Kluis aanwezig, geen airco,maar je kan de kamer wel goed verluchten door het raam te openen, mooie tuin, heel uitgebreid en gezond ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, badkamer is met gordijn, douche is wel afgesloten met een deur, aparte wc, rustige ligging, dicht bij tram 9 en 6, niet te ver van het station waar heel veel eetgelegenheden zijn.
Kluis aanwezig, geen airco,maar je kan de kamer wel goed verluchten door het raam te openen, mooie tuin, heel uitgebreid en gezond ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, badkamer is met gordijn, douche is wel afgesloten met een deur, aparte wc, rustige ligging, dicht bij tram 9 en 6, niet te ver van het station waar heel veel eetgelegenheden zijn.

I love nearly everything about this hotel, especially their use of recycling and being extremely eco-friendly. It’s very close to both trams and the underground. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a true delight with something for everyone. Everything is organic and sitting outside in the garden is simply a must! I liked that the rooms have a free safe, and that the eco/recycling is present there too. I would have liked better pillows but that is my only niggle. The room had lovely garden views and the sun shone through in the mornings. I felt safe at this hotel as a single woman and would visit again.

Schönes Hotel mit grünem Innenhof, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert, was dem nachhaltigen Anspruch gerecht wird, aber bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur wird es auch drinnen sehr warm. Das Hotel befindet sich nicht im schönsten Teil Wiens, aber die Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn (100 m) oder U-Bahn (800 m) ins Zentrum ist gut. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal.

Also wir haben unser Hotel für alle zukünftigen Wien Aufenthalte gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn da hat einfach alles gepasst. Nettes Personal, coole Optik, viel Liebe zum Detail, traumhafter Innenhof, mega leckeres Frühstück und noch vieles mehr, haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.
Also wir haben unser Hotel für alle zukünftigen Wien Aufenthalte gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn da hat einfach alles gepasst. Nettes Personal, coole Optik, viel Liebe zum Detail, traumhafter Innenhof, mega leckeres Frühstück und noch vieles mehr, haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

We spent two nights in a standard room and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the whole green idea, sustainable bathroom in the room and healthy breakfast. One nice getleman even made us a fresh coffee every morning. The service was amazing, everyone was welcoming and helpful. It was also easy to get to the city centre from the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to het to the Mariahilferstraße and then you can simply walk to the museums district. It is a 20 mins walk to the Schönbrünn palace as well. The buses and trams go everywhere, so it is easy to get to places. Public transport is cheap - about 2,4€/right/person. A cab to a bar/restaurant through a driving app costs about 10€, so both variants are cheap. More pluses - the hotel is located on a quiet street, so there was zero noise at night and it has a beautiful garden around the dining room :) If we are visiting Vienna again, we would surely stay in this hotel! :)

Bahce çok güzel, huzurlu. odalar ev sıcaklığında banyolar küçük ama gayet yeterli. Yakınında tramvay mevcut merkeze 3-4 durak. ulaşımı kolay sakin bir yerde.

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé à 15 minutes en transport du centre historique, parfaitement calme, petit déjeuner d’exception avec un large choix de produits bio, tout était parfait y compris l’accueil et la propreté, je ne peux que recommander !

I absolutely love the hotel, it’s cleanliness, location, organic breakfast and especially Naomi & Leah at the front desk who are so sweet and accommodating that it really made me feel like home. They are very nice young ladies who are aim to Please there guests if you need anything.

Room was worn with damage to walls and had no amenities but a small tv and sparse furnishings. Could hear noise from upstairs rooms and hallway. Did not match photo at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful however and room was clean.

Ein super schönes, ruhiges, sauberes originell eingerichtetes hotel mit einem wirklich bequemem bett aus dem man gar nicht mehr aufstehen möchte. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich mega frisch, lecker und mit einer wirklich großen auswahl. Heißgetränke wurden einemnfrisch zubereitet und an den tisch gebracht.

Pros: Amazing external soundproofing, some parts of the breakfast were delicious, staff were really lovely, comfy beds. Garden room is really nice! Shop across the road and Lidl down the road are handy. Cons: Pillows were sort of like wisps of air- I had three and my husband had two and we still had to stick a cushion under them to gain any sleep. The bin in our bathroom had not been emptied when we arrived and had somebody else's sanitary products in. Cupboard was broken in the room. Weird bathroom setup in the room (not one for those who liked their privacy!). No toaster at all at breakfast, so couldn't even have toast, just bread.

