They need to address the pool area at this property. It’s a fantastic hotel, but my son slipped and fell in the pool area two years in a row now. I would suggest they get wet mats for around the pool area, but otherwise really wonderful overall.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. When I filter on hotels.com I expect to see and enjoy what I filter for. Once again, wanted a pool and this one said it had one. Checked in and front desk said pool was unavailable. Not very happy about that, but enjoyed our stay anyway. Breakfast was nice too.

The room had everything you would need, very thought out from the desk, couch, ottoman, open closet with plenty of hangers, separate cell phone charger shelf, microwave and mini fridge. The fitness room had treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and weight station. The pool was nice, open shower to use before & after, lots of towels. And the outside patio with multiple gas fire pits was also well done. Definitely my place to go on my next visit. I recommend this hotel over all the others (and I stayed in most all in that area). Kudos to the manager running this hotel!

The bathroom was not clean-i showed pictures to person at desk. she gave me cleaning products bec i did not want to move rooms and she was the only person at the desk. the TV remote was not working - i had to bring it to front desk to change batteries with a second person! I did not have breakfast and I checked out a day earlier.

A few things. Window blind did not work. The ledge on the window had peeled up paint and plaster. But worst was the shower curtain had black spots and a large yellow stain across the bottom. Breakfast was not good however the girl tending it was very nice. Hotel needs to pay more attention to detail.

This place was fairly new. It was extremely clean and smelled clean which we truly appreciated. Our room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and polite. The only downfall that we found was the water pressure.. it was awful. The shower wasn't cleaned thorly, (there was hair in the shower) but we always go in and wipe everything down before we touch anything, anyway. I would definitely recommend this place though. Nice, quiet, clean and comfy..

This is virtually a brand new hotel, so it is very clean and looks cheerful and modern. Rooms are spacious with all needed “facilities”, baths esthetically pleasing. We particularly liked the staff, including the front desk and especially two chefs at breakfast who made custom order eggs!

Under microwave was dirty and no shower curtain but we did get one within ten mins once we asked for one. Staff was super friendly and nice with the laundry stuff too as the washer was leaking but working on getting fixed.

I've stayed there 4 times in the last two years, but this time they had muzak very loud outside after 9 until the morning. The speaker was right by my window. I asked the front desk if they could turn it down outside, but I was told she couldn't. It was extremely annoying causing me to lose sleep. I will stay there again, but my room must be on the other side

They have very friendly staff and Steven is awesome! This is the second time that we have stayed here and both times housekeeping did not come. We had to go get clean towels, soap, shampoo, and trash bags( to pick up the overflowing trash since it was not cleaned for 3 days). With the amount of money we spent to stay this is unacceptable.

Steven was incredible thorough at check-in. Everybody we encountered greeted us. The included breakfast was hearty. The room was very spacious. Everything was new and in great condition. We were very pleased.

Steve at the registration counter was excellent. He was helping someone someone on the phone when I arrived. He went to the extreme to accommodate the needs of that person. The facility appears to be brand new. Clean, modern, comfortable. In 3 years the nicest hotel we've stayed in.

On a previous trip, stayed elsewhere but this was $30 less expensive, a larger room and had great customer service. Shelby and Toni were great and Shelby even checked in later to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. This is where I'm staying from now on.

My stay was okay, not great. I was there at Christmas and there were not many other guests. The TV in the room had no signal when I checked in; I called down to the front desk and the attendant came out right away and then spent several minutes trying to get batteries into the remote. I had placed the "do not disturbed sign" on the door, but two housekeepers (neither of whom spoke English and were using a translation app on their phone) were knocking on my door at 9 a.m. as I was about to get into the shower. I asked them to come back in an hour to straighten up the room, make the bed and take out the trash... which the did not do.

Had it not been for the horrible customer service, I would have given a much better rating. I booked a king bed suite but was give a room with two queen beds. When I went back to the front desk, the gentleman was nothing short of rude and disrespectful. No apologies, no explanation other than the rooms were on a “first come first serve basis” and that’s “just how it is”. The hotel was very clean and had a nice breakfast. Again, I would have given a better rating but they certainly need to train their staff better on how to treat their guests. I can’t say enough how much the lack of consideration and respect for guests was, it really soured our stay. And we never did get the king bed suite that we booked months in advance. Very disappointing

The room was great, clean and comfortable. What really stood out is that Shelby at the front desk took the time to call the room and make sure everything was up to what was comfortable. As well Martin, was so kind and generous at breakfast making sure the food was hot, always available, and even offers to make some off the menu items. I've stayed here many times and every time just seems to keep me coming back.

This new hotel is beautuful and comfortable. The breakfast staff are wonderful but the food options are average, nothing special. The only problem i had is that the front desk clerk had my room entered in the computer with the wrong room number and on day two of my stay, gave a key to my room to a new guest, who then opened my door and came in while I was away during the day. My belongings were not disturbed or taken, but it coukd have been bad if guest #2 was not an honest person.

This is our second time staying here. First time was right after they opened in 2023. Hotel is nice. Staff is great. While it is in an area with some rundown buildings, the parking lot is clean and safe.

Check in was swift, friendly and painless. Both rooms we reserved were very clean and comfortable. This was just a quick overnight stay but we’re very glad we chose Comfort Suites. Also the breakfast provided was rave worthy. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel except for breakfast. Advertised as 6-10 but I was there at 9:30 & many items were out. At 9:45 when my husband who is gluten free came, there was nothing he could have but cold eggs. Person responsible was busy talking to friends. This sure tarnished our opinion of the place

This was my last stop in a 10 day travel and by far the best hotel. The room was fabulous, the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10!

This is virtually a brand new hotel, so it is very clean and looks cheerful and modern. Rooms are spacious with all needed “facilities”, baths esthetically pleasing. We particularly liked the staff, including the front desk and especially two chefs at breakfast who made custom order eggs!

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean, spacious. The negative was the breakfast. There was very little food for 8 am in the morning. Nothing was replenished. There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. They should be better at breakfast

Beautiful fairly new hotel. Spacious king room & shower. Large amount of items for breakfast, even made to order eggs and blueberry pancakes. "Chef " Mike was very friendly. Will definitely stay again if in this area. It's a great value.

All great except the coffee does NOT need flavor in it. most travelers just want good old regular coffee, many guest tasted it threw it out and went to McDonald’s next door

Hotel was wonderful. Staff was being trained. Person doing breakfast couldn’t keep up so at 8 am they were out of cereal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, juice, donuts , muffins etc . This was disappointing but the hotel was sold out.

This is our second stay at this Comfort Suites. We came back to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, both stays have been substandard. The renovation makes the lobby look nice, and the staff is kind, but the cleanliness and service leave much to be desired. During our first stay, the room was not clean, was not properly cleaned the following day despite multiple requests, the front desk was difficult to reach, and the TV remote did not work. This stay was essentially a repeat. There was a slimy film on the room floor, and the bathroom floor was so dirty that when I used the bath mat to clean up water my son splashed from the tub, the mat turned brown. The bathroom also has a faint sewage smell. Most concerning, there was a disgusting-looking material on the wall in the main room (looked like someone had vomited on the wall). It makes you wonder how clean the rest of the room actually is. The TV remote didn’t work, again, and when my husband called the front desk, he was left on hold for an extended period. He eventually went downstairs and found the employee sitting there with no one else around. At the pool, towels were not stocked, and the pool tiles are so slick they are a genuine safety hazard. The at elevator floors are also frequently filthy and during this stay, one of the elevators did not work properly. There is simply no justification for the rates this hotel charges. I genuinely don’t understand how it has such good reviews.
