I only spent the night here cause it beat spending the night at the airport. Theres construction going on in the building. Only thing I disliked was the pillow. It was kind of flat and it hurt my neck. A lot of great restaurants in walking distance though which was a plus.

There was a lot of remodeling going on but the staff compensated for the confusion by walking me to the room and providing good information about how to inexpensively get back to the airport via the train which was only a block from the motel. Overall I would stay here again.

Einfache Anreise mit ÖV ab Flughafen (3 Minuten S-Bahn plus 4 Minuten laufen), persönlicher Empfang an der Rezeption (Achtung! Nur bis 22:00, nicht wie in der Buchungsbestätigung erwähnt 23:30!). Das Haus wird momentan totalrenoviert, meine Unterkunft unterm Dach (kein Lift) war jedoch schon fertig. Zusätzlich zu Schlafzimmer und Bad noch ein Wohnzimmer. Sehr ruhig, für mich zum 2x dort schlafen war es ideal. Dusche (und Zimmer) mit Dachschräge, für mich kein Problem. Da die Rezeption erst ab Nachmittag besetzt ist, kann man morgens den Schlüssel hinterlegen, wenn man abreist. Würde wieder dort buchen.

The location is excellent, easy access to public transportation to the airport and around the city. Parking available for a small daily rate. The staff was very friendly and helpful with printing our boarding passes. I would stay there again!

The owners are excellent people and very kind and helpful. The room was lovely but the hotel is undergoing major construction and it is very noisy work throughout business hours. The limited hours of the front desk are inconvenient if you are arriving in the morning as there is no capacity to leave your luggage until Checkin.

この辺りに泊まる人は、夜遅く到着か、朝早く出発のほぼ素泊まりの人だと思いますので、そういう意味では十分だと思います。 空港からは電車で一駅だし、周辺に食事できる場所もいくつかあります。 お部屋はシンプルですが広さもあり、冷蔵庫はないですが、ポットで温かいものが飲めます。 注意点としては、近くのKelsterbachの駅地下通路もこのホテルも階段しかありません。バリアフリーアクセスが必要な人、重い荷物を運ぶのが困難な人にはおすすめしません。

Property was great. Just under a lot of construction. If I was every flying out of Frankfurt I’d definitely stay here again. Staff was very kind. Room was wonderful for the price.

This property is in transition. It is currently under construction and in a new location down the street. However, the proprietors are friendly, helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The traditional breakfast provided was delicious, filling and overall wonderful.

My interaction at check in is what sort of ruined the experience for me. I texted the hotel earlier to let them know I'd be checking in at 8 am and wanted to make sure they didn't give the room away. This was fine, in their response they mentioned something about the train station. I understood the message to mean that they were close to the train station. Once I arrived the door was locked, I called but no answer and texted.. got a response saying I had to check in 10 meters to my left. (how do they know my left?). Finally someone came to help me and was angry at me for not understanding that their original text was telling me that check in is actually at a cafe that is about a 6 min walk from the hotel. Checking in at another location is very inconvenient but the attitude from the employee was actually the worst part. I was exhausted from travel and not feeling well so it's the last thing I wanted to deal with. The room is very clean and decorated well. The bed wasn't super inviting, it was 2 doubles together but only one half was made so it didn't look very cosy. Also, it was a little loud due to neighbours next door and on the floor above.

Beste Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Flughafen Frankfurt. Neues Hotel mit super ausgestatteten Zimmern, sehr modern, gemütlich, blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für den großen und kleinen Hunger sind genügend Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso der in 5 Minuten mit der S Bahn zu erreichende Flughafen. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Inhaber und Personal! Für mich perfekt, wir hatten einen schönen Abend und eine gute Nacht. Vielen Dank und bis bald.

We chose this place because it's a <5 min walk to a train station (Kelsterbach on the S8/S9 route). It's only one stop away from the airport and no transfers to get to either Mainz or Frankfurt main station. We were additionally pleased that there is free parking (from 4pm to 8am). The owners are efficient, the room was a good size with ample hot water and water pressure, everything was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if in Frankfurt and needing a place near FRA!