The politeness of reception. Were very helpfuĺ. Gave me a map of the area and what i could explore. The room was very cosy and once i put the heating on which actually worked, it was very warm.

We spent two nights in a standard room and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the whole green idea, sustainable bathroom in the room and healthy breakfast. One nice getleman even made us a fresh coffee every morning. The service was amazing, everyone was welcoming and helpful. It was also easy to get to the city centre from the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to het to the Mariahilferstraße and then you can simply walk to the museums district. It is a 20 mins walk to the Schönbrünn palace as well. The buses and trams go everywhere, so it is easy to get to places. Public transport is cheap - about 2,4€/right/person. A cab to a bar/restaurant through a driving app costs about 10€, so both variants are cheap. More pluses - the hotel is located on a quiet street, so there was zero noise at night and it has a beautiful garden around the dining room :) If we are visiting Vienna again, we would surely stay in this hotel! :)

Room was worn with damage to walls and had no amenities but a small tv and sparse furnishings. Could hear noise from upstairs rooms and hallway. Did not match photo at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful however and room was clean.

Ein super schönes, ruhiges, sauberes originell eingerichtetes hotel mit einem wirklich bequemem bett aus dem man gar nicht mehr aufstehen möchte. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich mega frisch, lecker und mit einer wirklich großen auswahl. Heißgetränke wurden einemnfrisch zubereitet und an den tisch gebracht.

Perfekt boutiquehotell med personlig atmosfär i västra Wien. Nära Wiener Stadthalle men en liten bit, ca 3 km från de mest centrala kvarteren. Lätt att trabsportera sig med både spårvagn och tunnelbana! Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal!

Inget att klaga på för det mesta. En skön liten Hotel, som satsar grönt och miljö vänligt. Ligger rätt så nära centralt ( ca 15 min med tåg) tågstationen ligger nära. Bra frukost, notera bara att badrummet ligger inne i rummet, vilket jag gillade. Bra frukost, bra variation. 👌

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé à 15 minutes en transport du centre historique, parfaitement calme, petit déjeuner d’exception avec un large choix de produits bio, tout était parfait y compris l’accueil et la propreté, je ne peux que recommander !

Bahce çok güzel, huzurlu. odalar ev sıcaklığında banyolar küçük ama gayet yeterli. Yakınında tramvay mevcut merkeze 3-4 durak. ulaşımı kolay sakin bir yerde.

I love nearly everything about this hotel, especially their use of recycling and being extremely eco-friendly. It’s very close to both trams and the underground. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a true delight with something for everyone. Everything is organic and sitting outside in the garden is simply a must! I liked that the rooms have a free safe, and that the eco/recycling is present there too. I would have liked better pillows but that is my only niggle. The room had lovely garden views and the sun shone through in the mornings. I felt safe at this hotel as a single woman and would visit again.

I liked the fact that they donate the left over food instead of throwing it out. I didnt like the fact that it didnt have ac in the room due to being eco friendly. The room was really warm had to take cold shower prior to sleeping also no ac to dinning room it really warm during breakfast. But the staff, breakfast, and everything else was good.

Pros: Amazing external soundproofing, some parts of the breakfast were delicious, staff were really lovely, comfy beds. Garden room is really nice! Shop across the road and Lidl down the road are handy. Cons: Pillows were sort of like wisps of air- I had three and my husband had two and we still had to stick a cushion under them to gain any sleep. The bin in our bathroom had not been emptied when we arrived and had somebody else's sanitary products in. Cupboard was broken in the room. Weird bathroom setup in the room (not one for those who liked their privacy!). No toaster at all at breakfast, so couldn't even have toast, just bread.

Staying at Cocoon Wien was a cozy respite from which to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I felt at home for four nights here, starting each day with their nice buffet breakfast selection. Good to know: The U-Bahn and tram lines were a few blocks away in either direction, and it took about 30 minutes to travel to the city center. I loved that my room had a courtyard!

Its more a hostel, than a hotel. Cover and pillows are 100% plastic. Toilet is integrated in the room, and in direct connection to the sleeping areal. The add pictures, gives another impression, than the actual room. We stayed there for 5 nights in autumn 2026. 1: The cover and pillow was 100% polyester. After the first night, I asked for a real cover. Despite a polite staff and promises to take care off it. Nothing was ever done. After addressing the subject again towards the staff, on the second night with poor sleep, and still without any real cover, we went out and pursued a real cover on our own expense. By leaving the hotel, I adressed the matter again, the day before our departure. The staff promissed to get back to me, but they never did.
