Great location. Central to food outlets. However it would have been nice to know that it costs £18 to park overnight. Additionally a small fridge in the room would be handy.

Very quiet room "Premier Plus". Good internet. Breakfast was fine, but not as good as at most of our other stays in UK.

Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans.

Hotel itself was clean and maintained well. Bathrooms were nice and clean as well. My issue with this hotel is that I booked and paid for a room that had 2 single beds and a double bed. When checking in I was informed that it was hotel policy that only 2 adults per room and given a room with a single bed and a double bed. My friend had to book her own room on the spot because of that yet the website and booking company never stated there was a 2 adult per room policy.
