an hour. I then went to take a shower because I had a 10 am drs appt. I found that the shower water control knob was completely loose and ready to fall off, I managed to get the water to come on but the handle would not turn to the hot water….consequently I had to take an ice cold shower…it was horrible! After reporting this problem they moved us to a different room so we had to pack everything up and move down the hall to another room…..unbelievable!! Later that morning our key cards stopped working again and we had to have front desk replace the cards. All this happened on our first morning in only 2 hours. We were ready to leave this hotel for another but they would not refund our payment. They told us that they sold the room to Expedia and Expedia sold the room to us! So Expedia is responsible in their eyes! I am writing to request/demand a refund for at least one day of our 3 day stay….as I said the first 24 hours was a total nightmare. I made a 2 day reservation and was working night shift and was unable to be in there until the next morning of reservation, little did I know I had to check in by 3 am that evening so my reservation automatically cancelled. The front desk lady was very helpfully and did everything she could to get me in a room and made sure I wasn’t over charged or double charged

Parking is nice and close, and the staff is beyond accomodating. Kay and Amy are my favorite at the Front Desk. Shenea and Monica take great care of the Breakfast Bar.

I emailed the property about an out-of-character HOLD on my account used for payment. The HOLD remains on my account and (apparently) this is a NEW practice under the new management structure recently implemented to my chagrin. I have stayed nearly 100 times at this property since February 13, 2025, and haven't had a HOLD put and KEPT on my account for more than a year. It is unseemely and annoying and very customer-unfriendly. Specifically, hotels have a right to maintain a HOLD for "sundries and other expenses". This means the guest checks out late, causes damage to the room or is otherwise negligent or wanton in creating a reason to CHARGE extra. I understand this. All guests understand this policy. However, this property and her sister property have new management: greedy, customer-unfocused and willing to do anything to make an honest guest uncomfortable. I have endured two unfortunate experiences at this property, yet returned even after a special offer wasn't made to me. 90% of my reviews have been excellent and all have been HONEST. This hotel is cognizant of my character, decency and financial worthiness. Unfortunately, this hotel is CHOOSING to make me wait like "unknown guests" by keeping a 100 dollar HOLD on my account DAYS after I have departed....choosing to blame irresponsibly my Bank or credit card company for the delay! I don't believe it and readers of this review should not fall for that feint! Are you listening DAYS INN ENGLEWOOD!!!!!!

This Days Inn is like my second home and many of the staff are like family. I am now on my third day in a row and new staff member , Amy, gets kudos! She learned my room was not cooling properly and had a malfunctioning bath/shower that would drastically change temperature while the water was running. While I was away for a few hours yesterday, Amy sprang into action, spoke with her supervisor, Mohammed. The two of them offered and provided me a different room thst has been very accommodating. On my last stay, however, a few weeks ago here, and again this stay, I received candy from the vending machine that was melting when I got the bar from the machine. I reported it last time and again this time around. I have lost just 6 dollars, but along with two days ago with the room conditions, including the bathroom, I am hoping the general manager will offer me a FREE night? This hotel is under new management and while there are a few holdovers from my many experiences here in the past couple years----Kim and Donna are still always AMAZING----the new team will have to strive harder for the superior customer service experience I have come to expect and appreciate in Englewood, Ohio! ⁹

Property is older but in good shape. Bed was comfortable. Night staff was friendly. Location was very convenient to I-70 and I-75.

Very clean and well-situated hotel close to I-70. Room was spacious with everything that would be needed. A little interstate noise on the south side of the hotel but very quiet on the other side I am sure.

Good breakfast

Perfect for a place to sleep and shower. Check in and out was quick and easy. Bed was comfortable, shower power was good. Breakfast was very good.

The room was nice snd roomy. The breakfast was better than i expected, and the young man doing the cooking and keeping it stocked and clean was amazing at his job. He was also contagiously cheerful, which was extra nice.

We recently have a horrible experience the last time we booked a hotel so I was extremely weary about coming here, but i have to say if i’m ever in the area again this is the hotel i will be booking very nice staff very clean room and bathroom, great breakfast sausage gravy & biscuits sausage muffins, waffles, eggs, cereal, orange juice, apple juice, milk, coffee, and water.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean.