Was there 2 nights. The owner was great! Stored my bags as I was early for check in. The room was right on the main floor facing the street so I was not able to leave the window open. But still was a good place as I just needed a place to sleep while I was traveling and out most of the day. Was easy to get to the airport in the morning. One stop on the train.

quarto com 2 camas de solteiro que na pratica não se cosneguiam separar . sem armario para colocar a roupa . só 5 cabides... não tem serviço das 8h30 ás 11hoo de receção...

Het hotel wordt op dit moment verbouwd, dus het lijkt alsof het hotel gesloten is. Maar dat is dus niet zo. Aan de achterzijde is een nieuw complex. Prachtige kamer en heel ruim. Wij hadden een balkon. Het ontbijt was verderop in de straat. Maar het was een ruim ontbijt. Erg goed verzorgd. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren.

We chose this place because it's a <5 min walk to a train station (Kelsterbach on the S8/S9 route). It's only one stop away from the airport and no transfers to get to either Mainz or Frankfurt main station. We were additionally pleased that there is free parking (from 4pm to 8am). The owners are efficient, the room was a good size with ample hot water and water pressure, everything was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if in Frankfurt and needing a place near FRA!

Das Zimmer war schön, modern und sauber, und es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Die Matratze von meinem Bett war leider mega hart und sehr ungemütlich, so dass ich die zwei Nächte wenn ich es überhaupt konnte, nur sehr schlecht geschlafen habe. Das Frühstück im Stadtcafé ca 200 Meter außerhalb des Hotels war weder so, wie es die bei Hotels.com gezeigten Fotos suggerieren, noch war es annähernd hochwertig. Dass ein Raucherraum an den Essensbereich angrenzt und die Tür ständig offen steht, ist auch keinesfalls angenehm für Nichtraucher!

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The owners go out of their way to make the guest feel welcome. The FRA airport is just 1 stop by S-Bahn, so it very convenient. There are plenty of nice dining options right around the corner.

My interaction at check in is what sort of ruined the experience for me. I texted the hotel earlier to let them know I'd be checking in at 8 am and wanted to make sure they didn't give the room away. This was fine, in their response they mentioned something about the train station. I understood the message to mean that they were close to the train station. Once I arrived the door was locked, I called but no answer and texted.. got a response saying I had to check in 10 meters to my left. (how do they know my left?). Finally someone came to help me and was angry at me for not understanding that their original text was telling me that check in is actually at a cafe that is about a 6 min walk from the hotel. Checking in at another location is very inconvenient but the attitude from the employee was actually the worst part. I was exhausted from travel and not feeling well so it's the last thing I wanted to deal with. The room is very clean and decorated well. The bed wasn't super inviting, it was 2 doubles together but only one half was made so it didn't look very cosy. Also, it was a little loud due to neighbours next door and on the floor above.

Was there 2 nights. The owner was great! Stored my bags as I was early for check in. The room was right on the main floor facing the street so I was not able to leave the window open. But still was a good place as I just needed a place to sleep while I was traveling and out most of the day. Was easy to get to the airport in the morning. One stop on the train.

Lovely place to stay. The accommodations were nice and service exceptional. Wonderful coffee. Neighbor next to building was very loud with children but that was fine with us. I would stay there again.

The location is excellent, easy access to public transportation to the airport and around the city. Parking available for a small daily rate. The staff was very friendly and helpful with printing our boarding passes. I would stay there again!

Sehr unfreundliche Gastgeberin , wir haben ein Doppelzimmer für Übernachtung wegen Flug am nächsten Tag gebucht. Schon bei Check in , wir können hier nicht übernachten?? Weil noch das mit Kind 4 Jahre dabei war und die keine Kinder in Hotelzimmer nehmen. Obwohl es kein erwachsener Hotel ist, die mag einfach keine Kinder . Dann wollte ich mein Geld zurück damit wir ein anderes Hotel nehmen können, aber das bekommen wir auch nicht mehr zurück. Nach 20 min. Waren meine Neffen Blank und ich wollte schon die Polizei rufen…. Hast sie sich doch entschieden und das Zimmer zu geben… nie wieder!!!!!

The owners are excellent people and very kind and helpful. The room was lovely but the hotel is undergoing major construction and it is very noisy work throughout business hours. The limited hours of the front desk are inconvenient if you are arriving in the morning as there is no capacity to leave your luggage until Checkin.

Great location near the Frankfurt Airport, the Hotel is renovating the front portion and finding the check in was a little difficult they need to put the address out on the street as our taxi driver did not find it. Great path along the Main River for a walk.

The check-in was easy and quick. The front desk lady was helpful and friendly. Since we had a morning flight, she gave us a backroom that was near the parking and easy accessible with all the luggage. I can only recommend this hotel. Near the hotel, you have multiple restaurants and even a little bar near the river.

I received a very warm, friendly welcome and extremely helpful advice for my layover stay. A generous breakfast in the morning was also very much appreciated, and the train station just a block away made it easy to get back to the airport.

Het hotel wordt op dit moment verbouwd, dus het lijkt alsof het hotel gesloten is. Maar dat is dus niet zo. Aan de achterzijde is een nieuw complex. Prachtige kamer en heel ruim. Wij hadden een balkon. Het ontbijt was verderop in de straat. Maar het was een ruim ontbijt. Erg goed verzorgd. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren.

Hotel is partly under construction but I was not bothered by it. Breakfast was great and enough for four people!. Owner and his wife were a terrific, helpful Greek couple.

Übernachtung am 24.12. als perfektes „Sprungbrett“ zum Flughafen: Flughafen und S-Bahn sehr gut erreichbar, herzliche Aufnahme und Gastlichkeit auch am späten Abend noch, schönes, frisch renoviertes Zimmer und Bad, Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer. Umgebung: Habe am Heiligen Abend um 10 fußläufig noch etwas Gutes zu essen bekommen und konnte am nächsten Morgen ganz entspannt fliegen. Komme gern wieder!

This property is in transition. It is currently under construction and in a new location down the street. However, the proprietors are friendly, helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The traditional breakfast provided was delicious, filling and overall wonderful.

It is a very nice hotel for short stay, very clean, alot of space and friendly staff . It is currently under construction, ( we did not hear the noise), for check in we had to call the number they come to open the door and you need to go to another place for breakfast. It was fine for us but this information was not indicated in the booking.

Good if you have a lay over flight. Pro: good location, S bahn is 5 minutes away, lots of restaurants nearby that open until late. Has towels and soap. Con: No kettle or anything really in the room. Like it is just a room. And check out actually ends at like 11 but the front office closes at 10

Oh lord, I made a mistake! I went for the proximity to the airport and positive reviews. But it was SWELTERING in Frankfurt and there is no A/C. I asked to see the room before signing anything and the woman at reception asked repeatedly, "Why?" Eventually she let me check the room: there was one window, the bed was nicely made but there were hairs on the mattress and no fan. She offered me an upgrade for €30 more and it was a bigger room with a balcony and a fan! I didn't know that the temperature wouldn't drop below 26C until 3am. There are no screens on any of the windows, so leaving the windows open meant mosquitos. I had to take a cold shower before sleeping and went to bed with wet hair, which of course hurt my neck. The showers are nice!! In the morning, my son went to get breakfast at 8:30 and she told him breakfast was over-- at 8:30AM! I went back to ask when breakfast was served, and she said 7AM to 9AM. ?? Kelsterbach appears to be a working class area and we did have a delicious meal at Da Michelle very close to the hotel, but everything else is on a busy street. Not the idyllic place it looks like in the listing. Complaints: no kettle, no water ("You must pay for water," she said) no A/C and not good pillows. Likes: close to Airport, quiet at night.
